My father is a businessman. He is 42 years old. He is short. He likes reading newspapers after meals. He watches TV in the evening. He goes to work by car. He has got a nice black car. He often plays golf with his friends on the weekend. He does not often eat dinner with us.

My mother is a housewife. She doesnt work. She stays at home. She is beautiful. She has long hair. She does housework in the morning. She often goes shopping in the afternoon. She is kind, but she is strict to my study. She likes reading. She watches TV at night, too.I love my parents. And they love me too.

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life.

By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

Others, however, dont like after class activities at all. They think that a students work at school is learning theoretical knowledge and nothing else. Taking part in after class activities is a waste of the valuable time at school.

In my opinion, every student should engage in some after class activities because from these activities we can learn many valuable things that we wont learn in classrooms.

School is not just a place for learning the difference between "lie" or "lay", or what caused the hours of the daily schedule.

center and there are many sites that attract people from all over the world to

take a visit. One of the famous sites is the Statue of Liberty. Everybody knows

this great site and it has become the symbol of New York.

The Statue of Liberty stands on an island of the New York City harbor. It

is the tallest building ever built. When people get there, they will see a woman

holding a torch of fire. In her feet, people can see the chains that are broken,

which means she gets away from the restrictions and chases for freedom. There is

a book on her right hand, which is the Declaration of Independence.

The complete name of this statue is Liberty Enlightening the World. It is

the present from French people to American people. The meaning of friendship and

freedom are shared by both countries. Today, the meaning of the Statue of

Liberty is shared by the world. People can feel the peace when they see this

image.

敢死队员2号：动作怪怪型

这位队员可有点怪了，看着书，一会儿掏掏鼻子，一会儿打打哈欠，一会儿摸摸耳朵，一副惟恐天下不乱的样子，好像不让老师发现他的举动就不甘心似的，真是个怪人。

敢死队员3、4号：谈天说地型

这两位同学有些不把老师放在眼里了，边看书边聊天。我隐隐约约听见他们说冒险岛OL，说漫画内容，说小说，说娱乐咨询，就连老师和同学的目光扫向他们，也无济于事。

敢死队员5号：边学边看型

这位同学好像有些明白学习的重要性，看了几分钟的书，马上立起来听老师的讲课。课上一半时，老师为了扫查班上的敢死队，把同学们一个叫起一个问问题。这下可让这群敢死队员们开始惶恐不安了，他们连书都顾不着看呢。而这位队员呢，看一会儿就学学，这一招算是对他的MISS了。

敢死队员6号：理直气壮型

这位同学可是班上的霸王级分子了（注：别乱想，不是我啊），他可是一人之下，几十人之上，谁敢对他不敬，他的落雷马上就落在你头上了，（注：我已经欠了他3顿打了，要不是我能帮他弄电脑作业，我早就魂飞天了）因此每人敢告发他。不知是她的好运还是老师放水，他这样看了一堂课，竟然都没半点被批评，真太不公平了！！

谁知道，老师从天而降，为了抓住敢死分子，居然来个背后突袭，到所有座位后边地毯式搜索。5名敢死队员唰地一声，在同一时间内放下书，装起乖乖。只有敢死队员6号稳如泰山，而老师的目光明明瞄准了他，可老师却好像在放水一样，竟纵容他在自己眼皮子底下活动，真气死人了！而其他5位的敢死队员便无机可乘，只好乖乖停课，唯独6号占了便宜。

During the National Day, our family went to Yunfu Mountain Hot Springs.

To the hot springs, we swim for swimsuit. First of all we came to the childrens pool, where there are a lot of fun slides there are things, I did not even do not do the warm-up exercise could not help but jumped out of the pool, "wow, really comfortable." The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first

four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on

duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. Farmers kill

说到这儿，大家都很好奇，游戏规则是什么呢?讲台上只放着两条毛巾，原来是要两人一组合作，一个扮演盲人，一个假装成瘸子，找到所指定的书目，最先找到的一方获胜。第一组便是我和张家宇，我用毛巾把眼睛蒙上，霎时间眼前一片黑暗，什么都看不到了。听着老师一声令下“开始!”我直接拉着张家宇的衣服，紧紧的跟在他后面。但台下的同学一直在说：“不对，不对!方向反了!”我们这时才反应过来，只好又往另一个方向跑去。我不管前方是否有桌子，就拼了命的跑到教室最后面的书架上，终于在一片哄笑声中，摸到了巴金先生的《家》，又跌跌撞撞走到自己的座位上，把书和毛巾传递给下一组。或许是因为在走错方向时耽误了太多时间，所以我们还是输掉了这场游戏。

在接下来的几组比拼中，比赛愈演愈烈。比赛者慌乱中为另一个人系好毛巾，结果是跑着跑着，毛巾突然掉了下来，只好用一只手拿毛巾捂住脸，样子很是滑稽，惹得大家哄堂大笑。为了节省时间，“瘸腿”的同学直接把扮演盲人的同学推到前面，横冲直撞，把桌子弄得歪七扭八，我的水杯也被推倒过三次。到最后一组同学比赛结束，大家脸上笑得满是泪水，过了好一会儿才缓过来。教室里再次变得鸦雀无声，各自投入到各自的学习当中。

此次体验，在让我们收获快乐的同时，更多的是从体验中知道了身体残疾的人生活是多么艰辛。还要互帮互助，达到共同的目的。与那些不幸的人相比，我们的幸福生活是他们难以想象的。所以，不要再抱怨自己对生活的不满，因为我们的生活是最幸福的。

尊老爱幼是中华民族的传统美德，我们中学生正处在人生观、世界观、价值观的重要形成时期，肩负成为合格建设者和接班人的重任，为了加强对自身的思想培养，在日常生活中养成良好的品格和行为习惯，我们特地参与了学校共青团组织的实践活动。前往崇德敬老院开展敬老爱老社会实践活动。

我们刚跨进敬老院，它给的感觉是平静、安宁，在和煦的阳光下，老人们三三两两地在阳光底下，安安静静的，他们没有孩子脸上的天真，青年脸上的憧憬，中年脸上的忙碌，他们象在思索些什么？或许是对一路走来，点点滴滴的回忆吧？偶尔头顶上飞过一两只燕子，但他们也从不抬头看，只是默默地低着头，沉溺于自己幸福的回忆。院子里没有太多的绿化，只是一些古树，如同这些老人们经历了几乎一个世纪岁月的洗礼，沉积了太多的历史。

之后积极参与劳动，为老人宿舍打扫卫生，帮老人收拾房间，不畏劳动之苦积极参与其中，在劳动中找到快乐与欣慰。

劳动过后，我们认真倾听老人们经历的艰苦岁月，一位老人说活不方便，但还坚持与同学们交谈，深深地打动了同学们。老人们回忆道战争时的艰苦岁月，建国后中国的独立自主，以及改革开放以来中国的腾飞，并劝导我们要认真学习，我得到了深刻的教育。

今天我们最大的收获是懂得了老人们的心。虽然他们面对坎坷的人生总是一笑而过，但从他们的言语中，我真正体会到了他们的艰辛，一路走来有着太多的悲欢离合，有着太多的辛酸，是啊，他们已经很累了，他们需要休息，但更多的是关爱，是大家的爱。爱，是我们共同的语言！让我们在今后的生活中一起用爱心去装点这个世界！
