The study showed that while people have an inborn predilection toward independence and self-confidence, about 70 percent of this personality trait is affected by a persons environment and lifetime experiences.

Pedersens studies, with various collaborators, probe the aging process by comparing sets of twins, both identical and fraternal, many of whom were separated at an early age.

The subjects were drawn from a roster first compiled about 30 years ago registering all twins born in Sweden since 1886. The complete list, which was extended in 1971, has 95,000 sets of twins.

首先，我想到了飞飞的父母，他们像许多孩子的父母一样，用爱呵护着孩子，并对孩子寄予厚望，这是无可厚非的，毕竟望子成龙、望女成凤是人之常情。然而，父母对自己的工作持否定的态度，并把自己的愿望寄托给孩子，这对孩子的影响是很大的。在飞飞的眼里，父亲的工作是崇高而伟大的。可是飞飞父亲却硬让孩子否定自己的工作，无形间让孩子否定了自我，盲目地顺从了别人，还有什么比扼杀孩子的理想和自我更可怕吗？

其次，我想到了飞飞，幼儿不是真空的花朵，而是社会生活中具体的人，与社会有千丝万缕的联系，父母、亲朋、师长、邻里、乃至整个社会各种风气的影响，都会在幼儿身上产生作用。人们常说：“幼儿像一张白纸，画上什么就是什么”。然而我觉得幼儿虽然是一张白纸，但画画的权利应该在幼儿自己，别人在这张白纸上描绘的话，只会让这张白纸印染各种痕迹，而不利于幼儿的健康成长。

肯定自己，欣赏别人的道理，大人一看便能领悟其意，而对于有独特年龄特点和思维方式的幼儿，想让其领悟，须采取适宜的方式进行。我准备把“肯定自己，欣赏别人”这个道理融进一个主题活动中，活动名称就定为“认识小小的我，夸夸身边的他”，活动共分四个子活动，活动一的主题为“认识我的模样”，把幼儿带到四面围镜的舞蹈房，让幼儿充分观察“我”长得什么样子，然后经过语言描述和互相讨论，在内心初步形成“我”的概念。活动二的主题为“我来打扮我自己”让幼儿每人准备一张十寸单身大头照片，贴在墙面上，表示自己。然后让幼儿为“自己”设计发型、服装，并给自己化妆。我事先从旧图书中搜集各种蔬菜、水果及小朋友游戏、运动、帮家人做家务的图片，让幼儿按自己的喜好选择蔬菜水果及爱做的事情的图片，按标记贴照片一侧，并把不喜欢的图片贴在照片另一侧。幼儿通过操作、判断、选择，直观形象的明确了自己的优缺点和强弱势。活动三的主题为“说说小小的我”，以讨论会的形式让每个幼儿尝试用语言来把照片上的我描绘出来，感知自己的优缺点。活动四的主题为“夸夸身边的他”，充分认识了自己，就该让幼儿去欣赏别人了。让幼儿互相观摩墙上的照片，比较发现彼此的优缺点，并通过谈话“你最喜欢谁？为什么？”让幼儿了解别人的优点，从而影响自己，改正缺点。当然，这只是一个方案策划，希望大家和我共同研讨，使方案更加完善，然后组织幼儿进行活动。不过，活动只是一种形式，要想让孩子真正的肯定自己欣赏别人，还需要社会共同努力。
