Today my mom is busy, she asked me to go shopping for her. She gave me a shopping list and money. I went to the supermarket, bought a roll of toilet paper, a cake, a large bottle of milk, and two pairs of socks. I put them my schoolbag, because the plastic bag is bad for environment. I was very happy to go shopping, I am glad that I can help mom.

妈妈给我报了一个关于交通安全社会实践的活动，早上七点起来妈妈带我去接一个哥哥（何雨纯）和一个姐姐（陈晓慧）再送我们到活动地点——长安4s店，上面写着欢迎各位小朋友……的字，我们三个人进了大门签了到，就坐在各自的位置上等其他小朋友的到来。

活动开始了，先我们每个人做自我介绍，让我们互相认识，然后开始游戏，我们玩了击鼓传花，如果音乐停下来，手里还拿着花的那个人就要上台表演节目或背古诗或唱歌。好，预备，开始，偌大的鼓被两个男生重重的敲打着，而我们就快速的传着花，突然他们停止了敲打，而惨的是一个哥哥，他唱的是两只老虎改编后的：两只老鼠……

中饭后，警察叔叔来了，跟我们讲了一堂课，而且他还给我们看了一些视频，都是关于出车祸的，之后还着重强调了“开车不喝酒，喝酒不开车”的安全意识，还教会了我们过马路时要左右看，走人行道，斑马线，注意行人和车辆，不要和陌生人说话……警察叔叔走后，他们又带我们来到了他们的维修站，我还看到了升降机能把要维修的车子升起来，等修好了再放下去，他们介绍说：“如果家里的轮胎有点软，就是需要加气了。”接着她们还介绍了一些车的作用，有一个哥哥听了说：“给我们介绍这么多的车干什么嘛！我们又不是买车的。”引得我们大家哈哈大笑。

愉快的一天就结束了，真希望以后还有这样学习的机会。

沙家浜是有名的爱国主义教育示范基地，也是4A级景区，我们今年的社会实践活动就要去沙家浜。

10月31日一大早，同学们早早来到学校，迫不及待地坐车前往沙家浜。一路上，阳光格外耀眼，同学们兴奋极了，你一言我一语，欢声笑语中就到了沙家浜。

进了沙家浜的牌楼，迎面是一堵石墙，墙上刻画着小船、人物，正当中的一段字介绍了沙家浜的历史。转过石墙，我们来到了革命纪念馆，游览通道边上陈列着一人高的步枪、生锈了的军刀、不知道怎么用的望远镜，还有一些叫不出名字的东西，这些我都是第一次见到。墙上张贴着一个个新四军人物肖像，旁边有文字介绍，还有刻画当时情景的版画。转角处有一处实景再现：一家农户门前摆着一张八仙桌和几条长凳，一位农妇在为新四军战士端茶送水，受伤的新四军战士正在接受治疗……

中午，我们观看了情景剧《芦荡烽火》，看到了日本兵与新四军战士的战争场面，经过激烈的战斗，最后日本兵被消灭了。随后我们又来到春来茶馆，我忽然想起京剧里的一句话：“摆开八仙桌，招待十六方……”讲的就是阿庆嫂智斗的故事，故事里的阿庆嫂机智勇敢，令人佩服。

一天很快就结束了，同学们意犹未尽地踏上回程。风景美丽的沙家浜让我对革命历史有了了解，受到了很好的爱国主义教育。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

New Year is the biggest festival for Chinese people. After about half a

month, there is a traditional festival, it is the Lantern Festival, which is

also important. The first round moon day in the New Year is special. People

continue to celebrate the New Year and enjoy the time with their families.

The coming of Lantern Festival is various. Some people said that it is

related with Buddha. When the Buddhas meditated, they need light in front of

them, so the light can drive away monster for people. Today, in some areas,

people light up lanterns to beg for a son from god. No matter what the story is,

the traditional festival is favored by people and the government pays special

attention to remind this tradition.

