每年过年我们都要放鞭炮，特别是大年三十的晚上，为了“驱年避邪”那炮声简直响彻云霄!

大年三十晚上十点半了，哥哥带我和姐姐弟弟一起出去买鞭炮。我们走了好远好远，买了一大堆鞭炮，哥哥说：“这下够你们放个痛快了吧!”我们在回家的路上，已经有不少人在放鞭炮了。据我所知，小孩子都喜欢放“天旋地转”、“黑红蜘蛛”、“开心果”、“彩蝶游春”这些杀伤力小的鞭炮。而大人们就比较喜欢放一串一串的鞭炮，还有“欢天喜地”、“轰天雷”等。我最怕的就是轰天雷了，它的杀伤力超级大!把它扔进水里，会溅起七十米高的水花!把它半身埋在土里，点燃引线后，会炸出一个超大的坑，而且声音很响!

弟弟有些胆小，一路上一直掩着耳朵走路。我想让他变得勇敢，就扔了个黑蜘蛛在他的脚下。只听“砰”的一声响，被吓得跳了起来，一下子跑到哥哥后面躲了起来。弟弟对鞭炮更惧怕了，连摸都不敢摸一下。后来，我看见无数个孔明灯在漫天飞舞，觉得挺漂亮的.，就想和弟弟开个玩笑，说：“一会儿把你装到孔明灯上，让你飞到天上去。”弟弟吓惨了，连孔明灯也不敢放了，心里面想的就是马上回家。唉，我居然帮了个倒忙，看来我以后只有另想办法帮助弟弟了。

以前过年，只是和大人凑热闹。今年过年我知道了不少和春节有关风俗习惯。

大年三十上午每家每户都要贴春联，以示迎春之意。外公每年都要挑选一幅称心如意好春联。今年选上联是：喜气洋洋财旺旺，下联是：好运多多福连连。横批是：吉星高照。这足以预示新一年里幸福生活。

年三十午夜吃饺子，也是每家必不可少。老人们都说吃饺子好。吃饺子包含着非常丰富文化意义。饺子谐音交子，就是相交子时，交好运发大财。因饺子形状又像金元宝，故又象征团圆和财富。

春节是我国的传统节日，但是现在春节气息渐渐变得淡起来，人们的春节意识渐渐降低，春节也不再红火了，人们也不再那么盼望了。

记得去年春节快来临时，我在家里学写对联，我站在一旁看大人们写对联，只见他们手拿一支毛笔，在墨水里蘸了蘸，然后就在红纸上写了几个大字。具体内容我已记不清了。那一幅对联写得非常工整，我见了就对伯父说：“能教我写对联吗？”我清楚地记得伯父问：“你会用毛笔吗？你知道应该怎样写对联吗？”我摇了摇头说：“不会。”于是他又说：“你今年又长大了一岁，居然连毛笔都还不会使用，趁着这个机会，我就教你几招吧。”听了伯父的话，我高兴地跳了起来。

伯父告诉我，写字时身子要坐直，不要趴在桌子上。然后又详细地告诉我应该怎样使用毛笔。听了伯父的一番话，我终于学会了使用毛笔的一些最为基本的方法。接着伯父又让我写了几个字给他看看。我写了五个字：“我最爱中国”。写得歪歪扭扭，大概是刚使用毛笔吧！伯父见了笑了笑：“字倒是写得不错，就是笔画不直。”
