我觉得我们长虹小队第一次小队活动最有意义。那天是星期二，天气很好，阳光明媚，参加活动的成员有严吉威，毛静雯，周若昕，岳思源和我，组长是毛静雯。家长们开车送我们去滨江森林公园搞活动，我们三个女孩子坐在一辆车里一路聊天好开心。

一进公园就发现有好多人在骑自行车，这些车是哪来的?原来旁边有一个租车点，我们也租了二辆老爷车。大家高兴地上了车，一路骑着骑着来到了长江口，岳思源爸爸给我们讲了有关船方面的知识，原来船还分好几种，各有不同的用处，比如我们刚才看到的集装箱船就是专门用来运输货物的，一次就可以运很多。

妈妈提议在海边照相，而我们更乐意在海边“疯”，那儿有很多大石头，我们爬上爬下，把所有的石头一个个都征服了，最后我们几个爬上了最高的石头，只见岳思源先爬上去又“飞”下来，真酷!

我们在草地上吃午餐，玩飞碟，不知不觉四个小时很快就过去了，我们依依不舍地还了车。毛静雯妈妈见大家有些沮丧就提议晚上一起上饭店聚餐，所有人都欢呼起来，这真是一次难忘的小队活动。

因为我家是北方的，从来没看过插秧，所以我特别心奋。我们挽起裤子，脱掉鞋子，脚刚踏进泥水里，我们就大叫起来，泥水太冰冷了，很快泥水像沼泽一样吞没了我的脚，并深深地吸住，让我觉得寸步难行。我们艰难的来到了教官指定的地点，教官发了秧苗，要求秧苗之间要保持距离，横竖要对齐，我们就插秧了。刚开始秧苗很不听话，一离手就东倒西歪，后来我试着再插深一点就可以了。插完秧上岸时，才发现脚都冻僵冻红了，脚丫上满满的泥巴，大家互相看看都笑起来。

感谢老师陪我们一起度过了这次活动，学农活动让我深深体会到了农民种地干活的不易和艰辛，让我感受到了团队合作的快乐，让我学会了珍惜、坚强、勇敢、感恩。希望这样的活动以后还能参加。

Last week, my parents told me the good news that my family would go camping

with my uncle’s family. I felt so excited about it, because I could spend the

whole night outside, which never happened before. When the day came, we brought

the equipment and bought some food. In the afternoon, the two families settled

down, then we started to walked around. My cousins and I rushed to the forest

and went to the highest point, where we can appreciate the whole sight. Standing

2017年5月4日上午，农大附中联合伊利集团公司组织三年级组9个班级、500余名学生，开展了“伊利工业旅游”社会实践活动。

大家猜猜男生们最爱是什么?没错，一定是打僵尸。男生们会找几个体形较胖的人来当那恐怖的“僵尸”，一看见“僵尸”，男生便假装拿枪，瞄准“僵尸”，排成一排，用统一的动作扫描着地面。有时为了不被感染，连紧急出口的门都被关得死死的，听说男生们的这个游戏，都使学校的安全指示灯碎过呢，要是你出校园里走一圈，你不管走到校园的那一个小角落，都能看见男生们那红彤的脸蛋儿，教室嗡嗡响走廊的`声音很大，教室里也是吵吵嚷嚷的。走进去一看，原来是那些玩小兵打仗的男生的喊叫，他们摸仿QQ上的游戏，把小兵画得惟妙惟肖，一会儿又说“fire the home”一个人的小兵便伤了一半的血，再来一次，小兵便从画纸上消失了，虚拟战场让他们乐此不疲。

下午，我们整个班的同学一起去了食堂包饺子。刚开始包的时候，心里觉得非常激动，总觉得自己终于可以包一次饺子了,可是不包不知道，一包才知道原来包饺子这么难——倒不是包饺子的步骤难，而是想把饺子包得好看，并不是一件容易的事。

在那一天早上十点，我们一起坐着大巴车（不带家长）去满山遍野的地方野餐。我们带了许多自己从超市外面买的零食、面包、小蛋糕和一些点心。

我们围坐在铺好的地毯上，中间放上各种各样、琳琅满目的食品，有你吃过的，当然也有你没吃过的。

活动开始了，我们小组的同学在虞山脚下捡垃圾，发放宣传单。我和钱若虞手持垃圾袋，往七孔桥边走去。我们一边捡游人丢下的香烟头、果皮、包装袋，一边劝阻吸烟者：“吸烟不仅有害健康，污染环境，乱扔烟头，还容易引起森林火灾。”望着叔叔伯伯们掐灭烟头，我们互相望望，会心地笑了。在花坛边，我俩看见一个阿姨吃着瓜子，随手将瓜子壳扔在地上，我俩便走上前去，说：“阿姨，您好！请您不要把瓜子壳扔到地上。”阿姨很不好意思，连连说：“知道了，知道了。”她还把刚才吐在地上的瓜子壳也捡了起来，我们心里美滋滋的。但也有让我生气的，在原路返回时，我发现有些青年人把我们发的传单坐在了屁股下，有的竟漂在湖面上，还有的成了碎片儿。

过了一个半小时，我们沿着山路，上山护林保绿，劝阻游人不吸烟，不乱扔垃圾。来到虞山门，我们已经是汗流浃背了。休息了片刻，我们继续顶着烈日前进。

这次活动，我们虽然很累，但是为了虞山的一草一木，当了一回护林保绿小卫士，，我觉得特别有意义。
