Like tangible cultural heritages such as the Great Wall and the Forbidden

City, intangible cultural heritages like Peking Opera and

Confucius-commemorating rituals are equally crucial. We should make our utmost

efforts to preserve intangible heritages because, without their physical form of

existence, they are in greater risk of extinction.

According to UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible

Cultural Heritage (2003), all forms of social customs and habits, folklore,

performing arts, rituals, oral traditions, festivals, traditional crafts and

various knowledge and practices about nature and universe can be classified as

intangible cultural heritages. As a country consisting of a great diversity of

ethnic groups and with time-honored history and civilization, China abounds in

intangible cultural heritages. Cultural heritages connect modern people with the

historical past, allowing them to acquire a cultural and historical identity.

Without cultural heritages, we would be rendered absolutely rootless and we

would find it hard to cope with challenges at present and in the future.

However, the modernization process poses mounting threats to intangible

heritages. Many people have a blind faith in the latest electronic devices. It

is also pathetic to see elderly people in possession of such legacies pass away

without transmitting them to the younger generation. Faced with those

challenges, we should both preserve and renovate our ancestral heritages so that

we can help contribute to the cultural diversity of the world and return to our

spiritual homeland in this age of impersonal science and technology.

伴着清爽的晨风，湿漉漉的空气，以及欣喜期待的心情，我们坐上了开往梁弄的大巴车。

驶入梁弄，窗外的风景慢慢开始转变风格，从灰暗的水泥混凝土变成了绿意盎然的田野，没有那么多的现代化气息。由于路比较窄小，车子几乎贴着树驶过，一棵棵不知名的植物从窗边露了个面便匆匆闪过，低矮的、挺拔的、柔弱的、坚韧的、明媚的、黯淡的、妖娆的、渺小的……好像植物鉴赏书一页页翻过似的。

当我还沉浸在一路的黄澄澄的柿子林中时，大巴车驶进了社会实践基地，稍稍平静的心又雀跃起来了。

谁知还没有正式进行训练，教官便开始向我们灌输一大堆繁琐的规矩。一个个字从教官嘴里蹦出来，像一把把尖锐的匕首刺破了我原先美好的幻想。这场开训仪式让我意识到说教和罚站将是我们这支“社会实践交响曲”中一成不变的格调。

至今还念念不忘的，是高空活动的那一瞬间。我纵身一跃虽然抓到了杆子，但因为身体的惯性，手指被挣开，一下子急速下落，心顿时凉了半截，忘记了身上穿的防护衣，手情不自禁地挥舞，可笑地想找到支撑物。书上说的心霎时停跳，我是真切地感受到了。整个过程虽然一直告诉自己会很安全，但脚总免不了发软，四肢无处可放。在高空，身、心都离地那么远，没有脚踏实地的安全感，跨出的每一步着实艰难。

不是不害怕，不是不勇敢，只是无畏之勇不算勇；勇敢是在面对困难、恐惧、危险时能冷静下来，理智面对，跨出一步，跨过心灵的障碍。过后回想，同学们的表情都是尽兴、激动的，我却有点后怕，在找不回当初跳出去的勇气了。

最痛苦的应该是站军姿了吧。只是第一天训练后，就留下了“后遗症”——以后每次站立、走动，脚底、膝盖都会隐隐发痛，站立时总想调换姿势，松缓筋骨，免不了整个人晃晃悠悠。从此后，我真心佩服那些在烈日下训练还精神抖擞、姿势沉稳的军士。该有多大的毅力才能忍受汗流浃背的刺痒难受，忍受一成不变的动作的枯燥，忍受重复训练的劳累和酸痛？

化蝶的前提是承受破茧时的煎熬和挣扎的无力、压抑、绝望，若连这点都做不到，更别提展翅时的痛苦，飞翔时所面对的恐惧、不安。就像我们，若不能承受纪律的束缚，教官的严厉，站军姿时的酸痛，高空活动时的紧张、害怕；若不能处理好与室友的关系，负责好自己的工作，安排好自己的个人生活；若不能在面对新的事物时压住好奇、保持理智，不因陌生而莽撞；就无法面对生活中无法预测的人和事，无法抵挡烦恼、危险、困顿等突如其来的袭击，更别说学习上的山穷水尽了。

