We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go

I do not like teamwork in most time. Because I think it is hard for the

whole team to hold the same view. It is a waste of time to argue with each other

then make a compromise. But recently I have really seen the great power of

teamwork.

Last week we had a play competition. Because of some reasons, we had not

decided the play two days before the competition. Our monitor called the actors

and actresses who had been decided together. Then they think about every plot

together. To my surprise, it seemed that everybody had his or her good idea.

They gave up their weekend to practice the play. Finally our team won good marks

and were given the opportunity to participate in the final competition.

The second on is speaking skills. How can we practice our spoken English ? I think the first and the most important thing is to believe yourself . The third one is reading skills. I think we should do more reading in our free time. If you have any problems when you are reading , you’d better ask others tof help.

I have a grandpa, he is nearly 70 years old, it sounds old for him, but in his heart, he is really young. Two years ago, when I was in summer holiday, I went back to hometown and visited him. Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it. Nothing is easy if you

don’t try your best.

We often hear people say, “Never give up.” A person who believes in these

words will keep trying to pursue his goal no matter how many times he fails. In

my opinion, the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have.

Therefore, I believe that we should never give up.

One reason is that if we give up easily, we will achieve nothing. It is not

unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new, so we should not

feel discouraged. Besides, if we always give up when fail happens, we will can

not develop new skills. Finally, we should never give up because as we work to

reach our goals, we develop confidence, and this confidence can help us succeed

in other areas of our lives.

Probably the greatest example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. Born into

poverty, Lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight

elections, twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could

have quit many times - but he didnt and because he didnt quit, he became one

of the greatest presidents in the history of America.

Lincoln was a champion For the reason that ---he ,never gave up.

In short, no matter you succeed or not, you can learn something, no matter

what we learn will help us to become more confident. If we give up, we have no

chance to make our dreams come true, if we keep trying, there is always a

Halloween Halloween is an autumn holiday that Americans celebrate every year. It means "holy evening," and it comes every October 31, the evening before All Saints‘ Day. "Oct,1 of every year is our National Day.Today is Oct 1st,2012 and is also our National Day.It is a important festival in Ｃhina.The Fｉve- Star Flag is flying high in the sky of the Tiananmen Square. And we can have a eight-- days holiday.During the holiday,people can go to some places of interest for visiting.
