同学们都早早地赶到学校，搭着大巴车来到了综合实践基地。车门刚一打开，同学们就争先恐后地跑了下去。队伍刚刚站好，我们就看见一个英俊潇洒、皮肤黝黑黝黑、穿着迷彩服的小伙子迈着矫健有力的步伐精神抖擞地向我们走过来。他是谁呢？原来他就是我们的教官——邓教官。第一眼见到教官时我以为教官很严厉，我想：完了，这下没好日子过了。但经过几次观察，我才发现教官竟然如此的温柔。刚开始时我有点想妈妈，情绪很低落，一整天闷闷不乐的，于是老师和教官来安慰我，我这才渐渐开心起来。休息的时候，同学们讲小话，但教官并没有批评我们，反而温柔地说：“请不要说话，这次原谅你们，下一次表现好点。”还有一次，我们用陶瓷泥捏人的时候，把水洒得到处都是，许多陶瓷泥都被我们弄成了泥浆，手上的泥浆粉弄得满地都是，这时教官并没有责骂我们，而是告诉我们下次注意点。

第二天，我们来到了一个教室。这时，一位老师抱着两个大箱子也走了进来。她把手一松，只听见“砰”的一声，箱子就稳稳地落在了地上。老师告诉我们箱子里放的是多米诺骨牌，并教我们怎样玩。然后，老师叫我们用它来一场比赛，规则是先把这些方块竖起来，推倒第一块骨牌，后面的骨牌就跟着倒下，只要有一个没有倒下，就算挑战失败。当我摆了两百多块的时候，骨牌被一个调皮的同学给推了一下，一阵清脆悦耳的撞击声后，骨牌竟然全倒了，没有一块是站着的。这时，正巧被老师看见了，直夸我摆得好，我听后高兴得又蹦又跳。再看看别的同学，只见有的同学刚摆好就胸有成竹地去找老师，可是他一推，仍有一个没倒，怪不好意思的；有的摆好了，一推也全倒了，但是老师没看见，留下点小遗憾；有的摆到一半，一阵风吹来，摆好的就被风给吹倒了，急得那个同学都快哭了。

第三天，教官还教我们唱了歌，带我们去参观了科学创意馆。

快乐的时间总是短暂的，三天时间就这样过去了，我们念念不舍地告别邓教官和综合实践基地。生活需要实践，生活源于磨练。我喜欢这次实践活动，虽然很累，但也很快乐，因为它让我得到了很多独自生活的经验。

上个星期，我们学校开展了一次社会实践活动，同学们都踊跃地参加了这次活动。也有些个别的同学不愿去，但在老师和同学们的劝说下，以及和要在学校自习的方式下，终于选择了去社会实践活动，这是一个英明的选择，至少我是那样认为。

当天，我们见到了要陪着我们两天的教官。他姓吴，我们就称他“吴教官”。他喜欢开玩笑，不动不动发脾气，而且一进门就问我们三个问题，这三个问题也是这次实践活动的目的。它们分别是，“什么是团队？”，“组建这个团队是为什么？”“团队是干嘛的？”。我深深地将这些记在心里。

整理好书包，坐上汽车，便开始了我们这次的社会实践活动，时间在大鹏古城中慢慢的度过，随后我们来到了训练营搞起来野炊。这是我第一次自己做饭，我只有帮同学洗锅洗碗等一些活儿，看着那些做菜非常好吃的同学，总感觉自己是不是落下了很多。而有些娇身冠养的同学根本就是不动的，菜上来了，只用吃就行。心中不禁感到自己多么的无奈，只能看着别人桌上的那令人流口水的饭菜，不由得自己也作出咀嚼饭菜的样子，就好像跟着同学们吃饭咀嚼的样子一般。

在郁闷的吃完饭后，我们来到了盼望已久的CF野战，我们戴上头盔，拿好红外感应枪。感觉跟真的拿上枪一样，很逼真，也很幼稚。听完教官们的碎碎念后，我们赶快跑到了司令部布防，规则是只有射中头才有效果。同学们一个个都在乱打，时不时就会打中队友的头盔。所以我们班这次很快就淘汰了好多的人，以至于最后结束了游戏。

经过了第一天的游玩，同学们都累了。回到宿舍养精畜锐，可是男宿舍却是大闹天宫，吵得不得安宁，睡个觉都睡不好，睡觉的时候还有开着门。

第二天，早上吃完饭的时候，中午的时候只感觉到了饿，没办法早上的稀饭根本就看不到饭粒，可以说是全是水。所以肚子里自然都是水，几下子就没了。

中午大吃一顿后，来到了最后的卓越圈，当时的我是十八旗中的一旗，也是杨帆队的队长。我可是火速上任，又是火速下台的。我看见同学们用手撑起那一摸过去就可能会破皮的绳子，但是他们却依然坚持着，因为抬头一看，是我们学校的老师在上面行走，只有同学们不用力撑起来，老师就可能还会掉下来受伤。在同学们的努力和旗手的鼓励下，老师们终于走过了这同学们给老师的一份骇人听闻的大礼。

二、加强消防安全知识培训，提高防范意识。我们应该定期接受相关专家的消防安全教育，增强我们的消防意识。

三、消防安全工作要做到“三个抓”，不为隐患留空隙。

第一是要“抓重点”。除了定期的培训之外，还要经常组织进行防火检查，发现火灾隐患，要记录在案并及时研究整改。同时要将消防意识和自我保护技能渗透到幼儿园的方方面面，可以加强教师的消防安全意识并传授给孩子们，可以定期组织幼儿进行消防演习。

第二是要“抓薄弱”。相对消防安全隐患少的地区往往是最轻易被忽略的地区，因为相对安全隐患少并不代表没有安全隐患。我们要按时对幼儿园进行清理维护，使幼儿园每天都处在安全的环境中。

第三是要“抓细节”。千里之堤，毁于蚁穴。火灾的防范要从大处着眼，也应该从小处做起。细节不轻易引人注重，如老化的绝缘材料、放错了位置的废纸篓，没关电源的电视等。但几乎所有的重大事故都是由于起初的“不注重”、“不小心”引起的!
