这个星期一到星期三，我校五年级全体学生参加了一次特别有意义的综合实践活动—学农。三天两晚中有苦也有甜，让我特别珍惜和难忘。

在活动中，我和同学们一起套被套枕头套、叠被子、搭蚊帐；我们参加了挑粪、插秧、拨草等活动课程。虽然粪池里的臭味让我们很不好受，但我们还是很坚强很勇敢的完成了任务。而这么多课程里让我最难忘的还是插秧。

因为我家是北方的，从来没看过插秧，所以我特别心奋。我们挽起裤子，脱掉鞋子，脚刚踏进泥水里，我们就大叫起来，泥水太冰冷了，很快泥水像沼泽一样吞没了我的脚，并深深地吸住，让我觉得寸步难行。我们艰难的来到了教官指定的地点，教官发了秧苗，要求秧苗之间要保持距离，横竖要对齐，我们就插秧了。刚开始秧苗很不听话，一离手就东倒西歪，后来我试着再插深一点就可以了。插完秧上岸时，才发现脚都冻僵冻红了，脚丫上满满的泥巴，大家互相看看都笑起来。

感谢老师陪我们一起度过了这次活动，学农活动让我深深体会到了农民种地干活的不易和艰辛，让我感受到了团队合作的快乐，让我学会了珍惜、坚强、勇敢、感恩。希望这样的活动以后还能参加。

With the rapid process of modernization, computer becomes more and more

popular. Nowadays, almost every family has a computer. Because of computers, our

daily life is improving.

Computer has a great effect on our daily life. In the first place, computer

has so many functions. As we have computers, we neednt buy books, radios, TVs

and any other things, because computer can take place of them. Secondly, surfing

on the Internet must be very interesting. Through the Internet, we can do

everything we like. Thirdly, thanks to the Internet, we can get the further

education at any time, so we dont have to get up so early in winter days.

However, a coin has two sides, because its new doesnt mean its always

good. At present, most students spend too much time on computer games. I dont

think its a good phenomenon, because it will do great harm to our eyes as well

as our health if we play computer games all the time.

In my opinion, we should use the computers in the right way. For instance,

we can read the latest news on the internet to know the world better; read the

e-books to enrich our knowledge or download some useful information for our

work. We can also make different friends on the Internet, so that our life will

be colorful. I believe computers will be our best friends if we make good use of

them.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.But I haven’t bored all the time. Sometimes I read the

books, sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed，because it was

very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends

during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in

时间过得很快，不久，我们已经六年级了，在每年的六年级里，都可以用一天的时间去其他学校综合性活动。

在车上，我还是奈不住自己心里那股激动又兴奋的心情。一个小时后，我们就到了罗东小学。我们班的活动有软陶艺术、智能机嚣人、丝网花制作。在软陶艺术中，大家都做出了一个个令惊羡的软陶，有各种形状的，如：圆形，爱心形，五角星形的，愤怒的小鸟…可真的是应有尽有。接下来就是智能机器人，在那里我们打开电脑，看课件，就开始自己动手做个听声音就亮的房子。在制作的过程中，虽然有点的困难，但在最后，我们还是成功了。

最让我喜欢的一个活那就是做丝网花。在活动过程，我们带着兴奋又好奇的心情，老师在前面一步步地教我们，我们在下面一边，跟老师一起做，一边又认真地听着。“好，现在，大家一起来做出自己心目中的花吧！”老师话音刚落。我们便动起手来，门千刚和老师一起做的花瓣举一斤三做了好几片花瓣，再把她们一起用交叉的方法弄成一朵花，里面就用棉花纤当花心这朵花就完成了。

坐在车上，望着车窗外的风景，心里不禁思潮起伏，想想一转眼已经在学校里生活六年了，时间可真快。六年的同学分开了，六年的师生关系也就到此结来。六年前我们从陌生的环境，陌生的同学老师变成现在六年后熟悉的环境可以交心的朋友和老师。交情就像深不见底的大海，像高不可测的蓝天，像可爱的小写离不开自己的森林一样。在生活久之后大家就仿佛被一条红线似的紧紧地被绑在了一起，成一个集体，并养成颗依赖的心。但一想到再过两个月不到的时间，我们就分别了，各分东西，一想到这里，心就很舍不得，像明明是一块完整的肉，但因为时光的无情，必须给他切成一块又一块，一些藕断丝连的肉还可以保持联系，而分散的其他肉呢？又该怎么办？

