A version of Rabbi Banish’s deathbed revelation appears to Rabbi Nechemia in Something Is There. At twenty-seven he is already racked by the doubts that torment Rabbi Banish. So shaken is his belief in God that he deserts his rabbinical post in provincial Bechev for the flesh-posts of Warsaw. Although the prostitutes， unclean food， and shady business dealings which he witnesses there hold no attraction for the erstwhile rabbi， they intensify his revulsion from the world created by God and therefore his alienation from God himself. Unlike Rabbi Bainish， whose intimations of immortality and consequent rededication to God precede his radiant deathbed vision， Rabbi Nechemia cannot allay his doubts until the very moment of death， when a light he never knew was there flickered in hid brain.

While his dying words—something is there—resolve his crisis of faith， they e too late to affect the spiritual renewal attained by Rabbi Banish. No explicit promise of immortality， let along of salvation， attends Rabbi Nechemia’s vision. Perhaps grace is accorded Rabbi Banish because his doubt is triggered by devastating personal losses， and withheld from Rabbi Nechemia because his despair is the bitter fruit of idle speculation about the unknown. Whatever the reason， relatively few of Singer’s characters are granted at the moment of death the transcendent vision of unity between man and God that appears to Rabbi Banish in Joy. For the fortunate few， release from time into eternity is affected by a divine visitation which obliterates distinctions between past and present， living and dead.

These kinds of characters are lost in their world because of the seducement of the material world. They doubt their formal faith and gradually give up what they believed. But after they have experienced so much hardship， they realize that they cannot adapt to the life of the outer world so they regress to the former life with formal faith. They realize the importance of God and they begin to think seriously about the relationship between man and God. At last they find their right way of their life.

Tomorrow is fathers day, and my fathers busy figure is shaking in front of

Females should improve their competiveness, so that they will have more work chances.

Dear Father Christmas,

So my friend has asked me to write to you... I have to confess its been

hard to know what to say. Mainly because like most adults I feel preposterous

asking anything of you because our time with you is surely done. Now we get our

own presents, control our own fates, take responsibility for our own actions,

and live in the world we have created... so its not for us to turn around and

plead for your help with the environment, the migrant crisis, the NHS,

education, food banks, human rights, fundamentalism and wars. Though God knows

we need all the help we can get with all these man-made problems and more.

And its not that you arent compassionate and full of joy. Youre great.

In spite of you being changed into different colours for corporations and being

bastardised to represent materialism gone mad - despite probably originating in

some season based pagan druid ritual a million thought miles from requests for

spontaneously combusting hoverboards... Kidadults cynically pointing this out

after having their moment of belief in you are wasting everyones precious time.

Because you are not for them. You are for the children. Children who need some

magic in a world where the borders between innocence and responsibility, playful

imagination and cold, adult obstacles are continually shrinking.

This is what Id like to ask you to help with. A little more time for

children to be children. Stretch the moment of magic and playfulness. Distract

them from the realities of a world gone mad so that they can laugh with their

breath rather than sob with their tears. Especially those caring for family

members, or suffering illness, hunger or poverty. Especially those hiding in

buildings as bombs rain down, or being handed shaking with fear or cold into a

boat to escape environmental disaster or war. Please help to light up their

worlds with a moment of joy and hope.

When I think about it youve got it tough this year... And when I really

think about it Im not sure that asking you for a lightsaber and getting one

(not that I ever did by the way) is equatable with controlling the space time

continuum and making the good of childhood last a little longer.

But you do inspire wonder and awe amongst those that write you letters and

go to sleep hoping there might be a new object in their possession come dawn.

You inspire good behaviour and, at least in my memory, some desperate last

minute attempts to redeem bad behaviour so as not to be overlooked. Spare a

thought too for those millions who want to write to you but through illiteracy

cant. Hear their words and help to give them the time and chance to learn how

to read and write so they can better their lives and escape their impoverished

beginnings.

I feel a little sorry for you. And I guess Ive done exactly what I said I

wouldnt... Asked you to help with adult problems and solve some of the greatest

worries we have for our children. I promise to leave some extra port and mince

pies for you!

句子的准确性指句子内部没有不准确的，不必要的词。

特点四：重点突出

好的句子应该重点突出，词的选择，词的重复都有助于句子的重点突出。

Eg. When the bank robbers entered the bank they yelled, "dont move!"

【分析】这个句子比较平淡，可以修改一下动词。

【提升】When the bank robbers rushed into the bank they yelled, "dont move!"

特点五：语法正确，句式多变

句式多变指句子长短结合。如果全篇都是复杂的长难句，文章读起来会晦涩难懂，并且有挑衅阅卷人之嫌。反之，全篇都是短句，感觉有侮辱阅卷人之感。

吃完早餐，我轻手轻脚地来到奶奶的床前，想问候生病的奶奶。

“是政远吗?”一丝柔弱而亲切的声音飘进我的耳朵。

“是我!”

“今天下雨，要多穿点衣服!”“别忘了带牛奶!”“你安心上学去吧，不用担心奶奶!”我还没有张口，奶奶就连珠炮似的把关爱和嘱咐送过来，我只有不停地“嗯!嗯!嗯!”

“停电了，政远!”，妈妈着急地喊起来：“妈妈要赶去上班，今天只能你自己上学了!”