林清玄曾说：“人生的伤痛就是活珍珠，能包容，就能焕发晶莹的光彩；不能转移，就加速了死亡的脚步。”若在面对不顺心的事时，比如教官的斥责，意外的受伤，原先的生活节奏的打乱，我们不会包容，坦然地接受，适当、暂时的改变，而是消极抱怨，无法将其转移，那么，就会像不能接受砂石的珍珠贝一样，无法养成重塑伤口的本事，无法转化生命的创伤，使它变成美丽的珍珠。

同样的受伤与挫折，总有一些人能展开完整、美丽的翅膀，能以蹁跹的姿态飞舞在广阔的天空，更多的受伤与挫折，总有一些人能孕育出更光润圆滑，更硕大的珍珠。

这次社会实践给了我一次全新的体验，它将成为我的记忆洋流中一座坚韧、顽强的礁石，我的人生纵横轴上一个鲜活、跳跃、耀眼的坐标，我的精神寰宇里一颗璀璨、闪烁的星体。

难忘的春游

满怀期待和欣喜

出发前，我满怀着期待和欣喜的心情为自己准备了许多春游时要带的物品，当大家在操场里等候接我们去目的地的车时，不热不燥的阳光下，我们像欢乐的小鸟一般兴奋地谈论着，似乎美好的一切都在为今天的春游准备着。

感受家乡的美

在沿途上，我们看到了许多春为大自然带来的生机与艳丽。文雅秀丽的梨花，清新淡雅的樱花，红艳秀美的桃花，无一不体现着春的到来为我们的家乡添上了富有色彩的一笔美幻！

内心的震撼

到达目的地后，学校组织大家参观了汉旺地震遗址纪念馆。地震遗址的门口，有一个非常显眼的钟，它有一丝陈旧，破烂与古老中却有一绪沧桑，高大与精巧中透露一汪悲忧。钟上的时针和分针定在一刻——2点28分。我似乎明白了什么，内心像被震了一般，脑畔里一阵哀鸣。进入纪念馆，我们参观了许多与汶川大地震有关的图片、物品与资料。其中，最让我记忆深刻的是那个故事：汉旺镇某小学一名老师—刘勇，在地震后不顾一切解决被困学生，而自己的女儿却永远留在了那片废墟里。三天下来，他用自己的双手，挖出了十三条生命！他的英雄事迹，永久地刻在了我的心中：师魂耀千秋！

后来，我们观看了地震纪录片——爱之殇逝！故事中，小女孩那稚嫩天真的一声：爸爸，妈妈，爷爷，你们在哪里？！这一声，使我的眼眶湿润了；这一声，喊出了孩子们失去父母的孤苦无依；这一声，喊出了几万户家庭支离破碎的断肠之痛；这一声，喊出了我绵竹三十余万受难人民的不甘于悲愤！走出纪念馆，我的心情久久不能平复，像波涛汹涌的海面……

感受颇丰的远足

在参观纪念馆后，是我们的“远足”，在长达一个多小时的徒步中，我感受颇丰。一路上，我与同学谈笑着。我们走过街道，走过村庄，走过河岸。在这当中，给我印象最深的是那个村落，这里的一切都像是自然造就。路边汪汪叫的看门小狗，肥壮丰实的各种家禽，素雅典致的竹林，清澈明亮，缓缓流淌的溪水，错落有致的房屋和磕着瓜子看着我们笑的老奶奶。这一切的一切，都让我沉醉其中，脑海中不禁浮现一句“小桥流水人家”，如此美丽的景致，腿脚的酸痛早已被抛到九霄云外。

感受同学间的情义

到了我们最终的目的地—梨园后，大家稍做休顿，就各自拿出了准备好的食物。每个人准备的都不一样，但大家围在一起吃，就什么都有了。在这当中，我所体会到的不只是吃饱后的满足，更多的是同学之间的互相帮助，有福同享的那一份情义！

为班级感到自豪

在吃完饭后，我们最期待的，最精彩的便是拔河了！这个比赛中，每一个参加的班级和每一个参加的同学都为集体贡献出了自己的一份力量。拔河时，每一位同学都使出了吃奶的劲，紧紧相并在一起的脚，是一个集体永远凝聚在一起的信念，握死麻绳不放的手，是决不放弃的意志；涨红了的脸，是为班级荣耀努力的拼搏！此时的拔河，已不再是力量上的比拼，而在其中，有着一层层更丰富的涵义！在最后，我所在的班级获得了亚军，虽不是第一，但因为每个人都努力了，尽了全力，我们的团队中听不到一声怨言，或许，这就是所谓的虽败犹荣。我相信，无论最终结果怎样，每个同学都为自己的班级感到自豪！

