前几天，学校组织同学们开展了一次走进军营生活，体验军旅文化的综合实践活动。地点是淮阴区棉花庄高炮旅。

出发的那天清晨虽然下着小雨，但是我们每一个人依然兴致勃勃，显得非常激动，尤其是我们男孩子，大家七嘴八舌的猜测着即将走进的军营应该是个什么样子。

到了军营，映入我们眼帘的就是那一座座高射炮，令我们非常激动，后来我们的教官带领我们参观了军营，让我们近距离的感受到了军队的生活。令我印象最深刻的要算高炮旅的官兵们为我们表演操作高射炮时的场景了。

只见那些官兵们首先排成一队，听到指挥官的口令后，一边嘴里喊着“为人民服务”的口号，一边整齐地迅速跑到高射炮前。每门高射炮前共有七人，六名炮手外加一名指挥官。每个人先是响亮的报数，接着，指挥官给六名炮手作了分工：一、二号炮手负责摇动手柄，控制高射炮上的旋转罗盘移动的方向；三号炮手负责炮管的上下移动；其余三名炮手负责装弹和射击。指挥官一声令下，还没等我看清，炮手们已如兔子一般，一下子就窜上了高射炮，一位炮手摇动起了手柄，旋转盘上的炮手霎时就从面向东转为面向北了，然后就像一座雕像似的保持不动。接着，只不过一秒的时间，就见炮管的高度在上升，忽然听到炮管里“哒”的一声响，我被吓了一跳，以为炮弹要发射出来了，本能的就想赶紧躲避，其实炮管里根本没有炮弹，真是虚惊一场！

这真是一次有意义的、令人难忘的活动，通过这次实践活动，不仅增强了我们的国防意识，也提高了我们为祖国的未来和和平作出贡献的信心。

“难忘今宵，难忘今宵……”全家人大声的唱着春节晚会的主题曲，我们的欢声笑语可不比电视里春晚的少。

大街上张登结彩，到处挂着一串串红灯笼，家家户户忙着买年货、贴对联……街上人山人海，热闹极了!

姥姥让我上她家住，奶奶让我去她家吃团圆饭，三姨的手里还拿着一个冰激凌……我说“别急，别急!你们的要求我都答应，我还要给你们拜年挣红包呢!”哈哈，春节真是大丰收啊!我在心里想：看来我在大家的心里都是这么重要啊!

晚上，大家非常开心，有的打朴克，有的打麻将，有的看电视里的春晚，而我终于等到了期盼已久的时刻：放鞭炮、烟花。伴随着辟啪的爆竹声，五颜六色的礼花腾空而起：那烟花时而像仙女撒花，时像火焰争锋，时而像彩蝶飞舞，时而像含包欲放的花朵。我和哥哥姐姐们蹦着跳着欢呼着，同时在心里许下对新的一年美好的愿望!放完烟花一进屋，奶奶和姑姑包的热腾腾的饺子端上了桌，这可不是一般的饺子哦，它是幸运饺子。谁吃到了硬币谁在新的一年里就会很幸运!大家开始“疯”抢饺子。我看中了一个，咬开一看：哇，有硬币!而且还是五角的呢!大家都可高兴了，那时的场面热闹极了!

每当春节的时候，姥姥家还会举办一场小型春晚。首先大家一起为姥姥姥爷送上祝福，然后大家会相互祝福，之后每个人都得出节目表演自己的才能，有的唱歌，有的诗歌朗诵，有的在讲春节的由来和各地的风俗，有的还在跳舞……三十多人一个不能落下，可我妈妈什么也不会，只好表演了“罚酒三杯”，哈哈哈，大家都禁不住大笑起来!

春节那么热闹，是最盛大的节日。忙碌了一年的人们举国同欢!也对新的一年寄予了新的希望!最后，我祝大家：新年快乐!

今天我要学舞蹈了，我心里很紧张，因为我最怕上基本课了，我怕痛。接着我们还要学舞蹈，我们今天会学些什么呢，让我们一起拭目以待吧。

啦啦啦啦啦，老师开始放做热身运动的歌了，我们很开心的跳了起来，我渐渐地忘记了烦恼，很高兴，我们运动完就开始跳舞了，我们先是复习了上节课的舞蹈，然后就开始教新的了，我们紧张，因为这首音乐很快，我们有时候会跟不上的哦，我们花了很长的时间学了一两段，我好累呀，我们下课了，我喝了好多水，我很渴哦，接着，我们要上基本功课了，我们先是压腿，我搬后腿很直，老师一直夸我，我很开心，我们接着就来倒立，我很怕，因为我倒立的时候老是摔，老师看着我倒立，这样，我就不用那么怕了，哈哈哈，下课啦，我看到妈妈来接我咯，老师一说下课，我就像欢快的小马一样的奔出教室，最后，我们就回家了。

