于是乎，我们坐在车上，拉了一座“香瓜山”驰向早市，寻一个显眼的地方，便摆开摊子了。九百斤香瓜足有两千多个，浩浩荡荡却一个个有条不紊地排列在地上——每个香瓜都被翻了个“底儿朝天”，一个压一个、一层摞一层、密密麻麻却只要有一点坏的，便被表哥毫不留情地扔出去，听到“啪”地一声重重地摔在地上。表哥告诉我：“卖瓜，就要卖好瓜，不能拿烂瓜滥竽充数。”不一会香瓜便整齐的排列在前面，如军队战士列阵出行，显得气势滂沱，而身后却有上百颗香瓜粉碎于地，显得凄惨了许多。

我们在早市卖到十点左右，香瓜卖了一多半，然而下午我们便来到大街小巷边走边卖，来来回回，每个巷子来个三进三出，这样转了大半个城市，终于卖完了全部香瓜，一天便净挣四五百元，但等到晚上回家累的倒头就睡，一直睡到第二天日上三竿，况且我只是跟着帮忙，连辅助都算不上。原来连卖水果都如此劳累，我们原来认为学习是多么辛苦的事，相比之下学习就显得轻松快乐得多了。因此我们没有理由不去奋发努力地去学习。

暑假中，相信大家都去过旅游吧?而我就随爷爷奶奶去了素有“阳朔山水甲桂林”之美誉的阳朔。

如果你去阳朔，晚上，一定要到榕湖湖畔看看。

一到榕湖，向湖中心望去，美丽的喷泉就会映入你的眼帘。它多姿多彩，一会儿是红色，一会儿是绿色，一会儿是黄色……看得大家眼花缭乱。这还不算，走过九曲桥，穿过树丛，看到的景色绝对是最美丽的。

喷泉旁有一座美丽的桥，那便是水晶桥，它是用全水晶做成的，真不愧是洁白无暇的代表。一盏盏彩灯打上去，水晶桥的美丽尽收眼底。

我们旅游第二站——漓江。

漓江就像一位魔术师，在不同的气候，有它独有的神韵，令人流连忘返。漓江是世界上最美的画廊，是中国风景线上的一颗明珠，是阳朔旅游的高潮所在。唐代大诗人韩愈曾以“江作青罗带，山如碧玉簪”的诗句来赞美这条如诗似画的漓江。

晴天的漓江，在阳光的照耀下，青峰倒映，特别迷人;而烟雨漓江，留给人们的却是另外一番美的享受：细雨如纱，飘飘沥沥;似在仙宫，如入梦境……用“漓江春水绿悠悠，细雨昊天结伴游，两岸奇峰看不尽，碧莲峰下泊行舟。”这首诗来比喻漓江就再适合不过了。

旅程转眼间就结束了，我依依不舍地离开阳朔，原来“阳朔山水甲桂林”这句话一点都不夸张。

A week ago， my best friend gave me a lovely cat. I love it very much. It is special. Its fur is black not yellow. So I call it little black. It has the same taste with me. We all like eating fish. 2009年11月27日，我们进行了社会实践考察活动，与以往不同，这次的考察活动以参观为主，但我却觉得受益匪浅。

上午，伴随着欢声笑语，我们到达了目的地：上海世博展览中心，一进入展馆，我就被这里深深吸引住了，琳琅满目的展品令人目不暇接，摆放得也有条不紊，荣记胡丝在灯光照耀下放出夺目的光彩，好像传递了当年摘金夺银的光辉与自豪。听着解说员细致的解说，看着世博园区的结构，我不禁为是一个中国人，为是一位上海公民感到自豪。下午在共青森林公园举行的仪式更是令我铭记在心。听着声情并茂的诗歌表演，学着有趣的手语，我这才真正领悟：上海是世博会的东道主，我们是上海的小公民，我们的一举一动也是非常重要的，朱书记对我们提出的要求我都牢牢记住，并且一定会实行！世博会并不只是几个人的事，它是我们所有人的事。它需要我们的配合，需要我们的支持。“精彩世博，文明先行”，我们可以从最基本的遵守交通法规、“七不”规范做起，时刻提醒自己，为世博会尽一份绵薄之力。在校园里，我们也要自觉遵守校纪校规，并在自己做得好的基础上，及时制止违纪同学，这样“安全校园，文明先行”就能做到了，世博会亦是如此，只要每个人去努力，即使是一点点的力量，积聚起来，就会使世界为之惊叹！

暑假，8月25日的上午，我去参加了“社会实践”活动，内容是“外教英语课”。

首先，我先来到居委会——签到、盖章。

这些程序进行完毕后，我就去旁边的教室里面等待着老师的到来。

9：30，外教老师开始上课。首先，她先进行了自我介绍。她叫“玛丽亚”。接着，玛丽亚老师发给我们一人六张卡片。我打开看了一下，分别是“松鼠”、“战略”、“稀有”、“聪明的”、“赢”和“绘画”。