美丽耀眼，令人回味

下午五点，我们踏上了归途。一路上，我的身体疲惫着，可我的内心却感获杂多。在本次旅途中，我们收获的不只是紧张的学习中那一丝的放松，且有吃苦耐劳的能力，热爱家园的情怀，美好真挚的友谊，还有那班级凝聚力和集体荣誉感的增强！我想，这次春游，就像一颗珍珠，漂浮在我的记忆长河中，无论何时拿出来品鉴，都美丽耀眼，令人回味！

8月25日：我们红领巾海燕小队参加南山书城的义卖活动：和敬爱的班主任郭老师，和亲爱的同学家长们一起为贫困山区的小朋友们献爱心，我们把心爱的玩具和珍藏的各式小玩意拿来－摆成自选超市小地摊，大家都自己尝试做一回小老板，把义卖筹集的善款捐献给读不起书、买不起玩具的西藏小朋友。

这回义卖活动，我的销售额不太理想：一只兔娃娃售价5元（被雅琪客串购买）；一只愤怒的小鸟被一位热情的阿姨以5元钱爽快地买走；最可惜是的那个原装的芭比鞋型笔套，我开价20，一位叔叔说便宜些，本来他想18块来买的，结果我一着急，说成了10块。可把那位叔叔乐坏了，立即掏钱买单！让我有些舍不得和郁闷。

不过，最让我开心的事，竟然还有一个意想不到的收获，我见到郭老师走来走去很辛苦，很想把一个简易的红色剪纸杯垫送给郭老师，但郭老师却认真地说：这里的卖场没有免费的东西，还是坚持付给我1块钱。爸爸告诉我，这是郭老师以身作则，很想多为今天的慈善工作尽多一份力量！郭老师，真是我们的好榜样!

活动结束后，郭老师真给力，她要请我们所有的同学去麦当劳吃冰激凌，我可激动呢，因为妈妈平时总是不同意给我吃冰冻的食品。虽然冰激凌卖完了，但郭老师还是慷慨地请大家吃小薯条和可乐！大家吃的可开心呢，给今天的义卖活动划上了一个完美的句号！

仪式结束后，我们排着队伍跟着老师开始去体验第一项活动——丝网艺课。老师给我们分成了四组，我这个小组有八个同学，老师说了哪组第一时间能做出十朵花，就送他们一个漂亮的花篮。我来讲下这个丝网花的制作过程：先把带有小珠子的线折成两半，当作花蕊，把它弄到枝干上用QQ线捆好。然后用铁丝在纸筒上弄好形状，取下来用丝网套上，再用QQ线捆好放在枝干上，再用QQ线捆好，当作花瓣。以此类推，做3-5片弄到枝干上就可以了。最后要用绿色的胶布把丑丑的地方捆好加上树叶就完成了！我们组的同学努力制作，虽没能第一时间得到那个漂亮的花蓝，但是是第二个拿到花篮的，还是挺激动的。我觉得这个世界真是神奇，毫不起眼的丝网也能做出那么漂亮的艺术出来，真是让我大开眼界了！

接着老师又带着我们去体验另一项活动——串珠艺课。老师给我们展示了制作的过程，她说只要记住口诀就行了：左一个又一个，两条线左一边右一边。每个同学都认真的在做着，连我们的班主任也在做呢！不一会儿，大家的手里都拿着自己做的成果，非常的漂亮的串珠，可开心啦！

一眨眼就到饭点了，老师带着我们去吃饭了。虽然吃的是盒饭，可是第一次跟这么多的同学一起吃饭，我觉得特别的好吃呢！

很快就到了下午，老师带我们去体验最后一个项目——陶瓷艺课。老师给我们示范了制作过程，就让我们开始发挥个人创作啦！因为是第一次制作这个陶瓷，让我觉得非常的有意思。我一会儿这样弄，一会儿那样弄，泥土在我百般戏弄下终于有个样子出来了。我做的是一个花瓶，在花瓶上写上了我的名字，还画了一个爱心在上面呢！老师后来帮我们的作品都修改了一下，说烘干以后会快递给我们的，真是让我又开心又期待！

快乐的时间总是过得飞快的，大家依依不舍地离开了基地。我希望下次还能来到这里学习，希望学校能多多组织这样的活动。

Enjoy Yourself While Fulfilling Responsibility

In my 18 years of life， there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus， its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.

