本来有这些绰号，我已经很苦恼了，可妈妈却雪上加霜，又逼我减肥。我这么能吃，怎么减肥呀!妈妈立了很多“条约”：早上半碗粥;中午青菜米饭;晚上一根胡萝卜;一周只能吃两次肉……每天，我一看到爸爸吃肉，我的口水就是“飞流直下三千尺”。蠢蠢欲动的筷子刚要伸向美味的肉，妈妈的一个眼神，就让我断了偷吃的念头。不仅仅如此，妈妈要求我每天还要慢跑半小时，这简直比登天还难啊!我一跑，浑身上下的肉就颤抖起来。没跑几步，我就累得气喘吁吁……好累!可是妈妈的圣旨谁敢违抗?我咬牙坚持着……

经过了一个月的坚持，我终于瘦下来了!妈妈见了，就放松了要求，不再约束我吃饭了。我又开始了我的幸福生活——吃肉。没过几天，我又反弹了回来!“魔鬼”减肥，又开始了……

难道我真的就不能瘦下来吗?我要努力减肥——“管住嘴、迈开腿”，重新变回那个帅帅的我!

寒冷的冬天过去了，温暖的春天不知不觉的来了，我们去校园寻找春天的足迹。

校园的左侧，有一棵高大的梧桐树，远远望去，梧桐树光秃秃的，近看，会惊喜的发现，梧桐树长出了一些小苞，小苞是绿色的，有的小苞抽出了一点儿嫩芽，有的小苞圆溜溜的，像一个个小球。

走过“求真”石，就来到大操场上，大操场上那四季常青的松柏依然昂首挺胸的站在大操场边守护着，像一个个绿色卫士。

绕过大操场，映入眼帘的是一棵美丽的紫荆树，紫荆树上的花儿挨挨挤挤的，散发出迷人的芳香。紫金花是紫色的，一朵朵米粒大小的紫荆花连在一起，好像一串串紫糖葫芦。紫荆花小小的，形状比其他花要小，根桂花差不多。微风吹来，紫荆花发出沙沙的响声，奏响了春的乐章。

紫金树旁，有一株开得如火如荼的茶花，红红的茶花开满枝头，在绿叶的衬托下显得更加艳丽。有的花瓣全展开了，露出了嫩黄的花蕊，有的还是花骨朵儿，看起来马上要破裂似的。

走进小操场，抬头仰望，展现在眼前的是一株婀娜多姿的迎春花，迎春花的根细细的，像一个苗条的少女，又像一根仙女的秀发，一阵微风吹过，迎春花随着风舞蹈，好像在说：“你看我多漂亮啊!”

沿着小路漫步，只见一棵广玉兰出现在眼前。广玉兰的花瓣大朵大朵的粉红粉红的，有的全展开了，像花仙子的家，有的还是花骨朵儿，像一滴雨露。

春天的校园真美啊!

It is neither genius nor extraordinary ability that gives us power to deal

with and overcome whatever hardship one is confronted with.2、As in the picture,

difficult moments and attain our goals.

The determined spirit gives us light when we are in dark moments and

encourages when we are frustrated. With this quality, no enemy can overwhelm us,

and noobstacles can stand in our way. There are many examples of success being

achieved solely through the strong will of the spirit. As in the picture, the

athlete is running, with a determined spirit, towards the finishing line in

order to obtain the gold medal, considered as the symbol of success for any

sportsman. It is determination that leads to success. ?

It is not easy to cultivate this determined spirit. To do this, we must

establish a firm faith in our actions and be ready to devote ourselves to them.

We must boldly go through trials and hardships to train our will so as to get

rid of the weak points of our moral character. Around us, there are quite a few

people with this intense determination and spirit and set a good example for us

to follow.

Almost everybody loves music, because music has its power. It can brings

joy to people when they feel upset. As for me, when I am not happy, I will turn

up the music in my bedroom, singing loudly and shaking my body. As Im immersed

in the music world, I will forget the annoyance and become active again. Music

also brings me the happy memories. Some songs have special meaning for me.

Whenever I hear them, the happy memories will appear in my mind. I feel life is

such wonderful for me. Music is the most beautiful language in the world. It

touches everybodys heart with beautiful rhythm.