她交给我们这些单词之后，进行了几个小游戏，让我们玩的不亦乐乎。

之后，她拿了一本书，开始给我们讲故事。故事是：一个小老头除了鸟儿以外，不再喜欢任何动物，鸟儿要迁徙，小老头给它们食物，不让它们飞走。松鼠把食物吃了，小老头想了办法，让它们吃不到。但是最终鸟儿走了，小老头很伤心，松鼠就给了小老头一些惊喜，让小老头和松鼠们和好了。

讲完故事，让我们分组，并问了几个问题，抢答。我们组得到的分数最多。

时间过得飞快，我们圆满的结束了这次“社会实践”活动。

通过这一次活动，我可以更好的和外国友人一起交流，促进文化的交流，可以使中国和其它国家的关系更加融洽。

这将是为了以后的锻炼，也告诉了我，学习是很重要的。

我可以通过今天的“外教英语课”之后，了解到了一些外国人的看法与见解，还有外国人的教课方式。

这整整一节课里，我学到了不少知识，这一堂课里，也很欢乐，大家都十分积极举手发言。

总之，这节课还让我历历在目，难以忘怀。

我也希望我们的社区里，可以多组织一些这样的活动，这样可以增强我们的兴趣爱好，也是一个锻炼。

今天是“三八”妇女节，老师给我们布置了一个任务——护蛋。就是让我们体验妈妈养育孩子的辛劳。一大早，我给蛋宝宝穿上一件厚厚的塑料衣。然后小心翼翼地放到衣服口袋里，背上书包上学去了。

到了学校，我远远地避开着同学们，生怕哪个人不小心撞碎了我的蛋。到了早锻炼时间，同学们个个用手摸着自己的蛋，跟其他同学都保持着一定的距离，跑步速度明显比平时慢了许多。我也不例外，心里默默提醒自己：“一定要小心啊！不然蛋宝宝碎了可完蛋了。”过了几分钟，终于跑完了。唉，简直度日如年啊！

回到教室，同学们迫不及待地从口袋掏出蛋，只见有的完好无损，有的蛋壳裂开了，有的流出蛋液了，有的已经粉身碎骨了，个个像残兵败将惨不忍赌。不知我的蛋怎么样了，我先把手伸进口袋摸了摸蛋，耶！是干的，拿出来一看果然完好无损。接下去是午休时间，同学们为了护蛋，都没时间和其他同学吵闹了，教室里比往常安静了许多。

放学前，老师让同学们把蛋拿出来，我们互相一看，啊！这么多蛋就剩十几只完好无损的了。由此可见护蛋这个任务真是太艰难了，

这次护蛋活动让我体会到了妈妈像护蛋宝宝一样保护着我，把我抚养长大，是多么的辛苦。我决定以后一定要帮妈妈多做一些力所能及的事。

我刚踏上这的土地，一股自然的香气扑面而来，我被这香气牵引，来到了一个几乎与世隔绝的世界——株洲自然生态园，这里因春天的到来，变得生机勃勃，大树在向我招手，花儿在向我微笑，草儿也在雨中迎风舞蹈，我听见小溪在流淌，闻到花儿的芬芳，踩在这湿润的土地上，在雨中，我似乎还听见了马儿的嘶鸣。

在这里，我没有因为下雨而感到烦闷，相反因为下雨，我的心情就如同这里的花朵，在微笑。到达目的地后，我看见许多同学，他们的脸上也洋溢着笑容，我相信他们也因这里的生机勃勃，在内心发出由衷的感叹与赞美。

我们在这春意盎然的地方玩起了有趣的游戏，指导员叔叔做教练，只要他喊了教练说三个字，就要做他说的动作，如果没有说，就不用做后面的动作。这是在考验我们的注意力！

不久，时不时一位同学因注意力不集中被抓上来表演一些滑稽的节目，每一个无一不让我们捧腹大笑，气氛马上活跃起来。

游戏过后，我们开始了正式的比赛，一边以班长为队长，队名：利刃队。对面以学习班长为队长，队名：肥宅队。从队名来看，我们队似乎已经胜券在握了，胜利一定会属于利刃队！

比赛分为三项挑战，这三项挑战似乎很容易：第一项，大声说出“班级有我更精彩”这七个字，每说一个击掌一下，并拍一下左右两边人的肩膀。第二项，双手交叉(左手在上或右手在上都行)互相牵着左右两边的手，所有人解开手臂则算通过。第三项，每人拿个水瓶，扔到左边或右边人的手上，连续三次没有一人水瓶掉落则算成功。

三项挑战前提是要围成一个圈。练习已完毕，不一会儿完成三项挑战变得信手拈来。比赛开始！

先是肥宅队先来，随着计时开始，他们完成的顺顺利利，组织的很好，速度也不得不让我们称赞，仅用一分钟。但是，我认为我们要比他们略胜一筹，虽然我们第二个上，但我们气势磅礴，狭路相逢勇者胜，鹿死谁手还不一定。