After the arduous military training， I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.

Frankly speaking， at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However， through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers guidance， I made remarkable progress. Now Ive benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

Learning is a long process; Ill keep exploring in the treasure house of knowledge to enrich myself. This summer I got out of the ivory tower and entered the real world. A publishing house offered me a part-time job in compilation and revision.

At the beginning I was belittled by my colleagues. But they were really surprised when I translated seven English articles over 5，000 words on only one day. Gradually， they began to look at me with respectful eyes. In their opinion I turned out to be a useful and trustworthy colleague.

真好！终于又到了这个学期社会实践的时候了！同学们都怀着兴奋的心情高高兴兴地坐车再一次来到了社会实践基地。

第一节副科课是玩航模。我怀着忐忑不安的心情第一轮上了操作台。我把船模的开关打开后，在老师的指导下学会了操纵。小船在水面上飞驰着，溅起了水花。然后，同学们又接二连三的去操作台操纵小船。

第二节课开始后，我们就开始做这学期的作品“舞动的精灵”了。老师讲解完制作方法后，我们先把发好的各种木条锯成不同的长度，把锯好的木条用白乳胶粘成一个长方体形状的支架。然后把冰棍棒相对粘在支架上。再把两根冰棍棒和两根牙签做成拨叉，把两个齿轮和皮筋装好。最后把电机和电池盒粘在支架下方，把它们连在一起，就大功告成啦！

一天很快就结束了，我们也捧着我们用心做的作品回家了。我觉得，社会实践不仅让我们学会了动脑动手，还让我们同学之间在相互帮助时增进了友谊。我喜欢社会实践，我盼着下一次的社会实践快点到来。

每当我看到胸前的红领巾时，就会想起那次难忘的入队。

一年级的时候，听说要入队，我兴奋得一晚上都睡不着觉，晚上，我心想:明天就要入队了，我一定要好好表现。

第二天，我们在老师的带领下排着整齐的队伍，雄赳赳，气昂昂地走向操场，走到升旗台时，发现高年级的大哥哥大姐姐们都已经来到了升旗台前。

入队仪式开始了。只见主持人神采奕奕地走向了升旗台，他说:请年级主任宣读新入队的名单。等老师报完名单后，主持人又说:请老少先队员和新少先队员上台发言。老少先队员走上了升旗台，发了言。就轮到新少先队员了，新少先队员发完言之后。

最激动人心的时刻到了，那就是老少先队员给新少先队员戴红领巾，大哥哥走到我面前，把一条鲜艳的红领巾放在我的脖子上，然后开始系了起来，系完了之后，大哥哥还向我敬了个礼，为了以表谢意，我向大哥哥深深鞠了一躬，我看着系在胸前的红领巾在空中飘扬，别提有多高兴了。

回到家之后，我骄傲地对妈妈说:“妈妈，我已经是一名少先队员了!”妈妈笑着说:“你不能辜负老师对你的希望啊!”我记住了妈妈的话，我一定要当一名优秀的少先队员。

清明节是我国的传统民间节日，今天我们在这里隆重集会，悼念先烈，缅怀先烈。因为我们知道先烈们用自己的鲜血染红了国旗，用宝贵的生命为共和国大厦奠基，先烈们的丰功伟绩是不朽的，他们的精神是永存的，他们是我们一代代中华儿女的骄傲，值得我们一代代的人崇敬和爱戴!烈士的英名和光辉业绩，将与日月同辉、与江河共存!共和国不会忘记他们!人民不会忘记他们!生活在幸福生活中的少年儿童更不会忘记他们!少先队员们，你们是幸运的!你们是幸福的，你们沐浴着中国共产党温暖的阳光快乐成长!“少年志则国志，少年强则国强，少年雄于地球则国雄于地球”，你们就是祖国的明天和希望，今天发奋学习，明天就会担负起祖国赋予的历史使命。少先队员们，让我们继承先烈的遗志，努力学习，共创祖国更加辉煌美好的明天吧!