今天我会很害怕，可是，到了最后，我还是很开心的哦。

综合实践活动是综合性课程的超越和发展。和一般事物发展顺序一样，综合实践活动或者说综合性课程发展到现在经历了萌芽、兴起、发展三个阶段。

追溯综合实践活动的历史，可以从古代学校教育课程中寻到它的足迹。我国隋唐时期的《千字文》、宋代的《三字经》在一定意义上体现了综合实践活动的思想。在西方，以综合性课程为主的教学状况一直延续到文艺复兴时期。

从19世纪末到20世纪前半叶，是综合实践活动或者说综合性课程真正兴起的时期，逐步形成了自身独立的思想体系和实践类型。在这一时期先后出现知识本位、儿童本位和社会本位三种不同的课程范式。主要影响人物有德国的赫尔巴特、齐勒，美国的杜威等等。

20世纪60年代以后，综合实践活动或者说综合性课程进入了蓬勃发展的阶段。在这一阶段先后出现了多种综合性课程的思想，如一体化课程、人本主义课程等等。主要影响人物有杰雷特福谢依等。

Many years ago there lived in Hangzhou a girl called Aqiao. One winter morning she walked into a valley. To her surprise， she found herself in a different world.

There were rows of white houses with mulbery trees in front of them. Many ladies in white were singing and picking the leaves from the trees. They fed the leaves to little silkworms. Aqiao learned how to reel silk and how to dye it.

上个星期天听说这周我们要去“扬州市中小学生素质教育实践基地”进行为期两天的实践活动。同学们就高兴得手舞足蹈，女生们开始打点自己的书包，准备好要带的东西；男生们三五成群，热闹地讨论那里好不好玩……

终于到了星期三这天，我们坐着大巴车来到了基地，展现在我眼帘的是两辆T—13坦克（一型和二型）一门火炮和一门高射炮。

实践活动的项目很丰富，最令我难忘的是做软陶了。老师先给我们每人发了一袋陶泥，听了老师的讲解我知道了陶泥不是普通的橡皮泥，只不过有橡皮泥的可塑性，经过100摄氏度烘烤后会变硬，可以千年不被腐蚀。老师边介绍边演示，我们跃跃欲试，迫不及待做起来。首先，要考虑做什么，再构思，最后才能动手做。我绞尽脑汁终于想出了做一个“A”，因为它是爱的大写字母，既简单又能表达我对奶奶的爱，我想把它作为礼物送给辛劳的奶奶。

说做就做，我先用黄色陶泥捏了一个倒“V”，接着又拿绿色陶泥做了一横，最后用白色的陶泥做了花边……很快，我的作品经过高温处理出炉了。我的心里那个美啊！

此次实践活动不仅锻炼了我的动手、动脑的能力，更让我体验了家长不在身边的生活。在家里总是饭来张口、衣来伸手，是家里的“小皇帝”。通过这次活动，我学会了怎样照顾自己，自力更生，注意自己饮食、怎样管理并合理使用零花钱，为下次活动打好基础。这真是个有意义的实践活动啊！

The environment has been polluted badly today and the nature punishes the

human being by all kinds of disasters, such as the heavy haze in Beijing, which

damages people’s health. World Environment Day is on June 5th. It pays attention

to call for the public to make an effort to bring the world a clean

environment.

Look at the pollution around us, which exists everywhere. The cars release

the gas which pollutes the air and the rubbish can be found in every corner of

the street. All of these daily incidents hurts the world we live. Especially the

factories, they release the heavy smoke and make the sky becomes dark. What’s

more, the wasted water flows to the clean river.

Though the government has made some action to punish the businessmen for

releasing the polluted sources, they still dare to take the risk of earning the

biggest profit. If we hurt the environment, it will hurt ourselves, because we

live together. The polluted environment threatens our health. If we want to live

为三个宫殿：“东配殿”、“西配殿”和“皇穹宇”。听老师讲，“回音壁”之所以会回音，是因为它的内壁光滑，为圆型结构。因此，声音传播到内壁时，就会反射回来，集中到院子内。这样限制了声音的传播范围，声音自然也就变大了。

世界千姿百态，不能只闷在家里做井底之蛙，一起看看名胜古迹，亲眼目睹中华民族的文明精华，是何等享受啊!

我们社区组织了一次帮助孤寡老人的活动。

2月12日，许多地方都相续开展了植树、清理垃圾、慰问老人等活动。听到了这个消息，我便把平时攒的零花钱全部拿了出来。下午，我们来到农村附近的一位老奶奶家里。

一进门，我看到家里很破旧，于是，我开始拿起扫帚扫地，因为老奶奶的脚不太好，所以很长时间没扫地了，家里乱七八糟的，东西排列的也不整齐，然后我又擦桌子、洗碗帮老人取报纸……其他人就陪老人聊天。我们得知，老人常年独自一人居住屋子里，身边没有亲人，她丈夫去世多年，没有子女，伴随她度过艰苦岁月的只有一间卧室和一间厨房、一张长椅、几件破旧的衣裳和一床被子。老人已85岁了，她一直以遗属费450元来维持几十年的生活，直到居委会得知老人的情况后，老人才得到了大家的关心。我把200元现金送给了孤寡老人。我们派志愿者定期来帮助老人打扫卫生、买买菜、订报纸，虽然这些只是些零碎小事，但足以表现当代青少年对老人的尊敬、爱戴，对社会的奉献和对中华民族传统美德的发扬。我们陪老人聊天，我们感触很多，“当今社会的老人越来越孤独，我们希望能为老奶奶驱除孤独感，更希望有更多的人能关注老人，让他们感受晚年的幸福。

