2、理清关系。这种方法主要适宜于直接以短语为题目的文题。这类题目难度较大，考生首先必须了解短语的结构，明确它们的关系，然后确定写作方向。如《失败和成功》是对比关系，就要论证两者的互相转化;《人与路》(2006年江苏高考作文题)是选择关系，就要阐明两者之间的相互关系;《小溪、大河、大海》是比喻关系，就要分析它们所蕴涵的道理。

1、重视概念的内涵。话题有时是以一个概念的形成出现的，比如“诚信”、“欣赏”、“选择”等。概念都具有特定的内涵，忽视了概念内涵就有走题之虞。如以“热”为话题作文，提示语中已经列举了“网络热”、“打工热”、“炒股热”等例子，指的是一种社会现象，就不能将“热”理解为“热情”、“热心”等。如果错误理解内涵，作文之始就误入歧途了。

2、重视背景语的指向。背景语往往是命题者着意营造的一种情境，不同的背景语引发的思维走向是不同的。只有审清了背景语的思维指向，才能保证写作中思维模式与文章内在文脉的贯通。

3、重视提示语的暗示。话题作文在开放中又有限制，这些限制多出现在提示语中。比如有这样一则材料：

人的一生总要与书打交道，在与书的接触过程中，一定会有一些故事发生，之后就会有一些属于自己的思考。请以你与书的交往过程或以对书的思考为内容范围写一篇文章。

提示语中包含着丰富的信息，“你与书的交往过程”隐藏的限制至少有：(1)要写自己的，不能写他人的;(2)要写出过程，最好是写成散文或记叙文。“对书的思考”透露的信息则有：(1)要以写对书的感悟、体验以及书对“我”的启示教益为主;(2)文体上最好写随笔、杂感或议论文。有了上述思考，就可以保证在审题中没有大的失误。

考试作文审题是很重要的一环，写作水平再高，审题不准，偏离要求，也不能得高分。准确抓住中心要求，认真审题，审题关一过，构思就容易了。

二、引用论据

“事实胜于雄辩”，但初学者对材料论据往往原原本本地引用，以叙代议，结果不仅减弱了论据的作用，甚至淹没了论据。

一则事实材料的含义往往很丰富，叙述事实作论据时，就不能不考虑“取其一点”，这样才能集中火力真正有效地证明论点。所以，我们要学会对材料剪裁、概括与拓展。

从论点需要出发，注意叙述的角度，把握好材料的侧重点，剔除掉与论点无关的材料与数据，使二者尽可能吻合。

例如要论述“创造发明来自于勤于思考、善于分析”这个论点，可这样叙述：

瓦特的故事大家都很熟悉。小时候，看到火炉上茶壶的盖子被水蒸气冲开，他就感到惊异，引起了他的深思和追问，想问个究竟，从中得到了启发，并思考着如何用水蒸气来掀动更重的东西。后来，瓦特在英国格拉斯哥大学工作中发现，已有的蒸汽机有很大的缺点，于是他年年月月地观察着、思考着、分析着、试验着，终于在一七八二年创造出万能蒸汽机。

叙述材料要求文字简洁，内容明确。

记叙性的材料，因为为了感人，所以通常写得生动细致，而议论文中的叙述，目的是为了说理，因此，不需原本照抄，否则会喧宾夺主，淹没事例的重点。叙述时紧扣论点，截取与论点有关的文字，用极简练的语言表达出来，切忌啰唆与含糊，拖泥带水，杂乱无章。

例：请以马克思和居里夫人的事迹来论证“人生的意义在于贡献而不是索取”这个论点，要求论据高度概括，只用一两句话。

“马克思致力于无产阶级的解放事业，尽管有时喝开水，啃馒头，他对此都甘之如饴;居里夫人一生清贫，却将自己历尽艰辛提炼出来的价值一百万美元的一克镭，奉献给了人类。他们追求的是人类的解放，科学的进步。”

〔简评〕

“致力于”强调了贡献之大，与喝开水、啃馒头形成对照，指出求索的极少;一个“甘之如饴”，把马克思的品质、情操、胸怀都写了出来。

“一克镭”前用了“价值一百万美元”、“历尽艰辛提炼出来的”，都不要报偿，奉献给了人类，而且是在“一生清贫”的情况下做出的，这不是贡献极大而索取极少吗?