车还继续地前进，在车上的我们也还在自己的沉思中……

今天空气清新怡人，虽然天空中布满了乌云而且还有点冷，但我仍感到心情很好，因为今天我们要到海东湿地公园进行社会实践活动。我背着可爱的小背包，里面有我喜欢吃的“小熊饼”和妈妈给我买的面包。我一大早来到了学校，发现很多同学已经到了：他们有的在讨论到了地点怎样玩，有的在看小伙伴们带了什么好吃的，有的在说着、笑着、盼着……

坐在汽车上，看着窗外的景色，可能是心情特别好吧，我感到什么都很新奇。不知不觉，海东湿地公园到了。一进大门，首先映入眼帘的是一大片绿油油的植物，天气这么冷，它们依然顽强地活着，把绿色展现给我们，让我们对它们不怕严寒的精神产生了敬畏。

沿着公园的羊肠小道，我们来到了放鱼活动场地，为了保护我们的母亲湖—滇池，宣扬环境保护的重要性，我们把小鱼苗放入滇池，让它为净化滇池水质发挥作用。放完鱼后，导游老师带我们来到了下一个景点—大自然风情园。到了那里，我们兴奋极了，因为我们看到了沙滩，还有很多海鸥。我们纷纷放下书包，在沙滩上跑来跑去。我和我的小伙伴们在沙滩上堆沙，还挖了一条“地下通道”，虽然倒塌了四次，最后一次获得成功，但我心里还是挺高兴的，因为大家学会了不放弃。我们还参观了其他同学的作品，有的堆了个“蛋糕”，有的堆了座“城楼”，还有的堆了个“雕像”……

经过这次实践活动，我想，我既要像寒冬里的植物一样有顽强的精神—不能知难而退，又要有乐观向上的生活态度，珍爱生命，远离危险，成为一名德、智、体全面发展的好少年

教育家马卡连柯说：“在学生思想与行为之间，有一道小小鸿沟，需要用实践把这道鸿沟填满。” 时代在进步，社会在发展，而随之而来的竞争也非常严峻的摆在了我们的面前，下岗、再就业这些新生词汇正是社会激烈竞争的产物。随着我国加入WTO，外来竞争又给空前紧张的人才市场掀起阵阵波澜。另一方面，市场对人才的要求已经随时代和科技的发展提升到了一个新的高度。现代社会所需要的已经不再是单纯的知识型人才。时代赋予人才新的定义：不仅能够驾驭新科技，具有创新意识，更要有将科技应用于实践的能力。但是，再看看我们的天之骄子，只是被禁锢在四角高墙内，捧着"书中自有黄金屋"的古训，做着日后事业有成，飞黄腾达的白日梦。我们的传统，我们的教育制度还有我们本身使我们缺乏勇气走出象牙塔，去接受实践的检验和社会竞争的洗礼。在这样一个知识与实践完全脱节的环境里，当代大学生又有什么资本去谈成才、谈竞争、谈事业？时代证明，历史证明，当代大学生的自身状况证明：走出校园，深入社会，实践成才，刻不容缓。 “纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”这次我们实践主要分为科技大篷车进社区，科技大篷车进农村和科技大篷车进市区。主要目的是通过宣传反邪教知识和普及群众的科普医疗知识提高群众对邪教的防范意识和对医学，科普知识的认知度。在当地的政府，教委等部门领导的关心支持下，我们各类实践活动开展的很成功。经过十天的实践活动，我认为实践不能拘泥于一个固定的时间和已经定了格的框架之中,实践应该能够时时处处体现在每个人的身上,所以一有机会我们就要去实践,让自己的个人价值和社会价值能在每个活动中