“白羽春色关不住，百花争艳出墙来。”白羽之春，景色不凡。现在，春姑娘正为大地妈妈装扮更衣：换上了绿色的裙子，白色和粉色的裙摆，以及紫色和黄色的点缀。今天，我就为大家介绍一下缤纷的白羽春景。

白羽春景之——梨花景

白如玉，白如晶，白如雪。在树枝上面盛开，梨花那小小的五瓣，以及娇嫩的花蕊，好像扎根一样，深深地扎在花枝上。远远望去，好似树枝上挂着一层春雪。梨花挂满枝头，是那样地生机勃勃!

白羽春景之——望春景

望春花又名辛夷花、玉兰花，花瓣有紫的、白的、黄的。黄色的最为珍贵、稀少。在它未开之前，像水滴一样;初开时，又像极了康乃馨。当你觉得疲惫之时，看一眼它就会心旷神怡。在树底下摇一摇，那些望春花就像企鹅一样摇摇摆摆，可爱极了!捡起一片，轻轻剥开，就像海绵一样柔软，舒服极了!

白羽春景之——桃花景

桃花之粉，之红润，都极其令人惊艳。而这其中五瓣的桃花尤为美丽，站在树枝上，为白羽送上一个个笑脸。有一棵桃树特别奇特，开出的花一半是粉色的，一半是白色的，美丽极了!

白羽春景之——柳树景

柳树发出嫩芽，长出不惹人注意的花穗，还掉下了许多的“毛毛虫”——柳穗。人人都说，柳树是春天最早的“使者”。有几只小鸟，在柳树上鸣叫，感觉柳树会唱歌了!

人们在春天也变得精神焕发，心情舒畅。一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨。真是应了景了!

白羽的春是美的，是奇的，是秀的，是俊的。我最爱白羽的春!

It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me. In

the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and

played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious

dinner for us. After dinner, we watched TV and at about 8:30 p.m. we ate

birthday cake. There were fifteen candles on my birthday cake. I made a silent

wish, and then I blew the candles out in one breath. I had an interesting

birthday party. We had a good time in the party. I was so grateful to what they

did for me.

风，吹走了冷酷无情的寒冬，吹来了那如花似月的春姑娘。

“淅沥沥，淅沥沥”，什么风把春雨姐姐给吹来了。春雨落在了池塘边，唤醒了小青蛙，又落在柳树上，染绿了柳叶;飘在花园中，点亮了桃花，“滴答，滴答”贵如油的春雨又敲打着土地。“什么声音呀?”躺在土地里的小种子说道。于是，它抖了抖身子，直了直腰，一股劲，一下子窜到了地面上。抬起了它那稚嫩的小脑袋，好奇的在向四处张望着，好像在打量它的大地母亲，又贪婪的张着大嘴巴吮吸春天的甘露。

刹那间，雨下的大一点了，雨点儿像千万个兵将从天空落下来，它飘在喇叭花那粉红的小脸蛋上，仿佛是千万颗闪烁的宝石。看那柳树，无数小水珠落在上面，活像给柳树姑娘戴上了水晶发卡呢!

春风呼呼的吹来，好像是在为小燕子们伴奏呢!什么声音?原来是几个小朋友放风筝呢。其中一个孩子欢快的说：“我一定要把这个风筝放起来，因为它带着我的理想呢!”于是春风听见后，一鼓劲，呀!风筝真的飞起来了。几个孩子欢快的笑声荡漾在春风里。

在春风的吹拂下，柳树姑娘也欢快的跳起了舞，小鸟也叽叽喳喳地唱起了歌。小花小草也轻轻的摇着身子。就这样，它们沉浸在这醉人的春风里。

你看，那杜鹃花多漂亮啊!盛开的花瓣挤挤挨挨的，想一个个婀娜多姿的少女在翩翩起舞。凑近一闻，“哇!真香啊!”。这时，我才体会到了春天就像打碎了的香水瓶。一张张大圆盘似的叶子，十分青翠，上面滚动的露珠就像一颗颗珍珠一样晶莹剔透。

春，你是多么的美丽，多么的高尚。驱逐了寒冬，孕育了无限生命和生机。

美好的一天
