俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

Everyone should have a belief in his heart about life, beauty, and noble humanity. This is what Gump told me, who is a true man full of courage ,love, and sincerity in my mind.

Life is a box of chocolate and we can never know what it is inside before we open it. Just as Mrs Forrest put it, everyone has a destiny. As for Gump, he was thought to be a perfect fool since he was young. While, after watching the movie, I can not help but admire this young guy because of his braveness to deal with obstacles, his consistence to love and his devotion to friendship. Stupid he might seem to be, Gump gave a meaningful lesson to us who are what called more intelligent people.

Born as a boy with natural defects, Gump eventually accomplished plenty of achievements which we ordinary people can not approach. With a plain thought and natural optimism, Gump just did what he was good at, running as fast as he could, struggling toughly against destiny with all the facilities he had been given. To our surprise, he eventually graduated from college, got a military medal, became one of the best pingpong players around America and even owned a huge shrimp company. Astonishing and unbelievable as it was, those miracles did happen sometimes. Who says that great success only belongs to those

with super talents? In my opinion, those who endeavor to make their best also deserve applause and respect. Let us run towards the new sun and embrace everyday with hope and we can make a difference.

To tell the truth, I can not help but shed tears several times when I watch the moving scene where Gump rushed into dangerous forest again and again to save his battle companions. What great  selfless devotion Gump showed us! Unfortunately, Bubble, one of the best friends of Gump died in the battle field, which left a great grief to Gum. While, after retiring from military service, Gum kept his promise and purchased a big shrimp ship in order to finish Bubble’ dream. Meanwhile, he also provided financial support to Bubble’ family. 当出狱后的冉阿让背负着囚犯的身份，饱受嫌弃鄙视。社会的不公与排斥，消弭了他重新做人，改过向善的信心。是宽大为怀的主教伸出慷慨的援助之手收容了走投无路的冉阿让，他不仅不计较冉阿让偷他的银器具，反而将一对银制烛台送给了他并嘱咐道："答应我一定要把这些钱用到好的地方。把这些银器卖掉，用这些钱让自己过得好一些。"我终于相信，人是可以改变人的，正如主教以宽大、仁慈深深感化了冉阿让，给了他无限的希望，使他彻底悔悟，开始新的生活。乐于助人，见义勇为得到人民的爱戴，摇身一变成了受人尊敬的市长。这一切使我既感动又欣喜。然而欣喜之余却又陷入了深深的思绪之中。从囚犯到市长，简直是天壤之别，这无疑是人性的巨大转变。

面对着穷困潦倒，世态炎凉，将会产生两种人：第一种是卑微的人。他们丑陋、自私、贪婪的本性再也无法隐藏。就如书中的德纳第，他为了钱财不惜一切进行诈骗，一会声称是演员，一会儿又变成了画家，但他再高明也掩盖不住他丑陋的本性。其实在当今社会也不乏有一些为了眼前利益而不择手段的卑鄙小人。如一些凭借职权贪污受贿者;在重大赛事中为得到好成绩而服用兴奋剂者;还有小到考试作弊者…任何刻意的伪装都将被识破，虚伪不可能永久。另一种则无论什么情况都能永保光明、善良、宽容的高尚情操的人。洗新革面后的冉阿让变得宽大、善良因而感化了冷酷、固执，曾一味追捕他的警长沙威。我再一次被人性的巨大力量震憾。

愿我们身边多一些主教般光明的使者，有更多人能加入到助人为乐、见义勇为的队伍中来。社会需要这样的人。

只看了第一部《芳汀》第一卷、第二卷，我已经被雨果的哲学彻底征服。

第一卷、第二卷主要人物只有两位：卞福汝主教和冉阿让。

“ 一个人的心中充满黑暗，罪恶便会在那里滋生。有罪的并不是犯罪的人，而是那制造黑暗的人。”——卞福汝主教

罪犯是真的有罪?还是只是社会认为他十恶不赦?法律是人类社会的产物，是统治阶级的意志体现，它像一条边界，而边界那边就是万丈深渊。不管是因为生计所迫，还是选择错误，一个人只要稍微越线，便没有了回头路，所有人都会抛弃你;换而言之，社会已经完全抛弃你。