There are many activities on Lantern Festival, and the most traditional

game is the riddle. People can read some riddles that are written in the

lanterns. They can get prizes if they know the answers. I love riddle so much,

because when I figure out the answers, I will be very proud of myself, at the

南风轻轻吹送，毕业的脚步匆匆。毕业前，我印象最深刻的是：3月29日那天，我们学校6年级同学跟着带队老师，来到了罗东实践活动学校。

那儿的环境十分优美，花草给学校增添了绚丽的色彩，真不枉费我凌晨3点醒来期盼。瞧，两栋教学楼掩映在郁郁葱葱的绿树春花之中，还有户外拓展场地和设施，真令人目不暇接。等这个学校的高级工作人员讲完话，我们就去上实践课了。

一节课是我最感兴趣的课，法制教育。老师先把我们全班28人随机分成4组，每组7人，为接下来的知识竞赛做准备，再带领我们到了一个挂满宣传画报的教室，接着介绍毒品的种类、吸毒工具和制作毒品的过程。我才知道，原来鸦片是一种叫罂粟花的植物做出的。我很荣幸被分到了第一组，和“学霸”同组，我们组配合默契，很轻松获得了第一名，有优先选择法庭角色的权利。我们选定了角色，就开始扮演法官、公诉人、诉讼人、书记了。我是一名武警，我认真地维持法庭的纪律，并了解了事情的来龙去脉：在2014年9月11日，三个学生贾浩、乙然、包志林殴打学生丁新。学生贾浩与丁新在排队领饭时起了争执，便扭打在一起。幸好老师及时阻止。但是贾浩不甘心，便约了朋友乙然、包志林去打丁新。乙然持刀伤人，丁新住院。我暗自深思：如果碰上同学打架要上前劝阻，实在不行就报告老师，绝对不能让同学之间因为一言不合就大打出手，酿成始料未及的悲剧。

第二节课是做欧瓷，因为是新手，有些同学的作品糟糕到他们自己都嫌弃，但有的同学做的很好，千姿百态，得到老师的肯定。为什么会截然不同呢？除了上课要学会倾听以外，我想平时课余生活中，多动手，多实践才能心灵手巧。

这一次实践活动课，让我明白了道理，增添了一次珍贵的回忆。

我喜欢美丽的火：闪烁时，能照亮前方路上的迷茫;炽热时，能温暖冰冷的小手;耀眼时，能烹饪出美味的佳肴，然而，火又是那么的冷酷无情。灼人的火，吞噬了多少脆弱的生灵;蓬勃的火，带走了无数青山绿水。

火如同猛兽，如果正确对它，它就温顺;如果不预防它，它就暴躁。面对情绪难定火，可爱又可恨的火，那么我们应该怎样对待它呢——深入了解消防安全知识，将消防安全的重要性牢记于心，那么我们对待灾难的来临时就从容不迫。

当灾难发生时，我们应该保持一颗积极向上的心态而不是感到绝望。在火苗还没吞噬房间时，我们应该迅速用湿毛巾捂住口鼻逃离到安全的地方，要是发现时情况已晚的时候，我们不能在火海里乱窜，更不应该盲目跳楼，在这个时候，我们应该保持冷静，找到床单撕成条状绑在一起，顺着窗口爬到安全的楼层，再及时拨打消防电话通知消防队员。假如，你已经被困在房间里出不去了，记住，不能撞门冲出火海，这样只能使你受到更大的伤害。这时，就该找一条湿毛巾捂住口鼻以防吸入过多毒气，如果火还没烧进房间，就及时用手机拨打消防电话等待救援。但是，在等待时也不能闲着，应该窗户打开，时刻保持新鲜空气，再对外面大声求救，贮备水源，等待救援。

消防防火从小事做起，从身边预防开始：家里多备些水以防万一;不在易燃的地方玩火，例：森林，家里，烟花爆竹旁;不随意乱丢烟头;用完火及时灭掉以免酿成大祸;不要将电器开着过久……防“火“之心不可无，全面地普及防火知识对我们又何尝不是一种保护呢?火，是我们的朋友，也是我们的敌人，正确利用、预防火才能使火不危逼我们的生活。

温暖的火，给我们带来了许多方便与快乐，它是我们忠实的朋友;暴怒的火，它就像被关在笼子的野兽，时刻会吞噬我们的生命，只要正确预防它，就不会危及我们。尊重自我，重视火源，享受生命的美好。

The Stilwell Scholarship she founded helps support deserving students from China who have come to the Monterey Institute to pursue professional degrees in translation and interpretation, international policy studies, language teaching and business management.

