When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such

as the scientist, the policeman and so on.

It is good for the children to own the big dream, so that they will study

hard and fight for their future. But the fact is that not all the persons can

既然有了这个使命就要完成，要完成就要付出代价，学会放弃是不可少的。“少看电视少上网，多做练习少出游！“这无疑成了家长们的口头禅。我们为了学习也不得不听他们的话放弃与昔日为伍的朋友出去玩的时间，在家中听着乏味的英语磁带，看着像天书文字一样的ABC，也要放弃大家都喜爱无比的电视机，坐在书桌前为攻破前方的书山题海而绞尽脑汁，偶尔可以与电脑相拥一下时，身后总会有一个高大的身影，督促你与电脑的“交谈“，此时的我们，会回忆起那美好的童年，我们会想到与那些友好的朋友们在一起高歌的情景，也会在猜测此时的电视上是否在播放着一直期待着的日本动漫。韩剧……想过后便会发现，他们只是镶嵌在黑暗中的电影，围绕在中间的是一张放着复习资料的书桌，电影屏幕上发出的光是在黑暗中唯一的一丝光芒，一丝足够让我们学习的光芒。

学习中的放弃是痛苦的，也是值得的，它为我们将来的学习铺好一条大道，为我们将来的生活提供了一些保障，电脑，电视是大道上的金银珠宝，我们要放弃他，相信更好的东西将在过了这条大道上的一方。

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days.

Each Chinese pay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring

festival， the migrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded

home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different

attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth.

The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young

gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel

overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family

about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning

our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear

new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in

celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the

near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my

parents have to come to stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important

part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to

celebrating it with the traditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave

behind.

With the development of technology, today, our life is facilitated with all kinds information sources. We can read books on the Internet, which is much convenient than buying the books in the stores. I like to read E-books, because there are many advantages. First, I can save a lot of money. Downloading the E-books is for free, I can find all kinds of free sources. It is good for students because they can save the money. Second, I can save a lot of time. Some books are not easy to be found in the bookstore, sometimes I need to go to several shops. But if I search the Internet, then the information is in front of me. How fast it is.

I’m going to have a busy weekend! On Saturday, I’m going visit my friends by bike. Because I haven’t seen them for a long time. Then, I’m going to the bookstore on foot. I’m going to read lots of books there. On Sunday morning, I’m going to go for a walk. Then, in the afternoon, I’m going to go shopping with my mother. Winteris very cold and freezing. In winter, our world is covered with white snow, sowe can either make snowmen or fight with snow. And we can also enjoy thebeautiful ice lanterns in Harbin. But I prefer to go to Sanya during that time.As its on Hainan Island, the weather is always so temperate. Even in December,I can still enjoy the green palm trees, the beautiful sea, the sunny beach andthe blue sky. Maybe I can find endless pleasure there.

可是，有什么用呢？这时，好友向我伸出援助之手，他说：“小杰！快起来啊！”但这伤口好像跟我有仇似的，开始疼痛起来。我一直想站起来，但心有余而力不足，我还是站不起来！

这时，狗追了上来，它张着血盆大口，眼神之中带着几分愤怒。它身上的毛全部都绷了起来，活像一个恶魔。我心中直打鼓，脚立刻软了下来，连疼痛都忘记了。“怎！怎么办啊？”我问好友。好友说：“你看到了吗，那里有石头，砸那只狗。”我看了看石头的位置，足有2米，我看我们还没捡到，就被狗咬了。

人在越危险的时候越能激发心中的潜力。我又看了小鸿杰！你要有勇气，你不能做什么事都胆小，心中从心！”这！是爸爸的声音。我咽了咽口水，拿起了木棍，我觉得这木棍现在好像给了我力量。那狗突然蹦起，咬牙切齿，好像要把我给吃了。我握了握那木棍，“嗵”正好击中了那狗的背，那狗看了看我，跑了……

Beijing, the capital of China, is one of the largest cities in the world.

There are many places of interest, such as the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City

and the Great Wall. All of them are beautiful and well-known to the world. Great

changes have taken place in Beijing since we successfully held the 2008 0lympic

Games.

Now, people pay more attention to the environment. More trees and flowers

have been planted. For the traffic, it is very convenient for people to travel

around Beijing, because several new subway lines have been built. If you come to

Beijing, you will find people here are very friendly and helpful. Whats more, a

lot of people can speak English. Beijing is really an attractive city with a

long history.

一天下午，我去麦当劳买晚餐。出门时，我一手拿着装食品的纸袋，一手拿着饮料，正发愁怎么开门。这时，发现由于店里人太多，餐厅的门正在不停地被人们打开，关上，几乎一直没有闲下来，我灵机一动：我可以趁别人出门时，在门还没关上时“钻”出去。于是我快走几步，跟在一个年轻人的身后。可是他出了门后，竟停下来扶着门等我过去。我愣了一下，平时，连那些很有文化的白领，几乎都没有为别人扶门的，今天竟是这样一个穿着随意的年轻人在为人扶门。我一时忘了说谢谢，只能报以他一个感激的微笑，而他看到后也立刻回以我一个真诚而温暖的微笑。出门后，我不由自主地回头望了望，看见他刚要把门关上，见里面正走出一个人，便又把门扶了起来。那是位穿着时髦的小姐可她连看都没看那个扶门的年轻人一眼，“昂首挺胸”，“理直气壮”地就走过去了。我有些生气，可看看那个年轻人的表情，依然平静如水。紧接着又走过来两个学生，其中一个见到年轻人在扶门，立刻说了声“谢谢”，另一个见后也跟着说了一声。这时，年轻人见暂时没有人走出来了，才关上了门。

路上，望着夕阳下那些翩旋飞舞的落叶，我的心情也和他们一样上下翻转，难以平静。平时常听到新闻里说“构建和谐社会”之类的话，却从未想过它们真正的意义，现在我才发现，这正是需要我们每一个人去努的阿。和谐就在我们身边，和谐与我们的生活息息相关。这个年轻人为他人着想，以一个不起眼的举动，默默地方便了身边的人，这就是和谐啊。而那些对年轻人视而不见的人的行为便是一个不和谐的音符。社会是一个大家庭，我们每个人都是这个家庭的一分子，需要我们每个人都时刻努力，才能让大家庭里萦绕和谐之音。其实想想我自己，我能算是一个“和谐的音符”吗？就拿为他人扶门这件事来说，我是不是每次都做到了呢？我作不出肯定的回答。顿时，我有些愧疚不安。于是我决心：从自己努力，并以此来带动周围的人。一个人的力量或许微不足道，但若是传递下去，影像就会很大。

从那以后，每次我要关门时都会看看后面有没有人要出去。若是有，我一定要停下来为他扶门。不管那人的反应是感激还是视而不见，我都会很满足，因为我是在为和谐贡献自己的一份力量；排队时，我不会加塞，也不为别人代买，不管他的回答是“你这么做也对”，还是“你真不够朋友”，我都会微笑面对，因为我这是在为和谐而努力……