通过社会实践可以把小学生培养成符合社会需要的各种角色，学会生活，学会做人，学会处事。

随着年龄的增长，小学生掌握的科学文化知识日益丰富，能够逐渐认识自己的个性品质，世界观未形成，处于萌芽阶段。在低年级，小学生只获得一些片面的、不连贯的人生道理，只知道就事论事，到了高年级，大脑得到进一步发育，视野渐广，知识增多，对人生的目的、意义以及周围事物开始有了自己的看法，特别是对不同的角色的人有了初步的认识。因此，我们要抓住小学生这个心理基础，组织他们参加社会实践，担当社会角色，在做中学。

社会实践指导小学生掌握生活技能。新生儿呱呱坠地后，适应环境的能力很差，他有衣食的需求，而无获取衣食的能力，因此，就要给他们多方面的照顾。儿童慢慢长大，就要教他吃饭穿衣等技能,然后教他自谋生活的能力，即职业技能。学校教育也不仅仅单纯在那种规范的课堂里对书本知识进行加工、转换,传输给学生，还要实施实践活动教学，改变培养模式，使学生在掌握科学文化知识的同时也掌握生活技能，为他们今后选择职业做些准备工作。

社会实践指导小学生遵守社会规范。让学生知道一些社会规范，最有效的方法是他们参加社会实践，担任他们感兴趣的职业角色，从中体验角色特点，遵守社会规范。这样，比起教师在封闭的课堂中空洞讲授要强得多。

社会实践培养小学生担任多重角色。小学生在一天中要多次变换角色，在家时是子女，在学校时是学生，乘公共汽车时是乘客，购物时是顾客，小学生就是在每天的角色变换中成长、发展。

社会实践做为角色教育的大舞台，能使小学生所学知识与社会密切联系，使小学生了解社会，也让社会接受小学生，以使他们在学业有成踏入社会大门之时，很快适应社会的要求，找准自己的角色位置，愉快地生活、工作，创造性的发挥自己的聪明才智，为社会做出应有的贡献。

学完了此单元我想把我们学校的一些做法跟大家一起来分享。

我们学校每学期都搞学生社会实践活动，根据不同年级学生的年龄特征，以班级为活动单位，由班主任老师选择适合本班级的活动内容。我们班主任在组织学生社会实践活动时，都会选择一些有特殊教育意义的活动，比如：革命传统教育，尊老爱幼教育，社会责任感教育，法制教育等。让他们走近老红军，老战士，倾听老一辈革命家的英雄故事，走进社区参加义务清扫活动和植树活动，去敬老院幼儿园慰问。在每一次实践活动开始前，我都会向学生介绍此次活动的目的和意义，事先向学生们进行思想动员，激起他们参加实践的兴趣。然后，带领学生去参加此项活动，让学生在活动中亲身体验这次实践活动的重要教育意义，受到心灵的熏陶和感染。

而且每次参加完社会实践活动后，我都会召开与此次实践活动相关的班会，让学生们谈谈在此次社会实践活动中的感受和想法，提升他们的实践意识，从而让学生受到更深层次的思想教育。

在小学生中广泛开展社会实践活动是培养小学生正确观察社会、认识社会、适应社会生活各项能力不可或缺的形式。小学生认识的一些常见的社会事物、社会现象都源于社会，只有让学生走出学校，通过丰富多彩的社会实践活动，才能深入地观察、认识和了解社会，也只有让学生亲身参加社会实践，才能在实践中验证和运用所学的社会知识，增强适应社会的能力。因此，小学社会实践活动必须增强实效性，才能收到良好的效果。社会实践活动中，常常会有一些学生觉得没有研究的问题或没

有自己想参与的活动主题，这是很正常的，但又是必须引起我们注意的大问题。这就像学科教学时教师要千方百计激发学生对所学知识感兴趣一样，社会实践活动中教师也必须想方设法激发学生的问题意识和参与实践活动的兴趣，鼓励学生在自己所处的村落、社会和学习生活、学校生活、家庭生活中留心观察，用心体会，细心辨析，从丰富多彩的日常生活中不断寻找自己感兴趣的研究专题或活动主题。

