8月16日下午，我们阳光假日小队到台州银行黄岩西门支行参加暑假实践活动。

到了银行，我在柜台前存钱，填写存款的单子，开了账户，拥有了属于自己的存折，心里很兴奋。

我们到二楼听银行客户经理的讲座，她向我们介绍了钱币的相关知识。

钱币有丰富的文化内涵。钱币的由来源远流长，钱币又称货币，是一种支付的工具。古时候的人，用海边的贝壳作为日常用品和价值计算的标准。后来，人类发明了钱币，用钱交换想要的东西。现在，人类发明了纸币，携带纸币更方便。

银行客户经理向我们展示了第五套人民币的图片，她分别介绍了纸币背面的图片：100元纸币的背面是北京的中国人民大会堂，50元纸币的背面是拉萨的布达拉宫，20元纸币的背面是桂林的漓江，10元纸币的背面是长江三峡的夔门，5元纸币的背面是山东的泰山，1元纸币的背面是杭州西湖的三潭印月。

客户经理介绍了硬币的图片：1元硬币的正面是牡丹，5角硬币的正面是梅花，1角硬币的正面是菊花，背面都是国徽以及年份。

银行的客户经理教我们识别真假钱币和数钞票的方法。她还向我们展示了如何储蓄和理财，银行储蓄和普通储蓄产品对比的优势。

听完讲座，银行的工作人员教我们接待客户的语言和礼仪。在银行的门口，我们排着两排整齐的队伍，迎接客人，来了客户，我们向他鞠躬，说声“你好”。

他们给我们颁发了奖状，我们获得了“小小银行家”的称号，他们还送了我们气球。我们在银行合影，脸上洋溢着笑容。

今天下午，我们班进入食堂，准备开始这次的包汤圆DIY活动。各个小队都蓄势待发，蠢蠢欲动，整个场面大有一种龙争虎斗之势。

首先是由老师和家长来教我们如何包汤圆。然后，自然就是我们自己包汤圆啦!我们第八小队分到了花生馅与芝麻馅，以及南瓜味和原味的面团。

一开始，我选择的是南瓜味面团加花生馅，但那面团极其难捏，经常开裂，我只做了几个就做不下去了。只好换成原味加芝麻馅。当我们小组将面团用光时，我们就开始洗手，然后准备做三明治。

刚开始时，我们都是围在家长的身旁，观看其怎么做。然后，我就开始试着做起来：首先将一片面包平铺在手掌上，抺上花生酱，然后放上培根，再放一片面包，抺上花生酱，接下来放上鸡蛋，放一片面包，抺上花生酱，最后放上培根，盖上一片面包。就大功告成了。我和大家一起吃着自己做的三明治，心里开心极了。

就在这时，一个喜迅传来，谈力来了!大家争先恐后地前去看望，并与他一起吃着汤圆。

当活动结束后，我还对今天活动所带来的乐趣念念不忘。真希望老师多带领我们开展这样的活动。

星期一，我们每人拿着两本好书到学校来参加学校组织的书籍义卖活动。

首先，我们来到义卖场，等着老师说“解散”两个字。老师来了，她给我们整了整队便让我们解散了。我们像小鸟一样飞快地跑了出去，心里别提有多高兴！

我们有些是两三个一起用钱一起买，我和罗敏萱在一起买书。

此时，义卖场上人山人海：吵得像开了锅一样，有讨价还价的声音，有高声叫卖的声音，还有同学们谈话的声音。

我和罗敏萱手拉着手在义卖场上转来转去像逛街一样。我们先朝九班走去，我们俩使劲地向人群里挤去，嘿！有我爱的书，我赶紧买了下来，翻了翻真有意思。接着，便向别的班走去。到了七班，我看到了圣经故事，没看过，买下来吧。然后转了大半圈，看到了一本《世界末解之谜》，想买下它，可是“销售员”说：“这本20元！”太贵了，不买！便向自已班走去。一路上，许多同学都拿着两本书出来卖。“要吗？”“来买吗？”许许多多话语在我耳边响应。在自已班上，我听见谢晓元高喊：“谁来买啊？”黄老师也说：“买一送一。”这句话真有感染力，来了许多同学，我看了这一个情景哈哈大笑。时间一分一秒的过去了，我们班的书卖完了。我心想：这次活动真有意思！

