关于英语的学习，几乎所有在学习中“过来的人”都知道学好英语的重要性，无论是目前的考学还是以后的应用，求职，英语水平一直是一个人成功的重要砝码。在初中，我们学到的英语知识并不多，对于基础差的同学现在开始补起完全来得及，高中三年是可以把外语赶上来的，对于以前基础比较好的同学，精益求精，坚持不懈地学习英语是很有必要的，每天应该养成有固定时间听和说的习惯。只要坚持下来，那么这将是一种“长期投资”，将来一定会有收获的。

二、关于时间。在初三后半年，有些同学后悔当初浪费了二年多的学习时间，那么高一的时候是否应该继续抓紧时间学习呢？当然，否则没到高三的后半年，你同样会悔之晚矣。所以，要抓紧时间学习，在知识的“海洋”中同样可以“放松”和“娱乐”。而有些同学除了正常文体娱乐之外，用学习时间做与学习无关的事是得不偿失的。在高中时期，电视还是不要看了，网吧不能去的，中考过后的你们在时间上仍旧是没有多少“自由”的，而这种没“自由”正是为了将来“更自由”。

三、关于上网。在网上有时碰上高中生，甚至初中生。有的同学是借助网络在学校老师或家长的指导下进行远程学习或查找学习资料。而实际上，大部分同学却不是这样的，他(她)们进聊天室火热聊天，去BBS论坛大桶大桶灌水，更甚者是痴迷网络游戏或者浏览不健康内容。网络是广袤无垠的，网页信息的限制水平很有限，有许多同学上网的出发点是好的，奔着学习和放松娱乐去的，但是不经意的一个连接，一个网友，一个图片，一段文字就会改变你的思想，你会发现，你的上网计划和内容悄悄地变化了，你的上网时间控制不住了，你上瘾了。影响不到学习吗？不可能！有的同学能说他（她）学习很好，上网也不影响学习，实际上，这只是他（她）的借口。这些负面影响是更大的，所以，是不是干脆我们就不要上网了？可以，不上网，集中精力学习三年是不错的选择。但是，现在的教育发展趋势却把学生推向了网络教育。那么，我们一定要有良好的自控能力,上网无罪，但不要聊天，认识不相识的网友就多一份牵挂和思考，干扰学习和记忆；不要去BBS论坛灌水，即使在那里树立了一个有威信的网名又能怎么样？实际的收获很少，学习耽误了；不要玩网络游戏，这个象吸毒一样，容易上瘾，想戒就难了；不要看不健康内容，这个是犯罪的导火索。学习方面的在学校教师指导下，家长监督下还是可以“开阔眼界”的。

Spring Festival, a day Im looking forward to for a long time, should be

full of happiness, bustle and laughter. But this years novel coronavirus is so

rampant that I can only stay at home and wear masks when I go out, and my

parents remind me to keep warm and pay attention to personal hygiene every day.

The novel coronavirus seemed to have no intention of retreat, but doctors

struggled for many days and nights. In these days, I dont know how many people

have been killed by the virus, and how many doctors are still fighting against

the virus in order to fight the epidemic.

大家好！

当我站在这里，面对着一张张因在校园中无数次擦肩而过变得如此熟悉的面孔时，我们共同相处的三年，却象沙漏中的最后一丝沙，无可挽回地将要逝去。直到这时，我才意识到，再美好的盛宴也终将有一个必须接受的结尾，命运的大手将我们紧紧聚拢，如今，我们之中的一些也不得不分离。然而，就在这白驹过隙的时光当中，无数的瞬间，饱含着青涩的欢笑和泪水，已被深深刻在了我们心底。

当我们带着好奇与稚嫩初次迈入这校园时，我们是否会想到分离将来得如此之快，也许不会。我们只是带着最单纯的梦想，寻找到一片更广阔的画纸，去挥洒成长过程中绚丽的色彩。我们稚气未退，却又朝气蓬勃，生活的画卷在我们面前展开，却显得那么简单。然而，成长的脚步却不会停止，某一天，青春也终将逝去，我们会肩负着更多的责任，生活也许不会像我们当初所想得那么纯粹，我们曾经的目标将会动摇。但我坚信，这三年的时光，给我们的远不是课本上的知识，我们的精神也在成长，梦想蜕去了单纯的面纱，更将插上信念的翅膀，真诚的友谊不会随时间的流逝而动摇变质，青春的倔强、真挚、尖锐，会化作前进道路上的不竭动力。当我们因选择而迷茫之时，只需回首这曾经的快乐与单纯，感受那一个一个阳光中夹杂的青草芳香的午后我们躺在天空下，云朵般自由地畅想未来时所坚信的美好，就将找到前进的方向。

我们将会永远铭记，运动会上冲过终点时的呐喊，艺术节上充满自信的微笑，课堂上精彩的发言，考试后骄傲的神情，以及洒满校园里的无数的欢笑……而这一个一个美丽的瞬间背后，又凝铸了老师多少辛苦的汗水！老师们用汗水浇灌着我们渴求知识的心，您慈爱的眼神是照亮我们前路的明灯，您坚毅的声音是启发我们心灵的天籁，您温暖的手是引导我们前行的帆……三年的风雨，不知道又让您增添了多少白发，增加了多少皱纹，可我们唯一能做的，就是在即将到来的中考之中，证明您所有的付出，都必将是值得的！

同学们，在我们未来的路上，不可能一帆风顺，我们也许会徘徊、会沮丧、会迷茫……但生活本身应是一面镜子，你向它微笑，它便还你微笑。我们每个人都有着别人无法具有的才能，生活的道路不会因一时的成绩而铺就，当风雨来临之时，我们只要坚信自己独特的力量，然后便尽情高歌，去击起更加绚烂美丽的浪花！

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.