前几天看了斯坦利·库布里克的《发条橙》，讲的就是一个懵懂少年因无知而犯罪，在监狱——不，应该说是社会将所有罪恶集中起来发酵滋长的黑暗之处——度过两年“读圣经、洗罪恶、思悔改”的生活后，获得一个“罪犯医疗计划”的机会。所谓“罪犯医疗计划”，就是将人的本能反应——一种人造的畸形反应——强加到一个人的判断力之上。这实际上就是一种剥夺人权，一种将个人意志机械性拆除的社会意识行为。就像上文所描述的，即使那个少年成功接受了“医疗”，再次步入社会后，照样会被不当做人，人权受到肆意践踏。

卞福汝主教对待犯罪，只会用“宽恕”这一理性之光，虽然这一星点的闪光只能——或许还不能照亮一点点那阴暗的世界，但至少能点亮他周围的那一点点空间，能做他周围些许人的微光骑士。

像是冉阿让，只因牢犯的身份，公民基本权利完全丧失;在十九世纪初，《人权宣言》已发表二三十年后，“人人生而平等”、“天生人权不可剥夺”、“法律面前人人平等”这些东西放在冉阿让身上又是显得多么讽刺——宣言终归是一张纸，不过是一场革命的产物，而革命的成果被偷换时，一切仿佛又回到了原始，就像卞福汝主角所说：

“进步的暴力便叫作革命，暴力过去后，人们就认识到这一点：人类受到了呵斥，但是前进了。”

我的理解是：“人类被认为受到了呵斥，但是前进了。”

革命，只是政治夺权的美化词。每一次，不满的一些被夺利益者——他们叫自己革命者——都会用一些本身是很科学、人道的新式理论来获取，或者直接说套取无辜百姓的支持，接着用暴力(非暴力即威胁)赶尽杀绝当权者、既得利益者，然后便可以用一副满腔热血的腔调和曾经支持过他的民众说：“革命胜利了。”

接踵而至的，便是这个曾经的革命集团的堕落，对既得利益的疯狂挥霍，然后再次引发群众的不满，再次引发一场所谓的“革命”。

《悲惨世界》里的那个世界是灰冷阴暗的，很多时候，读着读着，会陷入绝望的深渊。但每次总会有一丝微光正射进你的心灵。这或许就是雨果以客观态度描述一个世界，同时也不忘做出祈祷的哲学吧。

《悲惨世界》是伟大的法国现实主义作家雨果最著名的作品之一。它描述了法国大革命前夕社会各阶层人民的不同命运,反映了当时社会重重矛盾,赞扬人性的善良和纯真,鞭挞了统治阶级和上层阶级的丑陋现象。

在这个黑暗而不公正的社会里，有一个人，他总是反对恶势力——冉阿让，也许正是他的爱、宽容和高尚的灵魂，唤起了人们的良知。他是怎样的一个人呢?

25岁时，他因打碎一块玻璃和偷了一条面包而被判19年劳役。然而，当他在长期的监禁之后终于获得了自由，他却不能被社会所接受，因为他是一个罪犯。但他以实际行动向世人证明他是一个伟大有爱的罪犯。

每个人都有爱。但有些人只爱自己，爱他们所爱的人，爱他们所拥有的。冉阿让的爱给所有的人、穷人、可怜的人、可敬的人。

他曾经是一个拥有无数财富的.市长，但是他把大部分钱都捐给了慈善机构和穷人。以致于他出门时口袋里常常装满了钱，回来时却空空如也的。

此外，他经常给饥饿的人面包，给寒冷的人衣服。到处探访穷人。对穷人来说，他是一把伞，是正义的化身。

其中最具代表性的是他对芳町与珂赛特母女的爱。为了实现芳町临死前看到自己女儿的愿望，他毫不犹豫地再次越狱(而这次越狱，对他来说是终身苦役犯的代价)。

虽然最终芳町还是没有实现自己的死的愿望，但他始终坚持完成自己对芳町——一个毫无关系的死人的诺言……

他终于救了珂赛特。他的一生都在照顾她，就好像她是他的女儿一样。

是什么让他如此关心这么毫无关系的人?因为他把这个世界上所有的可怜人、穷人都当作自己的孩子，用“父亲”的义务和责任照顾每一个“孩子”。这种爱是最高的，是普世的爱!