星期五，阳光灿烂，我们三年级全段要去百强乳业公司，也是我们第一次实践活动。

我们带着激动，好奇的心情坐着大巴车前去牛奶工厂。

到了这所公司，一进门就有了“百强乳业。”这四个大字。走进大厅，我们就看到了两个大屏幕。坐在了位置上，我便听起了讲座！胡仲林老师让我们了解了这里的情况。徐主任又给我们了解了关于员工的情况。

让员工每周学习一次，还要请老师（专家）来培训学习。组织员工旅游，让员工文娱休闲一下，如太极拳……这所公司创建于1997年，为社会提供优质的安全乳质品。产品有证书，安全标准化，有素养，安全。整理，整顿，清扫，清洁公司都很重视。进去要封闭生产车间。这里还有许许多多的机器呢！有真空浓缩锅，有空罐火焰消毒器，装箱机器手，太阳能发电系统，风淋……徐主任还教我们如何观察牛奶的好坏。牛奶加75°的酒精，如果发生沉淀的话，那牛奶就是不新鲜的，是坏的，如果没发生沉淀，那牛奶就是鲜鲜的。牛奶还有许多种分类呢！有巴氏奶，有生鲜奶，有风味奶等等类型奶。牛奶不止有分类，还可以做面膜和健康减肥呢。

接着，老师派几个值日班长去拿饭给同学们。里面有香肠，面包，炼乳……我们边吃边看电影开心极了。

然后徐主任带着我们去参观走廊，让我们学习一下。

最后员工带我们去吃冰激凌，那时候我一蹦三尺高，有我最爱吃的冰激凌了，我便大口大口地吃了起来。

就这样，我们坐着大巴车回到学校。

盼啊盼，终于盼来了期待已久的“学雷锋献爱心”义卖活动。

一吃过饭，同学们就忙着摆摊，准备买卖了，幸福大道上人流如潮，热闹非凡。活动开始了，我们班的同学也忙开了！王登发和陈茂婷首先打出了广告牌——有奖问答，问题有价，知识无价。我和沈文宇等人在装满问题的“百宝箱”前推销“知识”。大队委员杨晟一个劲地吆喝：“大家快来看那，卖‘知识’喽！有奖问答，5毛钱买一题，一元可答三题，答对答错都有奖！”这一吆喝，引得不少同学前来瞧个究竟。一位可爱的小女孩好奇地问：“大姐姐，我来一个，好吗?”我笑眯眯地说：“好呀，你想买几个问题？”她说：“那就一个吧！”我接过1元钱，看向装钱的盒子，里面没有零钱，便抬起头来说：“我没有5毛钱，找不开，就1元买三个吧？”“嗯，好！”小女孩蛮爽快，笑着把手伸进了“百宝箱”，抽出了两张纸条。我打开一看：背《静夜思》。我读了遍要求，“床前……”虽然她背得不够熟，但也能过关。下一个问题：过马路时要走什么线?“斑马线！”“7×9+3等于几?”“66。”“非常棒！三个问题全对！三颗棒棒糖和三本作业本都归你了。”她拿着“战利品”，奔跳着钻进人群去了。接下来，又来了许多同学，我们忙得不亦乐乎……

忙着忙着，义卖结束了。回到教室，杨老师统计了一下义卖金额： 700多元。虽然我们班不是最多的，但我们献出了一份爱，收获了许多快乐！推销“知识”，其乐无穷！

2019年11月8日，立冬日，阳光明媚。北京市朝阳区芳草地国际学校日坛校区全体五、六年级师生到大兴区呀路古热带植物园内进行了一次令人难忘的社会实践活动。全体同学身着绿色运动校服，给深秋的北京带来一抹灿烂生机。

早上八点，全体同学坐班车准时出发。路途中，各车在老师们的管理下能自觉安静乘车，不乱说乱动。怀着激动期待的心情，上午九点左右，我们终于到达了位于大兴区的呀路古热带植物园。在大门口拍了集体照之后，由园内专业的导游哥哥们给我们带路和讲解中，开始了以班级为小组的游览观赏。六（2）班跟着讲解员先去了染布坊做DIY手工，同学们锻炼了动手能力的同时还拿到了自己的劳动成果--扎染的手绢，成品都各有特色。

