(一)标题

贺信的标题通常由文种名构成。如在第一行正中书写“贺信”二字。

(二)称谓

顶格写明被祝贺单位或个人的名称或姓名。写给个人的，要在姓名后加上相应的礼仪名称如 “同志”。称呼之后要用冒号。

(三)正文

贺信的正文要交待清楚以下几项内容：

第一，结合当前的形势状况，说明对方取得成绩的大背景，或者某个重要会议召开的历史条 件。

第二，概括说明对方都在哪些方面取得了成绩，分析其成功的主观、客观原因。贺寿的贺信 ，要概括说明对方的贡献及他的宝贵品质。总之这一部分是贺信的中心部分，一定要交待清 祝贺的原因。

第三，表示热烈的祝贺。要写出自己祝贺的心情，由衷地表达自己真诚的慰问和祝福。要写 些鼓励的话，提出希望和共同理想。

(四)结尾

结尾要写上祝愿的话。如“此致——敬礼”、“祝争取更大的胜利”、“祝您健康长寿”等 。

(五)落款

写明发文的单位或个人的姓名、名称，并署上成文的时间。

贺信要体现的是自己真诚的祝福，是加强彼此联系 、增强双方交流的重要手段。所以贺信要写的感情饱满充沛。冷冰冰的陈述、评价是表达不出贺者心愿的。

贺信内容要真实，评价成绩要恰如其分。表示决心要切实可行。不可空发议论，空喊口号 。

语言要求精炼、简洁明快，不堆砌华丽词藻。篇幅要短小精悍。

I like to see movie so much. When I have time, the first thing I’d like to do is to find the hot movies and then buy some snacks, enjoying my movie hour.