i’m going to the sun on my holiday. i will go there by a spaceship. i will take a big blue spaceship。then i’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is very hot. so i put on the super-shirt. in the morning, i will have some sun burger for my breakfast.

at eight o’clock, i will play with my friends there. they are super dog and super girl. super dog is white and black. super girl is very clever. super girl and super dog like to play with me. so i play with them for forty minutes. then i do my homework in my little red room on a small blue table. after my home work, i will have my lunch. i will eat sun salad. i will make some red toy bear to the sun babies. i will have red juice, red fish and red rice. all the things are red. then i need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. so i will walk to the spaceship. i’ll pilot the spaceship to the earth.

this is a good holiday on the sun.

六年级的最后一个学期，我们学校组织了一次难忘的综合实践活动。

我们先要集合准备出发，除了一位同学其他人都按时到了，然后便在路上接了那位同学便发车准备去。

下了车，我们来到了操场，举行了简单的欢迎仪式。然后，我们就迫不及待的去参加活动。

在我印象中最深的是软陶艺术和丝网花艺。先是软陶艺术。首先是选一块软陶，我选了绿色的，再揉成圆球，捏成星星，拿一点白色和黑色的软陶，分别做熊猫的头、耳朵、眼镜、鼻子，粘在星星上。然后我又用黄色软陶那我名字的缩写做上去，用不同颜色的软陶做了两个甜甜圈一般的东西，最后在顶端穿个洞，就可以去烘烤了。在烧烤期间，再做一条链子，把它们连接上，这就算大功告成了。

其次是丝网花艺，步骤很简单。先用套筒绕铁圈，再套丝网，并且剪下，第三步就是把它们组装起来了，还要把它们用QQ线绕起来，最后用胶带粘起来丝网花就完成了。我先做了几个小的花瓣，再绕了几个大的花瓣，把花蕊、花茎缠在了一起，再把叶子装上，由于时间紧，我又做了九片花瓣，于是做到第八片时开始慌乱了。我急急忙忙的把花瓣合在一起，再把大的五片花瓣盖上。做完后，还有些时间，我就改了下花瓣的形状，中间有些地方却不知怎的是因为绑太松了还是剪过多了，有的都没绑上。其他同学的作品纷纷出炉了，有的像牡丹花般亭亭玉立，又有的像兰花一般绽放幽香……各种“鲜花”齐聚一堂，真是令人眼花缭乱！

这次实践活动，可真是一次难忘的实践活动啊！这些小学生涯最珍贵的回忆，将会被我深深地保存在心……。

下午，秋高气爽，真是捉蝌蚪的好天气，我和小伙伴决定去捉蝌蚪。

走着走着，我们走到了一处河水清澈，树木挺拔的地方。河水里还有一只只可爱的小蝌蚪，我们一致认为在这里捉蝌蚪。

最开始，我分到的工是赶蝌蚪，我妈妈是帮手，小伙伴是捉蝌蚪，但是，我的手臂太短，小伙伴又缺帮手，所以，我就当了小伙伴的助手，开始勺蝌蚪。不一会儿，我就勺起了一只又肥又大的蝌蚪。这时，我看到了一只躺在水中纹丝不动的小蝌蚪，决定捉住它，可是，它躺在泥土上，怎么也捉不到它，于是我坐下来，静静地想啊想，突然，我眼前一亮——啊！想到了！我把手放进了凉凉的溪水中，勺一勺，小蝌蚪飘了起来，我趁机用杯子一勺，小蝌蚪进来了！我高兴地手舞足蹈，眉开眼笑……

这天，我的收获可不小，捉了满满一杯子的蝌蚪。虽然捉蝌蚪非常累，但是我从这件事里感受到了快乐。

National Day, Mom and Dad took me to Suzhou on Saturday farm, where fun.

I also saw a lot of animals in the farm, there are dairy cows, sika deer, lovely little white rabbits, tall camels, beautiful peacocks, ferocious ostriches, and a picture I have never seen Chicken the same, but much larger than the chicken, the neck covered with many red spots of animals, I was afraid, took the mothers hand, fleeing quickly.

There are not only many animals in the farm, there are many orchards, there are vineyards, there are pear orchards, flowers orchards, there are many, then we went to the jujube, made a return to farmers, eating their own picking dates, Taste really sweet ah!
