all the major reasons children in Maywood will benefit from studying the Chinese

language as part of their elementary school education. It provides invaluable

Although MCEA would like to see Palo Alto public schools implement the

first bilingual Chinese kindergarten class in September of 2006, we have learned

that the school district must take the time to understand how a new program will

窗外阴沉沉的，我的心不由得欢快起来，因为每当下雨时，妈妈会带我去一个神秘的世界。直到现在，我还清晰的记得我第一次去那里的情景。

那是好几年前的一个周末，小雨霏霏，我因为不能跟小伙伴一起出去玩耍，很无聊地靠在妈妈身上，对妈妈说：“我想出去玩。”妈妈温柔地看着我，过了一会儿然后说：“好，我带你去一个奇妙的地方！”“下雨了，我们去哪儿啊？”妈妈微微一笑，没有说话，只见妈妈拿起一把雨伞，说：“来，抱紧我！”

我抱着妈妈，妈妈打开窗户，突然，伞旋转起来，我闭上眼睛，感觉我们飘了起来，离开了地面……

过了好一会儿，我听到妈妈说：“宝贝，我们到了。”我战战兢兢地睁开眼睛，竟然发现我们站在云端上，云软软的，暖暖的，舒服极了！

云朵带着我和妈妈继续前行，我们看见一群穿水蓝色衣服小孩在乌黑的云朵上跳来跳去。他们笑我也跟着笑，觉得很有趣。后来我仔细去观察，才发现他们只要轻轻一跳，云朵里的水滴就被震得纷纷下落。哦！原来下雨是这群调皮鬼干的！看到他们玩得这么高兴，我也跃跃欲试，就不由自主的跟着他们在云朵上蹦得不亦乐乎。

再往前走，就到天宫了，我们听到有人窃窃私语，好像在说：“这个孩子学习不错”“那户人家做了很多善事”，我们走近一看，原来是太白星跟菩提老祖在聊天呢。“你好啊！小朋友”，他们热情的跟我打招呼，我也笑着跟他们招手。

穿过天宫，我们看见了一个热闹的场景：那是个孩子的乐园，所有的孩子都穿着蓬蓬松松的雪白衣服，他们有的身上挎着色彩的小包，抱着一根柱子正往下滑，有的正在包装礼物，还有的忙着把礼物堆在雪橇里……

我非常好奇，问妈妈：“那些带着包包的小孩是在干什么呀？”妈妈笑着说：“是在收集人们的快乐。”

“可是用来干什么的呢？”

“用来下雪的呀！”

哇！我终于知道原来雪是这么来的！也知道为什么雪下得越大，我越高兴啦！

“宝贝，我们出发了！”妈妈打断了我的思绪，啊，不知今天能不能再遇到下雪的孩子们呢？会不会遇到我一直很喜欢的白兔，还有她的主人美女嫦娥呢？
