一进大门，只见有三个用镜子做的柱子，还一直在转，有很多女孩子在那镜子面前照来照去，看看自己有多漂亮。之后我们就坐在离湖最近的一个场地，安安静静的都坐了下来。最紧张的时候到了——换巾仪式。当场有一位主持人说的很好:“戴上大红领巾就说明我们要跟童年说再见了。”是啊！童年过得真快。比赛时间离我们越来越近了，心里也越来越紧张了。啊！时间终于到了，两个两个班来，看了其它班的动作像千手观音，动作并没有到位，不过三级报告都非常的响亮。轮到我们班了，是我最担心的就是三级报告，就怕我说错一个字：“第三小队立正，向前看齐，向前看，报告中队长，第三小队应到八人，实到八人，报告完毕。”哇！我竟然连一个字都没说错，真是奇迹！

集合时间到了，我们玩得都非常的开心，还得了不少的收获呢！以后我还要来！

今天早上，我们小三（3）班雏鹰假日小队手拉手小分队在火小门口集合，前往郑和公园开展“少年儿童平安自护”行动。

我们准备好了交通安全和水电气以及饮食等方面的安全知识问答，还为小朋友们准备了丰富的奖品，另外还制作了“拒绝污染，从我做起”的横幅，呼吁大家尽量少燃放烟花炮竹。我们穿梭在公园的广场上，请小朋友们来参加我们的活动，开始只有几个小朋友，可是我们没有灰心，仍然努力的邀请着每一个人。慢慢的，我们的横幅前人越聚越多。我们的情绪也越来越高涨。

小朋友们一个接一个踊跃的回答我们的问题，晨练和路过的人们都被吸引到我们的身边。他们都到我们的横幅上来签字，表示支持我们的倡议，广场上一时间热闹非凡……一个上午就这样很快过去了。

今天的活动深深的触动了我的心。我们的地球因为各种污染已经伤痕累累，水.土地和空气都受到严重的污染，树木被过度砍伐，资源被过度采集。如果我们现在再不好好保护它，也许很多年后，地球就无法让人类继续生存下去。那时候，人类就没有家了。

我想睁开眼睛就可以看见蓝天，我想时时刻刻都呼吸着清新的空气，我希望绿树鲜花随处可见，我想在夜晚抬头就能看见满天繁星。我想每天都吃着安全放心的食物喝着没被污染的水，我想我的同学们都可以健康幸福的成长。我的愿望真的好多好多，那么同学们，我们应该怎么做呢？让我们用双手来保护我们的地球，守卫我们美丽的家园吧！

在一次活动实践课上，我们自由组成了一个小组，专门研究灯的制作。我们先制定了一个活动计划：

一、收集关于等的制作的资料。

二、制作灯的小报。

三、根据资料制作一个花灯。

然后我们兵分两路，宇萱、宝纯、婷婷一组收集资料制作小报；我、雪钰、雯一组做丝网花灯。我就来说一说制作花灯的过程吧！

星期天的下午，阳光明媚。我和雯？到雪钰家做花灯，我们迫不及待地开始制作小零件。按照“老手”雯？的吩咐我把一根根铁线都绕着筷子转圈，再摘下来拉一拉，做成一个个花瓣的框架，好看极了！接下来的可就是技术活了，要把框架套进丝网里，再用4的纽扣电池。”我们向老师道了谢，放学后马上去采购。心急的我们立刻就开始了发光二极管的实验。

我们把两颗电池用透明胶粘起来再把二极管的两根脚分别贴在正负两极，可灯就是亮不起来。可能是因为搭错线的原因吧！突然，我的手被电了一下，一瞬间，我整条手臂都麻了，我想：我怎么做都做不好，还是放弃吧！可我的脑海里又浮现出队友那期望的目光，顿时我就像吃了一颗定心丸，坚持做下去。第二天我把做好的发光装置接到花上面，大家看到那灯慢慢亮起来，不约而同地蹦起来，欢呼着。老师还给我们拍了照，永久地保留了那精彩的一瞬间。

瞧！其实我们女孩子也很厉害，也不输给男孩子。这次实验让我知道了动手实验多么有趣，它是欢乐的笑容也是失败的泪水。无论怎样它都让我爱上了动手，让我知道了失败是成功之母的道理，让我体验到了实验的乐趣，我想，只要坚持不懈，不怕困难，勇于探索那么不管什么事都能成功！这些道理让我有了一双巧手！这次的实践活动真是让我受益匪浅。

