暑假的一天，一场突如其来的暴雨弄得人们措手不及。

补习班的很多同学都没带雨具，只好躲在商店门口避雨，等待家人来接。我也不例外，焦急地给妈妈打电话，谁知妈妈还没下班，爷爷也不在家，“这怎么办呢?”一个同院住的大哥哥打伞路过我跟前，见我焦急得站立不安，就问：“小弟弟，要回家吗?”我把情况告诉了他，他毫不犹豫地打伞和我一起回家。

雨越下越大，风吹得雨伞“嘭嘭”作响。大哥哥一手撑雨伞，一手搀着我。遇到路上积水，他总是走在水里，让我走在边上。他不停地把雨伞向我这边倾斜，自己几乎淋在雨里。

终于到家了，看见大哥哥已淋得透湿，我喊了声：“谢谢!”看着大哥哥消失在大雨中，我的泪水忍不住流了下来。

There are many rules in our school.

From Monday to Friday，we have to get to school before 7：00 in the morning.

We must wear school uniforms，and I think it is good for us because uniforms can

make us look smart. We must listen to our teachers carefully in class and finish

our homework after school. We are not allowed to use mobile phones in class. I

think the rules are very strict but useful，and we should follow them. However，we

have so much homework that we have little free time to do what we love to

do.

In my opinion，we should have more free time to take part in all kinds of

activities and improve our abilities.

跑步 Running

I like many kinds of sports, such as swimming, running, table-tennis and badminton. But I like running most. Running is a good activity for people to keep healthy and relieve pressures.
