贺信是指行政机关、企事业单位、社会团体或个人向其它集体单位或个人表示祝贺的一种专用书信。

今天贺信已成为表彰、赞扬、庆贺对方在某个方面所作贡献的一种常用形式，它还兼有表示慰问和赞扬的功能。

贺信一般由标题、称谓、正文、结尾和落款五部分构成。

(一)标题

贺信的标题通常由文种名构成。如在第一行正中书写“贺信”二字。

(二)称谓

顶格写明被祝贺单位或个人的名称或姓名。写给个人的，要在姓名后加上相应的礼仪名称如 “同志”。称呼之后要用冒号。

(三)正文

贺信的正文要交待清楚以下几项内容：

第一，结合当前的形势状况，说明对方取得成绩的大背景，或者某个重要会议召开的历史条 件。

第二，概括说明对方都在哪些方面取得了成绩，分析其成功的主观、客观原因。贺寿的贺信 ，要概括说明对方的贡献及他的宝贵品质。总之这一部分是贺信的中心部分，一定要交待清 祝贺的原因。

第三，表示热烈的祝贺。要写出自己祝贺的心情，由衷地表达自己真诚的慰问和祝福。要写 些鼓励的话，提出希望和共同理想。

(四)结尾

结尾要写上祝愿的话。如“此致——敬礼”、“祝争取更大的胜利”、“祝您健康长寿”等 。

(五)落款

写明发文的单位或个人的姓名、名称，并署上成文的时间。

注意事项

贺信要体现的是自己真诚的祝福，是加强彼此联系 、增强双方交流的重要手段。所以贺信要写的感情饱满充沛。冷冰冰的陈述、评价是表达不出贺者心愿的。

贺信内容要真实，评价成绩要恰如其分。表示决心要切实可行。不可空发议论，空喊口号 。

语言要求精炼、简洁明快，不堆砌华丽词藻。篇幅要短小精悍。

一、伪成熟

所谓“伪成熟”，就是中学生在作文中失去“童心”，失去“自我”，故作高深，有意媚俗，取悦他人，刻意表现出所谓的深刻哲理、人生感悟，以显示文章的与众不同。凡写小草，就一定要写出小草的坚韧精神;凡写彩虹，一定要有人生浮华一时的感慨。如果要凸显自己的坚强，一定要有个“家破人亡”的逆境;如果要塑造一个好老师，必定会有一个恩师蜡烛燃尽的结局。

二、另类体

由于近些年中考高考话题作文的负面影响，致使学生作文缺乏文体意识，所写文章文体怪异，不符合任何一种文体的规范，成了“四不像”的“杂交文”“另类体”。写记叙文，处理不好记叙与议论的关系，一半记叙、一半议论;写议论文，处理不好论据与论点的关系，对论据不进行分析阐释，而花费大量的笔墨进行叙述描写;写夹叙夹议的文章，叙议分离，两者不能有机结合;有的文章虽分行分节，但语言粗糙，意境全无，却名之曰诗歌;有的文章既无个性化的人物语言，又未设计激烈尖锐的矛盾冲突，却以戏剧的面目出现;有的不顾文章实际内容，刻意在文体上标新立异，玩弄花样，崇尚“另体”。凡此种种，暴露了学生文体意识的淡薄和对文体认识的肤浅。

三、假大空

言为心声，文贵情真。写真实的自我，抒真实的情感，是作文的灵魂。只有情感真挚的文章才能打动人心。然而，有不少中学生为文矫情作假，失去真心，或杜撰家庭悲剧，不是父母双亡、双亲离异，就是自己断臂残腿，孤苦无依;或编造荒诞故事，不是“天庭毁灭”，就是“地球爆炸”;或穿越时空隧道，不是与古代人对话，就是和“未来人”握手;或大侃时事形势，不是巴以冲突，就是美伊战争，等等。这类作文假话、大话、空话、套话连篇，没有真情实感，也缺乏思想的光芒。

四、仿套抄

有些学生平时不喜欢读书，不注重积累，学习语文急功近利。作文时不是在立意、材料、构思、推理、想象等方面另辟蹊径，展示个性，而是在他人的文章上动歪脑筋、耍小聪明，投机取巧，心存侥幸。有的一味机械模仿他人作品，亦步亦趋，生吞活剥，拾人牙慧，剽窃“克隆”;有的不顾话题实际，套用他人作品，改头换面，穿靴戴帽，生搬硬套，拼凑成文;更有甚者，奉行“天下文章一大抄”的信条，铤而走险，原封不动地抄袭他人作品。

五、娱乐化

现在的电视媒体放肆炒作娱乐节目，在其影响下这股“娱乐”之风也蔓延到校园中来，深深影响着学生的作文。学生作文思想内容上，立意肤浅，品位低下，审美情趣粗俗，极尽揶揄之能事;结构上不注重文体特点，不注意启承转合，思维紊乱，不究章法，不求篇幅;语言上常常是摒弃词语的习惯用法，打破词语的常规搭配，尚奇弄怪，荒诞滑稽。

总之，现在中学生的作文大多是一些“无我之文”“无物之文”“无文之文”的“三无”文章，是一些无思想交锋、无心智对抗、无真情投入的话语游戏。那么，中学生怎样才能克服作文剑走偏锋的现象呢?

一、拥抱生活

叶圣陶先生说：“写作文不是生活的点缀和装饰，而就是生活本身。生活犹如源泉，文章犹如溪水，泉源丰盛而不枯竭，溪水自然活泼地流个不停。”要写好作文，先要在“文”外下功夫，也就是需要社会体验，需要生活实践，社会生活处处有写作的源泉。学生唯有以生活实践作为作文的起点，作文才会源清水长。

二、亲近自然

古往今来的文人骚客无一不是与山水为伴，和自然亲近，写下了许许多多脍炙人口的篇章。大自然是取之无尽、用之不竭的作文宝藏，我们中学生应走出狭小的天地，用一颗敏感的心及时捕捉、亲近自然，就能谱就一首首动人的华章。

三、握手课本

中学语文课本里的文章都是经过专家精心挑选的精品，都是文质兼美的写作范文，这些课文题材极为广泛，古今中外、天文地理、风土人情、历史文化、人生哲理等无所不包，应有尽有。学生写作时只要凝神回忆，认真梳理，就“课”取材，灵活拿来，为我所用，作文也会别有洞天。

四、对接经典

文学经典是一座挖掘不尽的金矿，有丰厚的文化意蕴与永久的艺术魅力。中学生作文时若“囊中羞涩”，不妨与文学经典对接，既能显现立意之高远，更能显现材料之丰赡。作文时，以创新的文化视野审视解读文学经典，然后用一颗思维的针，一根主题的线，一个艺术的形式，将历史与现实编串起来，将经典与作文对接起来，用自己的智慧创造出优秀的文章。但是，引用经典切不可落入俗套，很多学生一写作文就引用屈原、陶渊明、苏轼这“三巨头”，让人读来不免乏味。