随着计时开始，一切都在我们的意料之中，仅用三十秒就完成了两项挑战，对面不由得紧张起来，正在我们得意时，没想到竟在最容易的第三项脱了节：

我们扔水瓶扔的总是不到位，不是高了，就是低了，不是远了，就是近了，我们不由得越来越不耐烦，总是责怪别人，别人又推卸责任，这样一来，顿时乱成一锅粥……

比赛肯定输了，看见对面的欢呼，我们气得牙痒痒，失望地低下头……

我心想：为什么？他们不比我们好多少，同样的挑战，我认为胜利本该属于我们！

我的脑子实在转不过这个弯来，便去问指导员。你们表现的确实很棒只不过你们缺少了一大重要因素。”他回答道。

“是什么”我迫不及待的问。

“团结！”他严肃的说“你们互相责怪，互相推卸责任，全然没有一点比赛精神，和团队精神，这就是你们失败的原因。其实，失败并不可怕，可怕的是你有没有领悟到比赛的真谛！”他眼神坚定，神情严肃，在说这句话的时候，他背后还似乎散发着神圣的光辉……

雨仍在淅沥沥的下，我似乎领悟到了真谛……

再过几天，就是一年一度的清明节了，清明节，既是我国二十四节气之一，又是我国最重要的祭祖和扫墓的日子。

忆往昔，在血雨腥风的战争岁月里，无数优秀儿女为了民族的解放事业，为了国家的和平统一，不惜抛头­、洒热血，谱写了可歌可泣的壮丽诗篇，为我们创造了美好的生活和发展环境。

站在国旗下，我们的心情是沉重的，因为这鲜艳的五星红旗是无数的为了祖国的解放事业，为了我们今天的幸福生活献出宝贵生命的英雄们用鲜血染红的。面对国旗，我们怎能不肃然起敬呢?烈士们是离开了我们，但又有谁能说他们不是永远活在我们心中呢?他们的辉煌业绩，将彪炳史册，万古流芳。

短暂的三天实践活动结束了，我的心中有喜悦，有失落，有收获，有思考……在“智力拼板”中，我们一组共拼成八块（我拼了三块），位列全班之首，让我喜不自胜；而“领袖风采”一课，全班三次不成功，则带给我深深的失落，全班都垂头丧气；惊险刺激的“快乐体验 ” 则让我们明白了团结是何等重要！当然，让我感受最深的要算风靡全球的“多米诺”骨牌啦！

一上课，老师就给我们介绍起“多米诺 ” 骨牌的由来和玩法，可是我们的耳朵哪里听得进去？眼睛一边扫视着四周墙上关于“多米诺 ” 的题板，一边瞄着蹲在教室一角那装满五色骨牌的大箱子，我们的手早就痒痒了。“多米诺 ” 骨牌——我们来了！

我、包欣、陈联、姚娜分到了一组。老师交代过任务后，我们便迫不及待地开始了。第一个任务是每个组员用 28 张骨牌各自搭一条直线。我是进展比较顺利的，没出现什么大的失误，但也有大意的时候，一不小心碰倒一张骨牌而导致四五张骨牌倒下。但最后我们还是成功了，看着四条长长的直线同时倒下，我们心中充满了喜悦。

第二个任务是小组成员合作搭一个 5 块地砖长的直线。可这时，已有三个小组在我们前面完成任务了。时间不等人，我们赶紧加快速度，奋起直追。每个人拿起一堆骨牌挑了一块地砖便埋头苦干起来。时间在飞逝，看着小小的骨牌越来越长，喜悦渐渐飞上我们每个人的心头。可这时失误却多了起来，其中我的失误最大，因为我一不小心碰到一张骨牌而导致倒下两块地砖长。但幸好中间空了一点地方，没有全军覆没。我的心中充满懊悔，恨不得时间能倒流。组员们也顾不上埋怨我，抓起倒下的骨牌继续投入战斗。经过一番苦战，我们终于成功了！看着长长的骨牌伴随着清脆悦耳的“啪啪”声依次倒下，我算是第一次体味到了苦尽甘来。但可惜，我们还是排在第四位。

第三个任务是搭一个长方形，长三块地砖，宽一块地砖。我们看这是我们反超的最后机会了，便不约而同的苦干起来。终于，我们搭好一大片，只剩一个拐角了——希望就在眼前！可这时姚娜却因为停电发出一声尖叫，而这尖叫让包欣的手一抖，而这手一抖让拼好的骨牌以迅雷不及掩耳之势倒下，彻底粉碎了我们反超的希望。哈，真是现实版的“多米诺”效应啊！

全班十一个小组，只有一个小组光荣完成全部任务。虽然有那么多的“失败组”陪着我们，但深深的遗憾还是溢上心头。因为我觉得这件事原本并不难，没有多大的技术含量，只要你细心就行。可就是这小小的细心，真是说来容易做来难。其实，不管是游戏还是学习，不管是工作还是娱乐，又有哪一样离得了细心呢？

射阳实践活动，我，不虚此行！

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

Last week, when I passed a clothes shop, I was attracted by the beautiful

dress, so I asked my mother to give me money to buy one. But she refused me and

said that I could collect some money by helping her to do little work. I agreed.

So I started to clean the house and the dishes. Sometimes washed my father’s

car. Finally I got enough money.
