一、年糕

二、饺子

春节期间很多地方会把饺子做成“元宝”形状，不过在食用时间上则有较大不同，有些地方是在除夕夜吃饺子，而有的地方则是大年初一的时候吃饺子。

三、元宵

南方地区将元宵叫做“汤圆”，除了名字的叫法不同以外，在制作方法以及食用方法上也存在着较大的差异。

大年三十晚上，家家户户都在边吃团圆饭，边看春节联欢晚会，等待着新年钟声的敲响，我们家也不例外。

我双眼无神地盯着时钟，此刻时间仿佛成了一个小气鬼，一秒钟都仿佛变成了永恒的时刻。我无可奈何地叫起来：“天呐!时间怎么过得这么慢呀!”“心急吃不了热豆腐，耐心等着吧!”哥哥拿起电视遥控器，换了换台，意味深长地笑了笑。

时间如水一般从我手中流失，睡觉的欲望如野草似的在我心里一般疯长。正当我要睡着时，只听一声“过年啦!”霎时间，一束烟花像一支利箭一般，冲向天空炸出了一张美丽的笑脸。紧接着，不计其数的烟花像机关枪里的子弹一般以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲上天空，炸出了一朵朵美丽的鲜花。

此刻，天空成了花的海洋。烟花像仙女般美丽，礼花如公主般高雅，它们绽开笑脸，仿佛在向我们祝贺“新春快乐!”哥哥郑重地拍了一下我的肩膀：“祝贺你守岁成功，新春快乐!”我开心地笑了!

春节的热闹不在于节日的欢庆，而在于亲人的团聚。

团聚时要干什么呢？当然是聊聊天、吃顿饭，而小朋友聚在一起玩耍并不亚于收到长辈送来的饱含着对我们的期望的红包。反正，大家都非常快乐。

这一段话来源于哪儿呢？它们来源于我的记忆中。在我的记忆里，过年也不错。以前的我觉得过年和以往没什么不同，现在才明白了团聚的美妙。那种感觉就像冬天里的流浪非常孤独、寒冷地游荡在街上，突然有一丛光火，温暖了你的心。过年时家人们那温馨的相聚就像那火光温暖着每个人的心。

在我眼里的春节就是这样的，而在爷爷奶奶的眼中，春节又是随着年代而变化的。以前，生活贫困、艰苦，人们天天盼望着新年可以吃点好吃的，穿点新的。现在，他们不再盼望那些了，而是盼着儿女们的归来。

我来举个例子。我们家楼上的爷爷奶奶平时带着她们的外孙女进进出出，因为叔叔阿姨在外地上班，回来的次数很少。不过大年初一到初四还是一定会来的，因为爷爷的生日正好在大年初四那天。今年的初四那天，由于叔叔阿姨没有兄弟姐妹，所以当天只有他们五人聚在一起，最能体现爷爷奶奶对叔叔阿姨在家的珍惜就体现在分蛋糕上了。爷爷不怕吃甜食，他竟给了女儿女婿每人七分之二的蛋糕，也给了外孙女七分之二，最后把剩下七分之一的蛋糕给了自己和老伴。我说了这么多，只是想告诉天下的叔叔阿姨们：常回家看看。

We will look at some of the legends behind Chinese new year and how to celebrate it. Here in the US and Chinese across the world.

The Chinese have specific way to celebrate their new year. If you walk down the street in Chinatown during Chinese New Year, you see a variety of ancient traditions such as red banners, firecrackers and lion dance performances, streets are filled with lively celebration.

However, legend has said that the new year has not always been a time of festivity. An Asian Chinese story told a chilly start to this festive holiday, it begins with an ancient Chinese beast called Nian.

Every New Year Nian would rise from swelling in the sea to ravage Chinese village in livestock and hurting people. The villages soon found out from a wise gray-haired old man that the only way to scare the beast away was to set off firecrackers and light lamps and to hang red banners on each door. As the story goes, this was the beginning of a tradition that would last thousands of years.

So this story leads to the creation of many of other traditions for celebrating Chinese New Year. lets take a look at some of these traditions.

A new year ，a new start，when I stand on the edge of a new year，I can#39;t help thinking about my plan of next year.

Just as the old saying："Well began is the half of the success."So I decide that I should be at work while the others are still relaxing ，and then ，at the beginning ，I#39;m quicker than the others and of course I will get better result than the others.

今天是大年初一，外面张灯结彩、普天同庆，热闹极了！

大街上有：放鞭炮的、敲锣打鼓的。最好玩的还要数舞龙灯，第一个叔叔舞着一颗“龙珠”，其他的叔叔舞着两条“龙”，每一条“龙”都想把“龙珠”变成自己的宝贝。

今天开心极了！

每年过年我们都要放鞭炮，特别是大年三十的晚上，为了“驱年避邪”那炮声简直响彻云霄!

