今天是在鼓浪屿的最后一天了，我早上五点多又醒来了，不过我今天睡回去了，睡到六点多醒来了。因为外面有点冷，所以我今天没有早起，而是等教官吹哨后才起来的。于是今天我没有按时集合，很多人也还没去集合。我今天是边集合边扎头发的。今天因为很多人都迟到了，一共用了7分钟，所以教官罚我们做了70个蹲起。做完，教官让我们去食堂门口排队唱歌、洗手。这两天的早餐都是甜豆浆、肉包，和鸡蛋，我都吃完了。因为今天吃完午饭就要回去了，所以今天的活动比较少。我们又到了实践基地的活动处，参加自己班级安排的活动。我们班和二班去听了动物知识讲座，这个讲座告诉我们要爱护动物，不要虐待动物。最后所有人都来到“红色剧场”观看工作人员为我们制作的这三天的一点一滴。看完我们要去吃午饭了，也即将与这里告别了。我们回到宿舍，等待六年级吃完午饭。过了一会，六年级吃完饭到我们吃了。每次吃饭前，我们都要唱《打靶归来》，今天，我们的歌声异常响亮，连教官都吃惊，平时我们唱歌都没那么大声，应该是要回家了很开心吧。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

到了中心，大家一起来到报告厅，朱校长宣布活动开始，从现在开始，我们就一起同吃同住体验集体生活的乐趣。开幕式后大家开始了丰富多彩的活动，我的活动是烹饪，老师教给我们一个简单纸杯蛋糕做法。青少年活动中心老师为我们准备好了：低筋面粉70克,糖50克，鸡蛋两个，色拉油1.5勺，牛奶2.5勺。我们开始做了，我们先把鸡蛋打散，加入糖，快速打发，接着加入色拉油，快速搅拌，放进纸杯。八分满，烤箱中一百八十度，上下火十五分钟，考完后香喷喷的纸杯蛋糕就出炉啦。出炉后再撒上一些巧克力豆就更好看了，吃起来也香了，拿一块放入口中，香喷喷的，实在是美味呀！

品味完一个，剩下的一个就应该给亲爱的老师了。老师为我们付出了许多，我们有的好东西也应该与他们分享。我拿着一个蛋糕去送给朱老师，她和蔼地接受了我的蛋糕，给我拍了张照片，品了下蛋糕的美味，连连向我竖起了大拇指，我心里乐滋滋的。下午，我们参观了青少年活动中心的智慧宫，天文馆等各个展厅，这件展品，让我们获取知识，懂得一些科学道理。

America, they always choose New York as their destination. New York has many

world-famous tourist attractions and people can find them in the Hollywood

movies. The Statue of Liberty is one of the symbolic building, which represents

America. The statue is a gift to the people of United States from people of

France. The meaning of freedom and friendship are shared by both countries.

Today, the meaning of this statue is admitted by the world and when people see

it, they think of freedom. On the right hand, the woman holds a torch and on her

left hand is the book called Declaration of Independence. Whats more, on her

foot is the broken chains. All of these stands for freedom.

It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me. In

the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and

played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious

dinner for us. After dinner, we watched TV and at about 8:30 p.m. we ate

今天下午，我们老师说过两天就举行广播体操比赛。我们听了这个消息，喜出望外。因为我们练体操已经练了很长时间了。

回到家，写完作业，我就打开电脑搜索第三套广播体操七彩阳光动作，进行分解联系。我一看，我的心情变得紧张起来，因为我的动作几乎全错，很不标准。于是我就在家努力练习，终于达到了自己的要求。

第二天，我们选了班级的口号：四八！四八！精神焕发！团结进取！勤勉奋加！这一天，我们几乎都在不停地练习，连喝一口水的时间都没有。就算不喝水，我们也不渴，因为我们一定要得第一名。

第二场我们要举行的是乒乓球比赛，紧张而又激烈的比赛开始了，首先是我上场，我的对手是二班的高智翔，他把球使劲急速的打了过来，我又使劲给打了回去。呀，我的劲太大了，球没有落到桌子上，而是直接飞了出去。我们队接二连三的失败，他们对获得了胜利，我的队友愁眉苦脸的，但是我想：这没有什么大不了的，失败乃成功之母，我下次一定要赢他们。

最精彩的拔河比赛终于开始了，两个队的队员的衣服都穿的干干净净、整整齐齐的，显示了我们朝气蓬勃的精神风貌。我们两队的队友都使劲抓住绳子，用力的拉，手又疼又红，但是我们谁也没有放弃。不一会儿，我们对就赢了，我们高兴的手舞足蹈，他们队气的张牙舞爪。

serious. The air pollution, noise pollution and water pollution are found on the

宾馆，我相信大家都住过，但其中很少有人做过宾馆的活儿。今天，我就体验到了。宾馆的活儿可重了！要换床单，套枕套，叠被子，搬移床。难度可大了！瞧！我们六人用尽全力去搬一张床，都难以将它移动一米。套枕套的难度就更大了！枕套与枕头之间产生的摩擦力使我们难以成功。一次次地尝试，一次次的失败，虽说如此，我们一个个还是干得热火朝天，兴致勃勃。