晚饭后，天空已经成了红彤彤的云霞，多么鲜艳啊！我和伙伴穿过大街小巷，只见莹光闪烁。我们正准备抄写春联啦！但是，你瞧，为什么没有一幅春联是完整无缺的呢？我脑海里一片问号。真是，丈二的和尚——摸不着头脑。有的破烂不堪，有的已经消灭了，还有的模模糊糊。我们吁了一口气，不约而同的说：“继续努力吧！失败是成功之母！”

我们思索了一会儿，妙诗说：“不如我们上网找一下吧！”“哦！是啊！一言惊醒梦中人！”我们回到家，急匆匆的打开电脑，在键盘上打了“春联”两个字，转眼间，几百幅对联浮现在我眼前，恨不得把它全抄完啦！我心里非常兴奋！只抄了几是幅对联。

我该工工整整的书写串联，由于这毕竟是我第一次写毛笔字，手颤抖起来，写的字也歪歪斜斜，一大一小，只好放弃了这次，重新再写吧！我越写越有兴趣，写完后一看，挺漂亮，我心里仿佛吃了蜜一样甜津津的！

星期六的中午，烈日炎炎，空气中没有一丝凉风。我在妈妈陪伴下来到了长城书店，参加三江晚报小记者团举办的集体活动。这次活动有两个主题：义卖报纸和听学霸哥哥姐姐讲学习经验和故事。

义卖活动在十二点四十分开始，“领报纸了!”一位记者团导师说。听到这句话，我和其他60多名跃跃欲试的小团员们争先恐后地前来领取报纸。拿着手中的报纸，我的心情既兴奋又忐忑不安。看似简单的任务，对于第一次参加义卖活动的我却是难上加难。开始的时候，我非常害羞，不敢和陌生人说话，更不知道如何把报纸卖出去。看着周围有的同学们已经卖出了报纸，我的心焦急万分，拿着两张轻飘飘的报纸，我的心却像是揣着小兔子一样怦怦直跳!不好意思呀，好紧张!“叔叔阿姨，买份报纸为贫困地区儿童献爱心吧，一元一份!”……,一次次张口，一次次失败，真是功夫不负有心人啊，在我耐心的坚持下，不但卖完了两份报纸，而且还和一位买报纸的漂亮姐姐甜美地合了张影呢!

下午一点半，在长城书店四楼大讲堂上，我们迎来了来自一中的两位“学霸”，考入北京大学的哥哥和考入香港大学的姐姐分别向我们分享了有关于学习的故事、经验和方法。给我印象最深刻的是，学霸姐姐告诉我们做人要有勇气和自信心，它们是我们成功路上的好朋友!

在一片热烈的掌声中，一天的活动结束了。今天的活动虽然很短暂，但是我的收获却不小，既增长了知识，又奉献了爱心，更坚定了我努力学习，奋力前行的决心!

Christmas Day is on December 25th. It was originated in the western

country, but today, this festival has been celebrated by the world. For the

manufacturers, they are very happy to make this day as a shopping day. I enjoy

the great atmosphere.

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

The turkey was filled with many stuffs and the flavor was so good. After dinner,

we sang songs and danced.

Thanks to my foreign teacher, I experienced the American style festival. It

was such funny for me. Though today many people enjoy shopping in all kinds of

festivals, the meaning of these festival should be remembered.

当天，我们见到了要陪着我们两天的教官。他姓吴，我们就称他“吴教官”。他喜欢开玩笑，不动不动发脾气，而且一进门就问我们三个问题，这三个问题也是这次实践活动的目的。它们分别是，“什么是团队？”，“组建这个团队是为什么？”“团队是干嘛的？”。我深深地将这些记在心里。

整理好书包，坐上汽车，便开始了我们这次的社会实践活动，时间在大鹏古城中慢慢的度过，随后我们来到了训练营搞起来野炊。这是我第一次自己做饭，我只有帮同学洗锅洗碗等一些活儿，看着那些做菜非常好吃的同学，总感觉自己是不是落下了很多。而有些娇身冠养的同学根本就是不动的，菜上来了，只用吃就行。心中不禁感到自己多么的无奈，只能看着别人桌上的那令人流口水的饭菜，不由得自己也作出咀嚼饭菜的样子，就好像跟着同学们吃饭咀嚼的样子一般。

在郁闷的吃完饭后，我们来到了盼望已久的CF野战，我们戴上头盔，拿好红外感应枪。感觉跟真的拿上枪一样，很逼真，也很幼稚。听完教官们的碎碎念后，我们赶快跑到了司令部布防，规则是只有射中头才有效果。同学们一个个都在乱打，时不时就会打中队友的头盔。所以我们班这次很快就淘汰了好多的人，以至于最后结束了游戏。