大年三十晚上十点半了，哥哥带我和姐姐弟弟一起出去买鞭炮。我们走了好远好远，买了一大堆鞭炮，哥哥说：“这下够你们放个痛快了吧!”我们在回家的路上，已经有不少人在放鞭炮了。据我所知，小孩子都喜欢放“天旋地转”、“黑红蜘蛛”、“开心果”、“彩蝶游春”这些杀伤力小的鞭炮。而大人们就比较喜欢放一串一串的鞭炮，还有“欢天喜地”、“轰天雷”等。我最怕的就是轰天雷了，它的杀伤力超级大!把它扔进水里，会溅起七十米高的水花!把它半身埋在土里，点燃引线后，会炸出一个超大的坑，而且声音很响!

弟弟有些胆小，一路上一直掩着耳朵走路。我想让他变得勇敢，就扔了个黑蜘蛛在他的脚下。只听“砰”的一声响，被吓得跳了起来，一下子跑到哥哥后面躲了起来。弟弟对鞭炮更惧怕了，连摸都不敢摸一下。后来，我看见无数个孔明灯在漫天飞舞，觉得挺漂亮的.，就想和弟弟开个玩笑，说：“一会儿把你装到孔明灯上，让你飞到天上去。”弟弟吓惨了，连孔明灯也不敢放了，心里面想的就是马上回家。唉，我居然帮了个倒忙，看来我以后只有另想办法帮助弟弟了。

各种各样的鞭炮在我们手里噼里啪啦，其中最有趣的就要数“孔明灯”了。孔明灯有个别名叫“许愿灯”。听说只用在纸上写自己的愿望，然后让它飞上天空，愿望就能成真。我也把我新一年的愿望写在孔明灯上，虽然我知道这只是个传说，这些愿望也要通过我的努力才能实现。

新年的钟声即将敲响，哥哥对我们说：“马上‘世界末日’就要来临了。”我心里也有点怕怕的。12点整，全城的炮声响成一片，礼花遍天开放，五彩缤纷。人们在用这种喜庆的方式迎接新一年的到来!

沧州舞狮表演历史悠久民间蚌舞船有着悠久的历史，早在中国农村和乡镇流行。凡遇到节庆日和龙华庙会期间，都会以行街和场院的表演形式，并伴有悠扬的民乐或鼓点演奏，世代以来，颇受百姓的喜爱。

为将蚌舞船这项民间艺术重新焕发青春，龙华沧州舞狮团街道文化中心领导四处奔波，寻觅到精于此艺的老艺人樊雅娟等。当年逾六旬的樊老师获悉这濒临绝迹的蚌舞场有望挽救使，不禁喜形于色。她自己垫付达一万元，从自我构思、自作编排做起，经过数月的努力，终于在龙华地区创建了全市首个民间蚌舞船队。河北舞狮团

北狮舞法的基本动作有：愕、怕、喜、爬、蹲、退、滚等，配合柔顺、活泼、灵巧、神采、愉快、轻盈的步法，把狮子舞得惟妙惟肖。其眼睛、嘴巴、耳朵会开动，此种技术重于扑、跌、翻、滚、跳跃、擦痒等动作。

以武士（即所谓主人）之敏捷矫健之身段相配合，来表现狮子的雄健勇猛，也生动地刻划出武士之机智及风趣，予人一种美好振奋的`享受。

通过武术家巧妙的改良，使狮子舞中之狮子，已不是凶残暴戾之山野猛兽，而足一头亲切可爱很驯服的家畜，有时表现得像一个深于世故，沉着持重的老者，有时表现得像一个天真顽皮的小孩，往往有其可爱的性格，此是北方狮子舞的特点。

北狮造型与真狮酷肖，不若南狮庞大，头部亦没有南狮五彩缤纷装饰，纯粹是兽毛颜色，惟其顶部加一独角以示不同平凡的兽类。全身以缨毛作狮被，甚至表演者所着之裤子与鞋都和真狮子腿部毛色一样，因而舞动起来就是一头惟妙惟肖的活动狮子，予人有真实的感觉。

北方狮子表演时共需舞员三人，一人舞狮前身呀（即狮头），一人舞狮后身（即狮尾），另一个饰武士，领导起舞。

北狮的舞姿，主要在表演的善良与灵巧，翻滚跳跃，首尾相引合，步法整齐合一，加上充京钹、京锣、京鼓等音乐节拍，按乐声起舞，引者舞持球翻腾滚确，表现武士雄姿，徐徐持球引狮起舞，而舞狮头者除跟随持球武士各卜种动作而配合演出各种舞姿外，还必须给舞狮尾者以充份默契，而舞狮尾者亦必须留意狮头动向，头则尾亦动，头定则尾亦定，跳跃翻滚，紧密跟随，俾能头尾舞姿调协，融成一体，方上乘舞技。

看完了上面的介绍，原来在北方舞狮子表演时只需要三个人，而在南方，舞狮子的时候则是越多人越好，就是图个热闹这一点跟北方的确有很大区别。