组织开展社会实践活动就是要充分利用社会、家庭和自然资源的教育功能，让学生走出课堂，走出学校，融入社会大环境去关注社会生活、生产和大自然，通过参观、考察、实践、采访、调查、搜集资料、制作标本等形式，使课内与课外相结合，学习与活动相结合，校内与校外相结合，从而建立起小学社会实践活动的长效机制。在新的教育形势下，要求教师不仅具有先进的教育观念、教育思想，而且还要有多样的教学方式。在活动中要激发每一个学生的学习兴趣，尊重每一个学生的学习个性，满足每一名学生探究、获得认可和欣赏、承担责任的需要等。如在开展《感谢父母养育之恩》、《家乡水资源污染探源》调查活动中，我给学生定了多个活动目标，让学生自主选择，学生也可在调查中发现问题，自定活动目标，既可以达到预期目标，也可以通过调查的深入不断生成新的目标，使学生的兴趣不断高涨。随后，让学生自由分组，可以根据自己的活动目标、内容去自由组合，协同完成调查任务。

在活动中根据学生身体、心理发展特点，适时有针对性地组织开展学生喜欢的实践活动，如游戏、表演、采集，以及设计、制作、竞赛、

交流等活动方式，都是非常受学生欢迎、且乐意参与的。这些活动形式，能以最大的限度调动学生参与的积极性，又使他们良好思想品德在活动中得到了净化和升华。结合五保户集中供养点和敬老院建设，定期组织学生到附近敬老院、五保户集中供养点参加劳动，奉献爱心和孝心；结合学生的情感教育，以“感恩教育”为切入点，积极引导学生学会“感恩父母、感谢老师”，通过开展“为父母洗一次脚”、“帮父母做一件事”、“当一次老师”等活动，点燃同学们心中的激情，促使众多的学生加入到道德长跑的队伍中去；结合学习贯彻中小学生守则、日常行为规范，组织学生开展文明礼仪教育活动，广泛宣传文明礼仪、文明交通、文明旅游、文明观察等知识，引导学生寻找校园和社会生活中存在的不文明陋习或自己身上不文明习惯，纠正不文明行为，引导学生在实践中提高自身的文明礼貌素养。加强社会实践是培养小学生的社会意识，提高他们的社会观察能力、人际交往能力的重要途径。我们要牢牢把握住社会实践活动的“实践性”和“教育性”特点，选择合适的方法和手段来组织开展，就会促使小学社会实践活动发挥应有的教育功能。

思想品德教育离不开社会实践活动，只有在实践中亲身体验，高尚的思想，良好的品德才会不断地内化为学生自身的素质。在学校教育中，如何组织学生开展社会实践活动呢？

一、活动内容：从实际出发立足本土注重养成活动的内容是活动的基础，没有好的内容就不会产生好的效果。小学生社会实践活动的内容要从本地实际出发，从学生的思想生活实际出发，与本地区的两个文明建设情况相联系，立足本土，在家乡现代化进程中寻找内容。活动内容除了有针对性、教育性和实践性之外，还要体现地方性和时代性的特点。活动内容可以是政治思想、道德品质等方面的；也可以是开发智力，培养创造性思维方面的；还可以是动手动脑，培养生存能力方面的。总之，要达到开阔视野，丰富知识，陶冶情操的目的。如我们长

期开展的阵地实践活动。由于我校处于闹市区，我们就利用星期天，组织各中队轮流上街帮助交警维持交通、社会秩序，打扫环境卫生，宣传交通卫生知识。

二、活动形式：扬长避短因地制宜照顾多数小学生社会实践活动的形式，要从实际出发；因地制宜。可以开展旅行活动，游览名山大川，名胜古迹，考察历史人物：可以考察家乡地质变迁和矿产资源，收集家乡物产和动植物标本，考察四化建设伟大成就；可以参观革命旧址和英雄纪念碑；可以开展阵地实践活动等等。让学生广泛接触社会，接触大自然，接触生活，了解社会主义祖国日新月异的变化，了解经济改革的情况，了解我们的国情现状。通过学生走、看、听、做等亲身体验，使他们认识过去，立足现在，树立为家乡富裕，为祖国繁荣而努力奋斗的远大理想。