经过了第一天的游玩，同学们都累了。回到宿舍养精畜锐，可是男宿舍却是大闹天宫，吵得不得安宁，睡个觉都睡不好，睡觉的时候还有开着门。

第二天，早上吃完饭的时候，中午的时候只感觉到了饿，没办法早上的稀饭根本就看不到饭粒，可以说是全是水。所以肚子里自然都是水，几下子就没了。

中午大吃一顿后，来到了最后的卓越圈，当时的我是十八旗中的一旗，也是杨帆队的队长。我可是火速上任，又是火速下台的。我看见同学们用手撑起那一摸过去就可能会破皮的绳子，但是他们却依然坚持着，因为抬头一看，是我们学校的老师在上面行走，只有同学们不用力撑起来，老师就可能还会掉下来受伤。在同学们的努力和旗手的鼓励下，老师们终于走过了这同学们给老师的一份骇人听闻的大礼。

没错，这就是团队，团队是指多个人在一起努力的集体。团队可以使我们更加团结，所谓“一根筷子易折断，一把筷子难折断。”最后，我通过这次的社会实践活动了解到了一个团体是多么的重要，它使人们更加的强大，成为不可缺少的一个集体。

October 1stis the national day of our country, which is a public holiday for the whole country. It’s an important day that marks the beginning of PRC. On that day, there are plenty of celebrations holding throughout the country, from the central government to the general people. And public places, including big squares, parks are decorated in festive theme. In recent years, the national holiday means the golden week as well, which is a short holiday that all people expect to. With the improvement of living standards, people have more money and desire to travel and the golden week is a good chance for them. In a couple of weeks， we’ll say goodbye to our mother school. How time flies! Now It’s really hard for me to put my feelings into words. The past three years has been really a wonderful journey with you guys， full of laughter and tears。

在黄埔军道的一次社会实践活动的时候，我最喜欢的就是那惊心动魄的真人CS枪战。

一个风和日丽的上午，我们来到了风景如画的黄埔军道，来体验一下CS真人枪战的乐趣。今天，我们一个个精神饱满，如同一支神气的小特警队。在选枪的时候，我选了一把名叫M2216的激光枪，我相信，我们组是最棒的，一定能取得胜利。

比赛共分为三局。第一局，我找到了一个十分隐蔽的地方，我在那打中了许多的敌人。我心想：你们这群黄毛小子，还敢跟我斗，真是不自量力。可我万万没有想到的是：一个敌人跑到我的身后，用着步枪，用扫射把我给扫“阵亡”了。但我们的团队还是用实战战胜了敌人。那时，我心想：要是那时我再灵活点就好了。这样还可以让团队更早的，取得胜利。

第二局，是斩首战，规则是谁先把敌人的司令长先消灭，那个队就会取得胜利。可惜那一局，我刚上场，由于太大意，就被敌人给消灭了，真是太可惜了。虽然我们的司令长存活了很久，可惜还是被敌人给消灭了。

到了第三局，我们的团队合作能力减弱了，可敌人却提升了。我们队没有战略，可敌人有着丰富的战斗经验，立即把我们队干掉了，真是太可惜了。

最后，敌人以2比1的战绩胜利了。我们队以微小的差距，失败了。

通过这次实践活动，我明白了我们只有团队合作，才能取得胜利。我们战斗不仅要团结，还要有战略，只有这样，我们才有可能胜利。总之，我们要有勇有谋。

In Tianjin,there are many buildings of bygone times.Some of them are

imposing and have great artistic and historic value.However,these buildings do

mot fit in well with each other,because most of them were built by foreigners in

different times.The traffic in the city is not very convenient.The street are

usually narrow and twisted.If the government wanted to have them widened,a large

number of buildings would have to be pulled down.Some buildings are too old and

are nothing more than cottages,and in place of them,some new high buildings have

been set up.However,the new ones are still few and in many places they seem

quite out of place.

Yet those Western-style buildings give Tianjin a different characteristic

from other cities and those new ones lend the city fresh vitality which will

spread rapidly with the reform going on.

