上课的前段时间，我的思维会跟着老师的问题转，聚精会神、全神贯注的听讲，可是课堂的后段时间，心早已飞到了另一个世界，有时我会拿起书翻翻新内容，心中暗想：老师课堂上后段时间讲的内容一定很简单，不用听了吧，反正会了。于是我便巴望着快点下课，看看课外书，或者在外面痛痛快快的玩一会儿。结果，事实正好与我的想法相反，老师最后讲的是每道题的重点，这使我每次做题都有点小错误，而且错的都是简单的题，在我眼中，100分好像远在天边似的。

我多么想让老师减少一点作业，让我们有一点自己的生活空间但是社会正在快速发展，走向新的时代，所以，我作为一名学生，必须努力学习，不然就跟不上社会的新时代发展的步伐，从今以后，我要上课全神贯注，思维跟着老师转，下课再做自己喜欢的事。

Here is a difference between science and technology.Science is a method of

answering theoretical questions; technology is a method of solving practical

problems. Science has to do with discovering the facts and relationships between

observable phenomena in nature and with establishing theories that serve to

Another distinction between science and technology has to do with the

progress in each. Progress in science excludes the human factor. Scientists, who

the option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonic

aircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathe

polluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and not

the reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people in

general, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those who

presently wish to gain advantage for themselves.

We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blame

technology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even social

decay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. That

promise is a cleaner and healthier world. If wise applications of science and

technology do not lead to a better world, what else will?

我先把番茄洗干净，再切成小块，放在一边，然后开始磕鸡蛋。我拿起第一个鸡蛋，轻轻一磕，没有磕开。我又多用了一点力气再一磕，还是没有磕开。鸡蛋鼓着肚子，好像在神气地说：“你那么小，想磕开我，没门儿!”我很不服气，对自己说：“谁说我磕不开鸡蛋?”我用力一磕，鸡蛋终于破了一个口。我顺着口用手一掰，蛋清弄了我一手。

妈妈告诉我，可以用手指自己掰开，不能用蛮力的。我试着轻轻一掰，还真的打好鸡蛋了，可以下锅了。因为看见妈妈煮饭都带着围裙，我又没有，所以很怕油溅到身上，是会很痛的。于是我把蛋一放下了锅，就快速地躲开，看着溅起的油花，我真庆幸自己躲开了而没有被那滚烫的油花击中。炒了一会儿，我觉得差不多了，就把切好的番茄倒了进去炒了一会儿，鸡蛋番茄炒均匀后，我把它们盛到盘子里，端上了饭桌。

妈妈尝了一口我炒的鸡蛋西红柿，夸我的手艺很不错。我赶紧也拿起筷子夹了一块鸡蛋，吹了吹，放进嘴里。嗯，好吃!

毕竟这是我第一次动手炒菜，所以我觉得这顿饭格外香!

瘦瘦的身子，细长的腿，大大的脚丫，乌黑的头发，这就是我——__。我的眼睛小小的，耳朵大大的，鼻子不大不小，性格非常温柔，是个名副其实的小暖男!但有时候，我也会像变了一个人似的，非常调皮，跑来跑去，比兔子跑的都快!

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

我的爸爸是一个一有空闲时间就要运动的人。这不，周末他又带我来到上海大学打篮球了。听说爸爸可是一名灌篮高手，但是我可不信，今天非要亲眼瞧瞧。

一大早，我们坐着地铁来到了上海大学的风雨篮球馆，我把背在身上的篮球从包子里取出，找了一个空着的篮球筐。爸爸带着我做热身运动，做完以后，就开始了我们的篮球之旅。

只见爸爸双手捧着球，深吸一口气，然后踮起脚尖，犀利的眼光向右前方扫了一下，又往左边来了个虚晃，向前纵身一跃。说时迟，那时快，一个三分球投进了!我羡慕极了，不服气地说：“我也是个篮球健将哦，要不咱们来一场投篮比赛?”爸爸果断应战。

首先由我来投，我们分别站在三分线和罚球线，爸爸说我小就让着我，所以让我站在罚球线。我瞄准篮筐，使出吃奶的力气朝篮筐投去，只见球在空中划过一道美丽的弧线并命中篮筐。

爸爸给我竖了一个大拇指，并微微一笑，夺过球就投，那球到了爸爸的手里好像就变成了球筐的宝宝，什么也不管就投入了母亲的怀抱。我看着这一幕，惊呆了!爸爸看着我这迷茫的`神情，笑而不语。

首先我们来到迎阳门前，迎阳门的城墙是大青砖建的，足足有一个房间那么厚的墙，很结实。拱形的门框是有五块花岗岩石建造的，门的上方有一个炮孔，炮孔两旁有很多十字形的枪孔，炮孔上方还有一个五角星，屋顶是黑色瓦片盖的。

往迎阳门里面走是一条宽阔的石阶路，沿着石阶往前走，上面长着许多绿色的小葫芦，像一个个绿色小灯泡，走着走着，我就闻到了兰花的幽香，我快速往前走去，原来小路旁摆着许多兰花。走在石街路上就能感受到古韵。

走过一段路就到了城隍庙，城隍庙青砖黑瓦红檐，庙里有三个雕像，中间的是城隍爷，两边的是城隍爷的助手。城隍爷每年5月28日出巡全程，察民间疾苦、善恶忠奸，惩恶扬善，保佑人民百姓平安健康，五谷丰登。现在每年5月28日都有这个活动。

城隍庙的隔壁是关帝庙，关帝庙里面纪念着关羽。离开关帝庙我们往前走，到了文昌井，那口井是古城六口井中的其中一口，位于文昌山右侧，因此取名为文昌井。文昌井有400年的历史，井沿是由四块花岗岩拼成的，又名四季平安井。

接下来我们参观了南门丰阜门和西门平成门。这两个门和迎阳门一模一样。平成门上有一个信箱，信箱像一个小怪物，那个怪物由两个耳朵，头上有一个角，它睁大眼睛张大了嘴巴。由于历史的原因，北边的炮楼没有保存下来。

客家人喜欢莲花，在古城中央，有四口很大的莲塘，连塘里的荷花很漂亮，就像一位位亭亭玉立的姑娘一样，花瓣就像它的腮红，粉红粉红的，荷叶肩并着肩挨挨挤挤的，像一个碧绿碧绿的大圆盘，如果很早去的话，舞就像婚纱一样，披在荷花身上，把荷花打扮得像一个新娘，“荷花站在莲塘中，就像一位新娘，在等待心爱的人来接她”。

从平成门出来，我们就要回家了，边走我边望着莲塘古城，它令我流连忘返，它是赣州的瑰宝。
