avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

At school, I study Chinese,math, English, history, politics and so on. I like all of them. I often help my teacher take care of my class and I think I am a good helper. I live with my parents and we go home on time every day.

When I am at home, I often help my mother do some housework and my mother said I am a good helper, too. My mother is a barber.She cuts hair very well.She is kind.Many people like her. she often teaches me the way of learning well, if you want to learn English well, here is some of my advice. At first , you must read many articles and know many words, if you meet up with some new words, you can look them up in the dictionary, you should know their meanings, how to read them and spell them. If you keep working hard, you will be successful. Then, you ought to speak English as much as possible. Remember an old saying, Nothing is impossible in the world if you put your heart into it. 一、交通安全

1、自觉遵守交通规则，不在公路上跑闹、玩耍。

2、横穿公路要走斑马线、人行天桥等，不得随意横穿。

3、不得在马路上骑自行车。

4、遵守公共秩序，排队等车，车未停稳不得靠近车辆，上下车时不拥挤。

5、文明乘车，乘车时要系好安全带或抓牢扶手。不坐破旧车辆。

二、注意水的安全

不要到河边、水库、池塘、水井等危险的地方玩耍，到这些地方必须有家长陪同。

三、电的安全

1、要在家长的指导下使用家用电器。

2、不要乱动、乱接电线、灯头、插座等。

3、不要在标有“高压危险”的地方玩耍。

四、注意火的安全

1、不准玩火，不得携带火种，发现火灾不得逞能上前扑火，要及时报告大人或报警(119)、小心、安全使用煤气、液化气灶具等。

3、燃放烟花爆竹时一定要注意安全，最好做到不放。

五、注意饮食安全

1、自觉养成良好的个人卫生习惯，饭前便后勤洗手，防止传染病的发生。

2、购买有包装的食品时，要看清商标、生产日期、保质期等，“三无”食品、过期食品一定不要购买食用。

3、生吃瓜果要注意洗干净后才可食用，不吃腐烂、变质的瓜果。严禁吸烟、喝酒。

4、不暴饮暴食，防止消化不良。

六、注意精神安全

1、远离网吧。在家里上网要听从父母的指导，不登录、不查看不健康的网站，上网时间要有节制。

2、不要涉足营业性电子游戏室、台球厅、录像厅、卡啦OK厅、歌舞厅等娱乐场所。

3、不参加不健康的娱乐活动，不听、不信、不传、不参与封建迷信活动，坚决抵制邪教活动。

4、不购买、不借阅内容不健康的书刊、报纸、光碟、录像带;不看低级趣味的电影、电视。多读健康的书刊，多看乐观的节目。培养文明行为，抵制消极现象，促进扶正祛邪、扬善惩恶社会风气的形成、巩固和发展。

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of low green hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees and flowers everywhere.

But it has not always been like that. In the old days, it was a sad dirty little town. Landlords and merchants lived in the few good houses. For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.

Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital. Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily, day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the country.

I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.