You know, I had planned this holiday for several years. A t last, my dream came true. You could imagine how excited I was. My mind was completely occupied with the holiday. I forgot to collect my laundry. I dont know if you can help me collect my laundry. I sent the laundry to the Johns. It is the one down the corner on St. Peters Street. You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. I will pay you back when I am home.

My first stop is London. It is raining. The streets are very clean. How I wish I could have the chance to see the famous London fog. But someone told me that was already the history. One can only read things like that about London in books.

暑假，8月25日的上午，我去参加了“社会实践”活动，内容是“外教英语课”。

首先，我先来到居委会——签到、盖章。

这些程序进行完毕后，我就去旁边的教室里面等待着老师的到来。

9：30，外教老师开始上课。首先，她先进行了自我介绍。她叫“玛丽亚”。接着，玛丽亚老师发给我们一人六张卡片。我打开看了一下，分别是“松鼠”、“战略”、“稀有”、“聪明的”、“赢”和“绘画”。

她交给我们这些单词之后，进行了几个小游戏，让我们玩的不亦乐乎。

之后，她拿了一本书，开始给我们讲故事。故事是：一个小老头除了鸟儿以外，不再喜欢任何动物，鸟儿要迁徙，小老头给它们食物，不让它们飞走。松鼠把食物吃了，小老头想了办法，让它们吃不到。但是最终鸟儿走了，小老头很伤心，松鼠就给了小老头一些惊喜，让小老头和松鼠们和好了。

讲完故事，让我们分组，并问了几个问题，抢答。我们组得到的分数最多。

时间过得飞快，我们圆满的结束了这次“社会实践”活动。

通过这一次活动，我可以更好的和外国友人一起交流，促进文化的交流，可以使中国和其它国家的关系更加融洽。

这将是为了以后的锻炼，也告诉了我，学习是很重要的。

我可以通过今天的“外教英语课”之后，了解到了一些外国人的看法与见解，还有外国人的教课方式。

这整整一节课里，我学到了不少知识，这一堂课里，也很欢乐，大家都十分积极举手发言。

总之，这节课还让我历历在目，难以忘怀。

我也希望我们的社区里，可以多组织一些这样的活动，这样可以增强我们的兴趣爱好，也是一个锻炼。

这注定又是一段不平凡的生活，疾病的肆虐使我惊心动魄，可这背后全国人民万众一心的景象却让我情难自已。在高速运转的中国社会，我们终于又看到了温情的一面。

每个人都被卷入这场特殊的战役，有的人冲锋陷阵，有的人后方支援。这并不能阻挡我们前进的脚步，相反，这更像是一场特殊的磨练、一场伟大的教育。

疫情蔓延的第一时间，无数女性医务工作者纷纷请缨支援武汉，她们许下生死不论的誓言，告别亲人、朋友，放下生死、未来，义无反顾来到战役的第一线，守护着一个个生命垂危的陌生人。当全国人民为此赞叹不已时，她们却说：“哪有什么白衣天使，不过是一群孩子，换了一身衣服，学着前辈的样子，治病救人，和死神抢人罢了。”这难道不是最好的信念教育吗?这难道不是一个中国人最宝贵的财富吗?

即使没有岁月静好，仍有她们砥砺前行，英雄有泪，巾帼无畏。她们，展现当代优秀女性自尊、自信、自立、自强的巾帼风采;她们，在困难面前挺身而出撑起“半边天”。

Today is mothers birthday, but I didnt know what to by for her.A watch was a good present, but it was too expensive for me to buy.Flowers were not so expensive, but they would die soon.A birthday cake was too sweet and mother didnt like it.

今天是妈妈的生日，可是我还不知道给她买些什么。手表是挺好的礼物，可是太贵了，我买不起。花倒是不贵，可是很快就枯萎了。生日蛋糕太甜，妈妈不喜欢吃。

get reunion, this is the most important day for western people, just like