三、活动方法：灵活多样简单易行讲求实效如我校在暑假中开展的“寻先辈足迹”夏令营活动。同学们在杨阎公塑像前举行开营式；通过在部队简短的军事训练后组织参观了聂荣臻元帅纪念馆，饱览了龙水湖风光，游览了龙岗山、大足石刻；瞻仰了邱少云纪念馆和杨阎公烈士陵园。活动中，学生们开阔了眼界和胸怀，了解了先辈的英雄业绩，欣赏了灿烂的民族文化，体验了乡村的田园生活，学会了自己动手、自我管理，加深了同学间的团结友爱。在活动中，还采用了摄影、写作等形式。摄下的一个个美好的镜头，写出的一篇篇优秀日记、作文、诗歌作品，既是对话动的记录，也是对活动的总结。

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

今天上午，牛老师利用第一节课的时间，组织我们到操场上去活动，因为这次活动是在雪地里，而且这场雪是新一年的第一场雪，所以同学们听了这个消息，异常兴奋。

我们来到操场上，我看到操场上白茫茫一片，雪很厚很白，有很多别的班的同学早就在快乐的玩弄着这柳絮一般的白雪了。看到同学们玩得那么开心，我也不由得伸出手碰了碰雪。“哎呀!好凉!”我在心里喊着。虽然凉，但我心里很想玩。于是我决定用雪堆一个雪人，我用手一把一把地抓起雪，把它们堆在一起，用手把它们团成一个不是很圆的球，身体就这样做好了。下一步应该做头了，我有团了一个球，想把这个球堆在雪人的身体上，好让它们连在一起，成为一个完整的雪人。可是我刚把头放上去，雪人的身体就塌了。“没办法，重新来吧。”我无奈地说。我又重新认真做了起来。

一节课过去了，我虽然没做出一个完美的雪人，但是我玩得很开心，很快乐。我要感谢这“迟到”的雪。

I am a December 2003 graduate from the University of San Francisco (USF) with a bachelors degree in International Business. As part of my career planning, I am very interested in supplementing my international business education with a basic knowledge of the Chinese language. This I hope will help me enter into business commerce with business organizations partnering with Chinas economic development.

I already have information from BLCU and hope to study there for at least one full year starting with this summers program continuing through the fall and spring semester 2006. Can your office advise me if such scholarships might be available to me?

I have been studying Chinese for one year now. I am not sure what level I belong to. I was told that there will be an HSK test in our university in September. I am planning to attend the test. But I dont know if the result of the test is recognized by your university. If so, can it be a help for me to apply for the scholarship?

The environment has been polluted badly today and the nature punishes the

human being by all kinds of disasters, such as the heavy haze in Beijing, which

damages people’s health. World Environment Day is on June 5th. It pays attention

to call for the public to make an effort to bring the world a clean

environment.

Look at the pollution around us, which exists everywhere. The cars release

the gas which pollutes the air and the rubbish can be found in every corner of

the street. All of these daily incidents hurts the world we live. Especially the

factories, they release the heavy smoke and make the sky becomes dark. What’s

more, the wasted water flows to the clean river.

Though the government has made some action to punish the businessmen for

releasing the polluted sources, they still dare to take the risk of earning the

biggest profit. If we hurt the environment, it will hurt ourselves, because we

live together. The polluted environment threatens our health. If we want to live

the comfortable life, then the only way is to be nice to the environment.

Our extracurricular activities are rich and colorful. Some students do games, some students carry out sports activities, and other students participate in the activities of the scientific and technological group, we are very happy to play.

The content of sports is really different. Some students are playing football, some students in the cattle jumping rubber band, there are students in the shuttlecock...... Look! How happy the "hare" students have been playing! The outside circle students has already become a brave little Hunter ". The big circle of students also became only a vivid "hare". "Prepare, start!" It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me. In

the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and

played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious

dinner for us. After dinner, we watched TV and at about 8:30 p.m. we ate

birthday cake. There were fifteen candles on my birthday cake. I made a silent

wish, and then I blew the candles out in one breath. I had an interesting
