当第一脚踏入这家酒店的游泳池时，我不禁心生感慨：这个池水真浑啊！俗话说，没有对比就没有伤害。在我家旁边就有一家游泳馆，面积与之差不多大，但这水质真心是无法比拟了。

但我对这些并没有太大的挑剔，“既来之，则安之”。今天的作文课，水老师突发奇想，带我们去游泳馆。换好衣服，站在池边，我给自己做了一番心理建设，别人都可以在这浑浊的池水里畅快地游泳，我凭什么不可以？因为下午刚刚运动完，所以我也就没有过多热身，将泳镜佩戴好，憋足一口气就跳进水池。可能是最近一直泡在泳池的关系，并没有觉得水太凉。

我用那独特的狗刨泳姿来到起点，将摘下的泳镜戴正，聆听着老师的倒计时。“3、2、1！”我迅速将全身的力量集中于腿部，像离弦的箭一般冲了出去，仅是一个冲刺就领先了他一段距离。不用怀疑，他此刻内心一定是震惊的、崩溃的……那一刻，我就像是身体里的野兽苏醒了，卯足全身力气向前冲去。瞬间将他甩在身后，没有悬念，我一定是这场比赛的获胜者。我游到头时却发现，他早已放弃了比赛，没有做无用的“挣扎”了。哈哈，真开心呀，瞧，我的战术果然给我带了乐趣。

星期四上午，一位来自加拿大的老师给我们上了一节快乐的英语课。

上课铃响了，这位长着满头金发的外籍老师走进了我们班的教室。同学兴奋极不已，热情地向老师问好，教室里热闹极了！

到了银行，我在柜台前存钱，填写存款的单子，开了账户，拥有了属于自己的存折，心里很兴奋。

我们到二楼听银行客户经理的讲座，她向我们介绍了钱币的相关知识。

钱币有丰富的文化内涵。钱币的由来源远流长，钱币又称货币，是一种支付的工具。古时候的人，用海边的贝壳作为日常用品和价值计算的标准。后来，人类发明了钱币，用钱交换想要的东西。现在，人类发明了纸币，携带纸币更方便。

银行客户经理向我们展示了第五套人民币的图片，她分别介绍了纸币背面的图片：100元纸币的背面是北京的中国人民大会堂，50元纸币的背面是拉萨的布达拉宫，20元纸币的背面是桂林的漓江，10元纸币的背面是长江三峡的夔门，5元纸币的背面是山东的泰山，1元纸币的背面是杭州西湖的三潭印月。

那么为什么烟雾会让死亡率增高，会成为人们在火灾中失去生命的“罪魁祸首”呢?因为烟雾里面有着很多有毒和有害的气体，这些有害气体被人们直接吸入体内，就会导致中毒。

在逃出火场的过程中，一定要逆风而行采取弯腰的姿势爬出去，用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，这样才能保证自身的安全，避免中毒。

在火势较大的情况下，我们可以利用阳台、下水道或者接地比较牢固的物件进行逃生。也可以把绳索或者床单撕成一条条然后接起来，把一端固定在比较牢固的物体上面，顺着绳索或者床单往下滑，这样也可以逃生。

如果这些方法都不可行，火灾已经非常大，必须跳楼才可以逃生。那么这种情况下，一定要先把棉被衣物这些抛出去，这样能够增加缓冲，然后用手扶着窗台往下滑，尽量缩短直接跳下去的高度，在跳楼的过程中，尽量让自己的双脚先着地，这样才能够最大限度的保全自己的性命。

As far as topics are concerned, the topics for classroom visits are generally determined by the professor, but most professors are very flexible.