在这部作品中，作者把目光投向社会底层人民，对资本主义社会的黑暗进行了强有力的结露和批判，以他细腻的文笔描绘了社会底层人们地狱般的生活。虽然他们的命运都是悲惨的，但他们的心灵确实高尚的，他们的心理都有一种信念:爱!主教对冉阿让的博爱，冉阿让对珂塞特的父爱，芳汀对珂赛特的母爱，珂塞特和马吕斯之间的情爱………正是因为有爱，所以才让这部处处展示着绝望和鮮血的作品多了一抹别样的色彩!

出狱后的冉阿让背负着囚犯的身份，饱受他人的歧视，残酷的现实逼他就犯，他偷了主教一个银烛台。主教非但没有怪他，反而把另一个烛台也送给了他。在善良，博爱的主教的感化下，冉阿让洗心革面，经过自己的努力几年之后变成了受人尊敬的马德兰市长。他不忘主教的仁慈与善良，常常对穷苦的人给于援助，他无私的帮助芳汀，收珂塞特做养女，从下水道救出马呂斯，放走追捕他的沙威警长……冉阿让的身上体现了人道主义的博爱，从某种程度上来讲也是时代的悲剧，是社会底层人民苦难的缩影。世界是不完全的，也不是绝对的。就像小说中的德纳第夫妇，他们对珂塞特百般欺压，将芳汀寄来的东西给自己的女儿，最后却沦为阶下囚，这是典型的小人物的自私自利的体现!

书中最能引发人对善与恶的思考的是沙威警长，他穷其一生追捕冉阿让，一次次打破冉阿让平静的生活，他们之间是天生的死敌，但最后却又成为特殊的朋友。沙威如同猎人一般将冉阿让这个猎物不断驱赶，也正是因为这种逼迫使得冉阿让不断探索挣扎，一步步向上攀登。小说的最后，冉阿让放走沙威，沙威才认识到自己的自己的错误，认识到那个黑白颠倒的社会。那个冷漠绝望的世界不是他所追求的，在善与恶的强烈冲击下，他孤独而又绝望的跳河自杀。活了一辈子，到头来却发现自己从一开始就错了，世界上没有比这更悲哀的事了!

在那个时代背景之下，即使你在高尚，再伟大，再与命运的不公和恶势斗争，却总是显得孤单。不过，也正是这种差距悬殊的对抗，才更加凸显主人公冉阿让的英雄本色!

读《悲惨世界》，得到的不仅是文学的进修，更是情感的升华，灵魂的洗礼!

我们生活在一个美好的世界里，却总是埋怨命运的不公。我读了《悲惨世界》以后才知道当时世界的悲惨，那主人公冉阿让又能说什么呢?

冉阿让是个穷人，因偷了一个面包就被关入监牢，期间越狱失败四次，足足判了十六年。十六年啊，浪费了多少青春岁月，能做多少有意义的事，而换来的只是一个面包。出狱后却常常招人排斥，连住宿的地方也找不到，仅仅因为冉阿让犯有前科。最终有一位好心的主教收留了他，并送他了一套银餐具和一对银烛台。当冉阿让最需要帮助时，所有人都逃避了，单单只有一个人站了出来。甚至有时他的好意也往往遭到人们的误解，不能被社会所接受。

难道穷人就不是人吗?他们也有生命，自由的生活的权利。人穷志不穷，穷人只是没有钱，但他们的志气还在。

我不知道当时的社会是多么黑暗，如此下去会有更多的人轻视法律。“以爱制恶”，惟有道德感化才是医治社会灾难的良方。文中的卞福汝主教就是善良，纯真的代言人，明知道冉阿让犯有前科还让他过夜，在偷东西被抓到后还送了他一对银烛台，一系列的举动，真真切切的述说了主教的善良。

世界不是完美的，总有好人在发善，有坏人在作恶。但我们可以使好人多一些，让他们去感化正在作恶的人。坏人也有善良的一面，我相信会有更多的人加入到爱心行动中。

爱的`形式非常多，也十分简单。扶一位老奶奶过马路，捡起随风飘动的塑料袋等一件小事，都是在散发着爱心。大家行动起来吧，伸出你双手让世界充满爱!