接着，我们一同去了热带雨林恐龙馆参观，里面有很多我们从没有见过的热带植物。然后，我们前往了鳄鱼池，里面的鳄鱼笼子上都标有注意安全的贴心标语，鳄鱼看起来面无表情，显得十分冷酷，想象它们应该是凶猛。接下来是看动物表演，里面的小动物演员们有山羊‘喜洋洋’，小猴子，还有狗狗‘豆豆。他们’十分聪明，听话，训练员只要做一个手势他们就明白了，每个动物的动作都做的很标准，台下掌声不断。

孔雀馆参观孔雀，与以往不同的是，在普通动物园内我们只能远远的看，而在这里我们所有同学有机会近距离接触了孔雀，分清雌雄孔雀的区别。

时间过得很快，一转眼就该吃午饭了，同学们分组吃自己带来的午餐，大家不喧闹，可以做到用餐地不留一件垃圾。

午饭后，我们去看了具有民族特色的真人舞蹈表演，穿着多种少数民族服饰的舞蹈演员们一个个面带微笑，热情舞蹈，让我们感受到不同民族的舞蹈风格，服装美，舞蹈美，演员美，想到我们的祖国是一个拥有有五十六个民族的和谐大家庭，我们心里更美。

园中还有多个园区，我们都一一参观。时间过得真快，到了该返校的时间，全体师生按照约定好的时间依次回到校车位置坐车返回。返程途中同学们都沉浸在呀路古的园区美景和丰富活动的回味中。

本次秋游圆满成功，全体同学纪律表现良好，能做到在园内不喧哗打闹，不乱扔垃圾，按秩序认真学习参观，本次活动很有教育意义，让我们涨了见识，增长了很多动植物知识。感谢学校用心为我们安排这次秋游，感谢老师辛苦带我们参观游览！

Thank you for informing us your new house address. It is fantastic that you have at last a house of your own, which, as explained, is located in a sea site city. I can imaginer that you are now enjoying your life and work, and you can entertain yourselves in such a big house.

When I told the news to Peter Li, James Wang and Nancy Zhang, the girl who always wears a long hair, and went to Beijing with us last year, they all wish you to send us some pictures of your new house. We hope that when we go on errand in America next year, we can pay a visit to your family. Then we are sure to have a nice gathering.

This morning, Peter and I went to an art gallery to pick up an oil painting with a beauty spot of China’s southern part as a token of our hearty congratulations. We hope it can add up to your decorations wherever you like, and we also wish you will like it.

Be Grateful to Our Parents

Since we were born， many people help us a lot. We should be grateful to their kindness. But the ones we should show our greatest appreciation are our parents. From the first day we appear in their lives， they give us all their love and care， but never expect anything in return. As long as they are there， we do not feel any difficulties， because they are always in front of our shelter， preventing us from difficulties and danger. In order to make our lives better， learn better， they do everything they can to create the best conditions for us， but ignore their own needs. Therefore， we need to cherish parents’ love and repay their upbringing. We should treat them as they treat us.

Today, I participated in the Arbor Day activity organized by my class. It was fun.

The activity has knowledge of plants, we first know cedar, cedar like a tall pagoda; Then I knew the birch, the bark of the birch as white as the snow in winter; I also know white magnolia, the color is white, from a distance, like white birds.

8月19日，天气十分炎热，我兴高采烈地来到了学校，参加《双堂双进暑期德育实线活动》。

8点钟，我们在学校大厅里集合，排着整齐的队伍出发了，地点在湖头村文化大礼堂，我们快步走向楼梯，进了善美讲堂，活动开始了。

张伯伯说：“湖头村有六百多年的历史”，接着，他拿起让同学们既熟悉又陌生的工具，有盐罐、饭蒸、饭篮、站桶、扁担、箩筐、扁柱、鱼篓、鱼筐等，给大家介绍了农耕文化，让我们懂得了农耕工具原有的历史，也让我们看到了前一辈人的聪明和智慧，我们这一代一出生就使用手机，电脑等各种科技产品，农村也都实现现代化了，耕田不用牛，抓鱼不用篓年代的孩子，无一人不感到新鲜。

接下去我们参观了文化礼堂内的民俗文化馆和书画创造室，我看到了民俗文化馆里的古老的风车，立着的灯笼，还有以前的报纸已发黄，等等。书画创造室内有美丽的梅花画，还有一幅幅漂亮的毛笔字，桌子上放着许多书法用品。快乐的时光总是过的那么快，一转眼活动就结束了，大家到了文化广场拍了集体照。

今天的课真是一堂特殊的课，让我学到了很多，懂得了不少。这真是难忘的一天。