这次社会实践活动，我受益匪浅。我深深地体会到劳动是辛苦的，劳动是美丽的，劳动是受人尊敬的。有劳动，才有成果。爱劳动，才有尊严。看到职高毕业生通过自己的奋斗，取得了辉煌的成就，我的心中不禁产生一份浓浓的敬意。

盼星星，盼月亮，日盼夜盼，终于盼到了去体验生活的一天。

我与一些小朋友并排走进商场大门，瞬间就被里面的活动设施给吸引了。当中供人攀爬的设施怕有十多米高吧！短暂的集合之后，我们各自选择了自己心仪的项目，我选择了陶艺。让我印象最深刻的是做陶艺小挂件了。在老师的带领下，我们来到做小挂件的活动室。这里的桌子可特别了，是从没见过的“x”形的桌子，墙壁上贴着陶艺制作流程的介绍，后面摆着许许多多的陶艺作品，这些作品太精美了，每一件都栩栩如生。

老师进了教室，向我们介绍了软陶，并做了示范给我们看。轮到我大显身手的时候了，大家一下子就忙开了。我先把软陶扒开，咦，怎么这么硬，这还叫软陶吗？我看改名叫硬陶得了。老师看出了我们的疑惑，说：“软陶要放在手心里用心地搓，才会变软。”听了老师的话，我照着老师说的去做，渐渐地果真变软了。接着，我就做起了我喜欢的花形图案，我先搓再压，再拿点黄、蓝、红的软土做成花，一番努力之后一件小作品完成了！

老师又让我们做中国结，我可喜欢中国结了，老师耐心教我们方法，我照着这个方法，开始编起来。看似简单的中国结却一点儿也不好编，编着编着，不是这散了，就是那乱了。这时，老师过来了，她坐在我身边，细心地帮助我。在老师的指导下，一个小小的中国结终于从我的手中成形了。看着自己亲手编的中国结，我觉得它比买来的任何一个中国结还要珍贵，还要美。

I have a dream. Compared toMartin Luther King’s, my dream is very small. I

want to be a teacher in the future. And then I can have a two long vacations for

traveling. I can travel around the world. I can go America, Canada, New York,

New Zealand, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and so on. It’s perfect. Yes, going

travel around the world is my dream. Even I want to go to the moon for

travel.

Since I come to college, I feel so excited about the new life. Before I go

to college, I have pictured the wonderful life here, but now I find I have many

problems and the campus life is not as wonderful as I think. I need to adjust my

lifestyle.

In high school, in order to inspire students to study hard, teachers always

picture the amazing life in college, so most students treat college as the

paradise. But when they start the new life, they find the difference between

dream and reality. For me, I think I could play most of the time, joining

have so many lessons to learn. Sometimes I even have class at night. This makes

me feel unexpected.

But the time to study is not the only annoyance for me. I feel so

春节前夕，书法班的老师要求每个同学要写一幅春联，当然不包括钢笔的。

我是1月15日报名的，(1月15日是报名的最后一天)不知道要写春联。我看到同学们都写大字时觉得奇怪，怎么那么多的人写大字作品，难道又有比赛?当老师叫我选春联时，我恍然大悟，才知道同学们写的都是练习写春联而写的字。我选了一幅生字最少(生字指字帖上没有的字)的春联。我打开纸，找到字便写……

18日，我去买了张红纸，才五角钱，然后就笔走龙蛇了一翻，写好了马上给老师看。老师说：好，“这幅春联写得很成功。”我是第一次写“和顺一门有百福，平安二字值千金”，也是一次性成功。我得意洋洋。可第二幅“布谷迎春叫，牵牛接福来”就是两次性成功了。第三幅也是一次性搞定。(第三幅：岁首春到户，春来紫燕舞。)第四幅我可能太浮躁了，因为第一个字我都没写好，所以又换了一张纸写上联，五副(大家认为我只写了四幅，其实我连第一幅：“布谷迎春叫，牵牛接福来”也算到了)春联的横批分别是：三阳开泰、普天同庆、春风送福、合家欢乐、万事大吉。

这几天，我使出了浑身解数，完成了五幅春联。我很开心。

Last weekend, I took part in the school trip and went to HouHai lake. It not only made us relax but also brought happiness to us.

We took the bus to the lake. As soon as we arrived there, we climbed the drum tower and looked at the whole city and many hutong. Then we took a little boat to ride on the lakewhich is the most beautiful lake I have ever seen, meanwhile, we enjoyed the beautiful lake and the great sunshine. After rowing boats, we went into an alleyway nearby to visit a local family. Talking with them about their life and learning to make Chinese dumplings brought us lots of fun. Besides, we had fun seeing the folk art show such as taiping drums, lion dancing and dragon dancing.

In a word, the experience which enables me to know more different cultureleft me a good memory. I will keep it into my heart forever.
