这个暑假，2014级六班的同学们开始了一次难忘的延生堂暑期社会实践活动。延生堂的工作人员，先让我们签了到，带我们参观了整个延生堂国医馆，这足足有4000平方的国医馆，又宽敞又明亮，真是让同学们大开眼界！这里的每个诊室，都有一个医生给病人看病，居然还有个类似于芭蕾舞房的房间，工作人员说那是形体老师专用的，真是太先进了！医院里居然有形体老师？！带领我们实践的阿姨告诉我们，是因为有些病人体重过高，不均衡饮食，不锻炼才导致生病的，就会有形体老师在这个房间，专门指导他们进行辅助锻炼，达到治疗的目的。

然后，我们又来到了一个通道里，在这个窄窄的通道里，一面墙上有四个老物件，如量勺、秤、捣臼、镇纸等等，阿姨给我们介绍了老物件的简介和作用。转了一圈，阿姨又带我们来到了熬中药的地方，那里中药味特别浓，有几个大铁锅，专门用来煮中药，可能是因为一直在煮中药的原因，那里也异常的闷热，那里的工作人员特别辛苦！之后我们来到了一个浓缩机前面，那个浓缩机就像用来制作子弹的机器，非常大，有很多根管子，阿姨说，小朋友不愿意喝苦味的中药，就可以把中药拿到浓缩机里边浓缩成一小瓶药水或者胶囊，把所有的中药压缩在里面，真是太神奇了！

阿姨又让我们参观了放草药的地方，有几个同学直呼“有蟒蛇”！阿姨解释说，那是蟒蛇的皮，也是一味名贵的中药，那里还有人参等各种名贵的中药，我们又进入了配置药房，阿姨给我们开了一张中药帖子，里面写着，“甘草3g、菊花10g、陈皮5g、玫瑰花6g”，原来这是明目茶，对眼睛有好处。同学们依次找到，并用秤称了称药，进行核对，称好了之后，阿姨又教我们怎么用牛皮纸去包上这些药，只见阿姨利索地把纸的四周都抖了抖，药物就马上聚集在中间了，然后阿姨又用熟练的手法，把一边儿裹进去，再裹两圈左边抱一下，右边抱一下，一个方方正正的药包就完成了，然后，阿姨找来了一大堆红绳，教我们打了一个结结实实的结，还特地留了一个圈，好让我们用手吊着拿回家。

最后我们到大门口拍了一张合影，便欢欢喜喜的满载而归，这次实践活动既让我们见识到了中华传统医药的博大精深，又让我们体会到了中药制作的不易，真是有意义又有趣！

我们班搞过许多课间活动，使我受益最最深的要算那次握鸡蛋的活动。

一天下午两节课后，喻老师拿着鸡蛋走进教室，微笑着对我们说：“大家来握握这个蛋，一看看能不能把它握碎？”“什么？握鸡蛋，那还不容易！”大家非常好奇，个个想最先上去把它握碎。

第一个上去的是小个罗帅波，只见他鼓足了劲，涨红了脸，把蛋紧紧地握着，可蛋一点也不理睬他！接着一个又一个同学上去握，他们都是欢欢喜喜上去，红着脸回到座位上。我想：你们真是些笨蛋，连小小的鸡蛋都对付不了，等一下看我的！好不容易轮到我了，我满怀把握地走上讲台，毫不在乎地一攥，真出乎意料，蛋丝毫无损。我有点慌了，但马上提醒自己，不能灰心！于是，我使出全身力气，咬紧牙，左手握住右手一齐用劲攥，不知为啥？它仍然是圆溜溜的。最后，轮到我们班力气最大外号叫大力士的李京同学了，他仰着头，挺胸，急忙走上讲台，教室里顿时沸腾起来了，我后来那位同学拉着对我说：“鸡蛋碰到对手了！”我点点头，李京他两脸叉开，睁大双眼，左手攥着拳，右手紧紧握着蛋，抿着嘴，屏住气，握了一次又一次，但是蛋始终完好无损，大家七嘴舌讨论开了。

最后，老师告诉我们：“蛋是椭圆形的，无论怎样用力量握，力总是不会使在某一点上，所以无法握碎，根据凸曲面形有惊人的抗压能力的道理，科学家发明了这一新技术，已有广泛的应用，如：拱桥是根据这个道理造成的。”

真有意思，一个普普通通的鸡蛋竟有这么多学问！

一位阿姨讲解如何做，我们先戴上了手套，她告诉我们面前的食材有夏威夷酱、芝士奶酪丝、水果拼盘。我先把盖子打开，然后拿起叉子把杯子里的夏威夷酱均匀的涂抹在饼皮上；又拿起一个杯子，我用手抓起里面的奶酪丝撒在酱上；然后我拿起水果拼盘，把水果片放在上面；最后在上面撒上剩余的奶酪丝固定水果。拿去烤箱了，我想一定是个很大的烤箱，等待披萨烤制间隙，刘老师带领我们背了唐诗，还有乘法口诀，还照了集体照。
