三、要细心观察

注意英语中一些表达上的习惯。比如在正式文体的写作中，很少用 “it isn’t”这样的略缩形式，而往往是一板一眼地写作 “it is not”。同理，在正式文体中的日期一般不缩写，阿拉伯数字一般会用英文表达(特别长的数字除外)。

许多同学在写作文时，习惯于把 “since” “because” “for”这样的词放在句首引导原因状语从句。事实上，在我们见到的英语报刊杂志文章中，这样的从句一般都是放在主句之后的。另外, “and”也常常被误放在一句话的开头，表示两个句子之间的并列或递进关系。其实，经常留心地道的英语文章能发现，如果是并列关系，完全可以不用连词;如果是递进关系，用 “furthermore” “what is more”更为普遍。

Like most of the gardens of Beijing, it could not elude the rampages of the Anglo-French allied force and was destroyed by fire. In 1888, Empress Dowager Cixi embezzled navy funds to reconstruct it for her own benefit, changing its name to Summer Palace (Yiheyuan). Good morning/afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is my great honor to be here and have this interview.

First of all, may I introduce myself please. My name is ....I"m ...years old. And I"ve just graduated from ... High School. I"m an active and optimistic person in daily life, and I like singing, shopping and watching TV with friends very much.

And most impotantly, I would like to let you know that, I"ve been interested in universities/institues of International relations, espeically its majors and environments, since my first year in high school. and I"ve also tried to know some more about them in my free time. My total points of the university entrance examination might not be good enough for our shool, however, I"ll be grateful if I have the chance to be a student here, and I"ll do my best in my study and college life and be an useful person in the furture.

My name is xxx . There are 4 people in my family. My father is a Chemistry teacher. He teaches chemistry in senior high school. My mother is an English teacher. She teaches English in the university. I have a younger brother, he is a junior high school student and is preparing for the entrance exam.

I like to read English story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books is fun. In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.

I hope to study both  in English and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects. Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.

1、面试前的筛选：不能毫无目的的发，因为HR部门的资源是有限的，我们要把这封邀请发给最符合标准的那一部分人，做到精准。

2、关于联系方式：给求职者打电话的工具也是很有讲究的，不要用分机，要使用直线座机或者手机，这样便于求职者有疑问好回拨。说说我自己一次求职的亲身经历，当时我是去面试的路上，按照百度地图找可很久也没有找到，就按照通知我面试的电话回拨打回去，结果是前台总机，当时也不知道分机号码，后来就放弃了。或许求职者并不是不来，而是我们在工作中没有做好，忽略了某些细节造成的。

3、关于电话邀请：打电话邀约时，如果求职者还在职的话，他可能不希望被他的领导知道他正在找工作，所以要询问对方是否方便接听电话。要确认求职者的信息，投递的职位、求职状态，以防打错电话。要倾听和解答对方的疑问，另外需要注意说话的语气、语速。

4、关于熟悉业务：我们还要熟悉公司的概况，如公司简介和历史、产品和服务、企业文化、招聘职位的信息，如果HR自己对这些都不熟悉，那么求职者就会觉得你不够专业，做招聘的HR代表着公司的形象，求职者觉得你不够专业，他会联想到公司是否也不专业，不正规呢?这样求职者还会来吗?所以一定要做好准备工作再打电话邀约面试。

5、关于邀请信息确认：邀请信息不是发出后就万事大吉了，需要和对方作确认，同时也在面试的头天作好提醒，HR的服务职能要发挥处来，及时的掌握情况，那就不被动。如果是主动寻访的简历，面试的时间一定要提出备选方案。

6、关于面试差旅费：招聘邀请信息是一种承诺，笔者有个朋友跨市去面试，对方声明报销来回路费，可是面试好后，以未能录用为由不能报销，这就很容易树立公司的负面形象。所以招聘信息写的很好，做不到，那也是白搭，说到就要做到。

7、关于邀请信息的发布途径：现在QQ、微信、邮件、MSN、短信等等方式很多，需要选择对方最常用的联系方式，以免发到对方冷门邮箱。