这两例和论点结合紧密，吻合浓缩得很好，抓住了侧重点，高度概括。

三、叙述材料要善于拓展

拓展，就是把材料中与论点相关的部分扩展开来，使叙述的内容与所要论证的观点紧密联系起来;或者将蕴涵在材料中并不显露的地方加以挖掘、扩充，使材料能成为论证论点的有力论据。同时叙述材料时，突出或增补一些与论点相同或相近的词语。

如瓦特之例，不仅扣住论点，而且剪取故事中与论点“勤于思考，善于分析”相吻合的这一侧面，突出这一面。如多处强调瓦特“感到惊异”、“想问个究竟”、 “追问”、“深思”、“思索着”、“分析着”、“试验着”，这些扩展语句是不可少的。少了这样的语句，再好的例子也不能很好地为论点服务。

London and Tower Bridge

Not much is known about the earliest London Bridge although it’s location is thought to be near the present one. The second bridge a wooden one existing in Saxon times seems to have given rise to the nursery rhyme ‘London Bridge is falling down’ which it did in 1014. In 1176 the first stone bridge was constructed. Houses sprung up on both sides of the bridge and stood until it was pulled down in 1831, making way for a more elegant, classic structure. My favourite animal is fish. Because they are very interesting. There are many kinds of fish. They are liveing in water very free. They are very colorful, some fish are red, some fish are white, and some fish are gold... So I like them very much !!!!

我最喜欢的动物是鱼。因为他们是非常有趣的。鱼的种类非常多。他们是在水中自由自在的生活。他们是五颜六色的,一些鱼是红色的,一些鱼是白色的,一些鱼是黄金色的……我非常喜欢它们! ! ! !

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong

University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I

am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology

(NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During

the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among

the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I

got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission

test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5%

in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is

given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer

Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the

ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university.

Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of

Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to

narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and

Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It

is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled

a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This

was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and

experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research

interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research

(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid

system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

1.在文献综述时，应系统地查阅与自己的毕业设计选题直接相关的国内外文献。搜集文献应尽量全，尽量选自学术期刊或学术会议。掌握全面、大量的文献资料是写好综述的前提。

2.文献综述的题目不宜过大、范围不宜过宽。

3.在引用文献时，应注意选用代表性、可靠性和科学性较好的文献。

4.在文献综述中，应说明毕业设计选题方向的发展历史、他人的主要研究成果、存在的问题及发展趋势等。文献综述在逻辑上要合理，即做到由远而近先引用关系较远的文献，最后才是关联最密切的文献。要围绕主题对文献的各种观点作比较分析，不要教科书式地将有关的理论和学派观点简要地汇总陈述一遍。评述(特别是批评前人不足时)要引用原作者的原文，防止对原作者论点的误解。

5.文献综述要条理清晰，文字通顺简练。采用的文献中的观点和内容应注明来源，模型、图表、数据应注明出处。

6.文献综述中要有自己的观点和见解。鼓励学生多发现问题、多提出问题，并指出分析、解决问题的可能途径。

7.毕业设计(论文)的文献综述主要是为自己进行毕业设计(论文)提供文献方面的帮助和指导，所以，只要把自己所作题目的相关文献找准、找全，然后对这些文献中的观点、方法、原理、材料等进行归纳和总结，形成文字就可以了。总之，一篇好的文献综述，应有较完整的文献资料，有评论分析，并能准确地反映主题内容。

8.文献综述的总字数要求不少于3000字，应重点提出主体部分。

9.合理选择字体和行间距，力求整体布局合理、美观。