冷空气终于把可恶的雾霾赶走了，太阳公公又露出了甜蜜的笑脸，看着久违的蓝天，呼吸着新鲜的空气，我的心情无比的愉悦。

第二天，我们来到了一个教室。这时，一位老师抱着两个大箱子也走了进来。她把手一松，只听见“砰”的一声，箱子就稳稳地落在了地上。老师告诉我们箱子里放的是多米诺骨牌，并教我们怎样玩。然后，老师叫我们用它来一场比赛，规则是先把这些方块竖起来，推倒第一块骨牌，后面的骨牌就跟着倒下，只要有一个没有倒下，就算挑战失败。当我摆了两百多块的时候，骨牌被一个调皮的同学给推了一下，一阵清脆悦耳的撞击声后，骨牌竟然全倒了，没有一块是站着的。这时，正巧被老师看见了，直夸我摆得好，我听后高兴得又蹦又跳。再看看别的同学，只见有的同学刚摆好就胸有成竹地去找老师，可是他一推，仍有一个没倒，怪不好意思的；有的摆好了，一推也全倒了，但是老师没看见，留下点小遗憾；有的摆到一半，一阵风吹来，摆好的就被风给吹倒了，急得那个同学都快哭了。

第三天，教官还教我们唱了歌，带我们去参观了科学创意馆。

快乐的时间总是短暂的，三天时间就这样过去了，我们念念不舍地告别邓教官和综合实践基地。生活需要实践，生活源于磨练。我喜欢这次实践活动，虽然很累，但也很快乐，因为它让我得到了很多独自生活的经验。

一个阳光明媚的下午，教室里没有一个人影，因为我们正在运动场上举行运动会。

运动场上，有的人在比赛，有的人在做准备运动，有的人正在座位上激动地鼓掌，大声为运动员们加油助威。比赛的项目很多，比如说跳绳呀，拔河呀，百米赛跑呀……其中最精彩的要数正在举行的拔河比赛了。

看呐，拔河比赛的参赛者们已经跃跃欲试了。只见他们列好队形，站稳马步，眼睛盯着绳子，比赛开始了，参赛者们从地上抓起绳子，身子后倾，做好了准备。裁判的一声令下，他们就用吃奶的力气使劲向后拉，红领巾正在向红队靠近，蓝队急了，拼命地把红领巾向自己这边拉，甚至还有人拉得蹲了下去，一看就知道他拼尽了力气。

赛场外的加油声此起彼伏。蓝队的所在班级全部同学都站起来，举起右手，大声喊道：“蓝队加油!蓝队加油!蓝队加油!”于是，蓝队士气大增，只见队员们咬紧牙关，用尽身上所有的力气，集体向后仰。中间的红领巾在一点一点地“走”向蓝队。

最终，蓝队赢了，他们大声欢呼，相互拥抱，高兴得一蹦三尺高。而红队呢，他们垂头丧气，失望极了。蓝队队员们主动过去安慰红队队员们，鼓励他们下次加油!场上的观众都被感动了，真是友谊第一，比赛第二啊!

上周，我们参加了社会实践活动。出发前，妈妈担心军训会很辛苦，问我是否要向老师请假。我拒绝了，这样的体验活动怎能不参与呢？我可是晋江少年呢！

军训生活的艰辛是我所预料到的。一天大部分时间都在操场上度过。操场上似乎只有嘹亮的口号声，整齐而又一致的步伐。一次又一次的重复动作，让我充分体会到铁棒磨成针的辛苦。

记得我们做的最多的动作就是站军姿、蹲姿，在烈日炙烤的大地上。我们抬头挺胸，一动不动地站立着。热气不断地从地上往上透，脚底又酸又痛，豆大的汗珠从脸上渗透下来，但是我们不敢去擦，坚持挺立着，心里说不出的苦和辣。

不仅训练辛苦，吃和住也是不尽如人意。十个人住一个房间，对于我们来说，在家早已习惯了软绵绵的床了，所以在刚来的头两天我晚上都辗转反侧，难以入勉。吃的呢？虽然保证吃饱，但与家中妈妈精心准备的美味佳肴相比那是有天壤之别……

尽管如此，我与同学们依然坚持，从不缺席任何一次训练，更不像其他班的几个同学半途而废。在日复一日的锻炼，我们少了一份娇气，多了一份坚强，少了一份依赖，多了一份自强，少了一份怨天尤人，有了一份勇往直前。同时也懂得了自强、自爱和自律，更学会“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队”的可贵精神。

而这，只是短暂的第一步，我们脚下的路还很长！“少年强，则国强；少年独立，则国独立；少年进步，则国进步。”晋江少年，加油！