真是“屋漏偏遇连阴雨”，平时都是奶奶安排我的早餐，帮我穿戴整齐，妈妈用电动车先送我上学，再去上班。今天，奶奶的高血压犯了，早餐本来就比较匆忙，又遇上意外停电，电动车没有电梯不能下楼，只能自己步行。时间这么紧，还要冒雨赶到学校，倒霉透了。

妈妈已经急急忙忙地赶去上班了，一连串的问题突然摆在我的面前，我顿时手忙脚乱起来，随手抓起一双皮鞋套在脚上，背上书包，撑起雨伞，就往学校奔。

绵绵不断的春雨，在空中划出一道道平行线，在地面筑起一个个小水洼、一条条小溪流;浓雾裹着寒意，耀武扬威地笼罩着房屋、车辆和行人，一片冷飕飕的世界。唉!今年武汉的冬天赶也赶不走，3月都过了，还春寒料峭，寒气逼人。

为了不迟到，我深一脚浅一脚地向学校疾奔。忽然，脚底有冰凉的感觉，可能是水浸进了鞋子里，我瞟了一下脚底，原来穿上了一双漏底鞋，奶奶曾经特别嘱咐过，下雨天不要穿它，可是，它偏偏就在下雨的时候正儿八经地套在脚上。

到了学校，发现水已经把脚下的袜子都浸湿了，刺骨的寒气往上直涌，我情不自禁地打了一个寒战。没办法，只好自认倒霉了。

上完第一节课，有同学喊我：“朱政远，你奶奶来啦!”我诧异地看见奶奶步履蹒跚地向我走来，银灰色的头发挂满水珠，红扑扑的脸上堆满慈祥的笑容。我看到奶奶，看到她脸上笑容，一股暖意油然生起;看到她满面红光，知道那是既赶路又爬楼梯，血压升高的反应，连忙担心地迎了上去。

奶奶说：“我不放心，怕你穿错了鞋，起来一看，果然错了。这么冷的天，脚泡在水里，会生病的。”她让我坐在椅子上，帮我换上了干净的鞋袜，一股暖流从脚底往上窜，顿时暖遍了全身，同学们羡慕地聚在我们周围，分享着我的温暖和甜蜜。

要上课了，奶奶又嘱咐了几句，就转身离开。

我望着奶奶颤巍巍的背影，望着银灰头发上闪闪发亮的水珠，我的双眼湿润了、模糊了。

雨啊，停一下吧，让奶奶平安回家!

It is indeed difficult to live without a mobile phone as it helps us in day

to day activities. I cannot live without a mobile phone. Todays generation uses

mobile phones for chatting, surfing and playing games. They dont use the mobile

phone for the real purpose. I admit that living wothout a mobile phone is

extremely difficult but I can live without addicting apps like Facebook, Twitter

etc. The iPhone is a gadget that is encouraging to use social apps and addicting

games. These gadgets though facilitate our work but are making us their slaves.

For example, if a persons iPhone is not working properly, he will be filled

with anger. As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new

demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something

productive.

Last weekend i went to the park with my friends.We went there by bus on saturday ,The weather was sunny ,When we arrived there,we saw many kinds of flowers ,they are so beautiful,There were many people ,some kids played football,some girls flyed the kites,and some old people played chess,we sang and danced there,In the afternoon we played some games ,when we got home we felt tired ,but happy.

上周末我和我的朋友去公园。我们在星期六乘坐巴士去那里，天气晴朗，我们到那里时，我们看到了各种各样的花，它们是如此的美丽，有许多人，一些孩子在踢足球，一些女孩飞的风筝，和一些老年人下棋，我们唱歌跳舞，在下午，我们玩了一些游戏，当我们回到家时，我们感到很累，但很高兴。

天渐渐暗了下来，空气沉沉的，屋子好像一下子变小了许多。一切的色彩斑斓都消失了。风铃轻轻的响了，下雨了。我抬头看看窗外，暗灰的色泽，把世界笼罩得幽冥昏黯。我来到窗边看着倾盆的大雨，路边的大树被雨水打击的垂下了头。一颗颗雨水撞击着树叶，地面，碎了，碎成了一潭水，再也聚集不起来了。看着纷飞的雨景，仍能闻到灰尘的味道。万物都静静的享受着雨的滋润，静静的听着窗外的雨声，让久违的心情得以沉淀……

外面的雨点滴落在我的脸上，顺着脸慢慢的滑下，真凉！越来越多的雨水飞了进来，仍然不想离开。看着路上行人艰难的走着，想起小时候一下雨就偷偷跑出去，在雨中笑着，踏着雨水开心的走着，直被外婆发现。我喜欢躺在外婆的床上看着雨水落在透明的琉璃瓦上，听着雨水敲打在瓦片的声音，看它们落在假山上敲打着我不知名的小草。喜欢看每一滴水的精灵打落在青石路面上用最后的美丽，微笑着逝去，用它短暂的一生洗去地面的尘埃……我喜欢雨后的世界，看什么都那么干净美丽！空气那么清新！一直以来我以为自己是个喜欢下雨过程的人，可明明我最在意的还是结果，喜欢下雨，有一部分也是喜欢结果。空气很新鲜，城市很干净，这就是结果。过程的美景在眼里，我留恋，却留不入心里……人在慢慢成长才知道原来曾经的自己是那么的幼稚。在人一生中每个人都必须学会与遗憾和不完美共存，必须去接受所有的不如意。对于那些喜欢和不喜欢我的人我的心中充满了感激，因为是他们让我成长让我明白什么才是真正的人生。而这种成长的滋味不是片面的能用酸甜苦辣就可以形容的，它太深刻时刻提醒我向着更为贴近现实生活的方向前进。

每个人都有无数的梦想。可这些梦想就像雨点，掉落下来撞击到地面，碎了，碎成了一滩滩的水。碎的不留痕迹，碎的干净利落。