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

我们每个人都知道，生命是非常宝贵的，因为每个人的生命都只有一次。想要保护生命，我们就应该注意安全，其中消防安全就是非常重要的一项。

都说“水火无情”。在水灾和火灾面前，我们人类显得那么渺小又那么无助。火灾真的是非常可怕。在各种媒体上，每年都有很多媒体报道火灾事故。每场火灾事故都会有财产的损失，甚至会有人员的伤亡。

发生火灾的时候，如果我们已经被大火包围了，那就一定要先拨打火警的电话119，在报警的过程中要详细讲清楚发生火灾的地点、报警人的名字，以及现在火势的具体情况，然后我们就可以等待救援。

如果火灾不是很严重，火势比较小的情况下，我们可以先用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，然后披上湿毛毯在火灾现场冲出去。其实，发生火灾的时候，被烧死的人真得很少，绝大部分的人都是被烟雾熏死的。所以用湿毛巾捂住口鼻真得很重要。

那么为什么烟雾会让死亡率增高，会成为人们在火灾中失去生命的“罪魁祸首”呢?因为烟雾里面有着很多有毒和有害的气体，这些有害气体被人们直接吸入体内，就会导致中毒。

在逃出火场的过程中，一定要逆风而行采取弯腰的姿势爬出去，用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，这样才能保证自身的安全，避免中毒。

在火势较大的情况下，我们可以利用阳台、下水道或者接地比较牢固的物件进行逃生。也可以把绳索或者床单撕成一条条然后接起来，把一端固定在比较牢固的物体上面，顺着绳索或者床单往下滑，这样也可以逃生。

如果这些方法都不可行，火灾已经非常大，必须跳楼才可以逃生。那么这种情况下，一定要先把棉被衣物这些抛出去，这样能够增加缓冲，然后用手扶着窗台往下滑，尽量缩短直接跳下去的高度，在跳楼的过程中，尽量让自己的双脚先着地，这样才能够最大限度的保全自己的性命。

火灾真得很危险，我们一定要“防患于未燃”。每个人都要关心消防安全，注意防火，这样才能减少火灾，也让我们的生活更加美好。

11月22日的一天，我和妈妈一起来到了旗峰公园来参加我们班的亲子活动。到了集合点，我们班的同学们看见我来了之后就来找我来一起玩耍，我和同学们玩得好好的，突然，我们最亲爱的唐老师来了，我们一个一个地跑去迎接唐老师。唐老师给我们每个人分了组，有：黄队、蓝队、红队、粉队还有绿队，我是黄队的。还说了游戏规则，规则是：我们每一队有一景点让我们仔细观察，然后在照一张相，队长还要照顾好队友什么什么的……主要任务还是我们从旗峰公园开始出发到虎英公园绕一个大圈圈。

走着走着，我就看见了许许多多的粉红色的小花从树上纷纷飘下来，十分好看。我们不知不觉地看见好像第一个景点的地方，可是我们的一个队员拿着照片说“是！是！”然后我们个个去哪里照一张相，结果仔细一看，发现原来不是，我们都一个个的都赶快的补上这一张照片。走到半路上，我突然看见一位姐姐觉得这几朵花很好看，就摘了几朵，我连忙说：“姐姐，请你不要采花，那不然会破坏环境的。”姐姐听了我的话就不摘了。到了第二个景点时，我们已经精疲力尽了，可是，我们坚持，拍完了景点我们就向胜利出发了。可是，粉队超了我们，我们还是坚持地走到了目的地。我们得了第二，但是我们很开心，因为重在参与嘛！

I am terribly sorry that I failed to arrive at BLCU last Friday. I hope that this did not mess you up completely, although I know that you had already made some special arrangements for my visit with you parents and friends. I am very sorry about all that. I am sure you will be sympathetic, however, when I tell you that my father is dangerously ill in hospital, and that I found it impossible to leave for the visit when he is in this state.

My father was working very hard on his project on protecting the environment. I know the project has come to a very important stage. He and his assistants did not take regular rest for three weeks. Last night, my father had a heart attack and was soon sent to the hospital. The doctor said my father was in a very serious situation, and, he might need an operation.

24 hours have passed. Nothing has changed. I have to stay at the hospital. I will let you know if there is any good news.

After the Spring Festival, here comes the Lantern Festival. In China,

people celebrate it on the lunar calendar fifteen. It symbolizes the short rest

has come to an end after the spring festival; people need to get back to work

with their best wishes in the brand-new year. We all celebrated this festival

with plenty of food and fun. The most important and traditional food on the

Lantern Festival is Tang-yuan. With sweet and soft rice outside and peanuts or

sesame inside, this little rice ball stand for the happy reunion, and the best

wish for the whole families. Apart from having dinner with parents and

relatives, there are also lots of activities on that day. The Lantern shows as

well as guessing riddles are part of the Lantern Festival; and the most

interesting part of the show is that the riddles are written on the Lantern.

After dinner, the whole families go to the lantern fair, to enjoy the happiness

in this moment.

In every city, there are always a main street known for its lantern fair,

on that special day, the street will become as bright as daylight in the night

with myriads of lanterns and streams of spectators. At this moment, the

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

bright future in front of us. It’s worth everything.
