Nowadays, a lot of recreational activities are available for people to release their stress of work or study. Recreational activities have aroused a hot debate in society. When it comes to recreational activities, people’s ideas are not cut from the same cloth.

Abundant recreational activities make people’s life more colorful and people can release their stress with amusement. Also, participating in recreational activities helps promote our competence. However, too much recreational activities will bring problems. Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the

day and cant sleep well at night. Thats too bad for our health. To help ease

stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and

friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some

exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are

supposed to balance our life with more outdoor activities, so as to make our

life more colorful and vivid.

“让我们荡起双浆，小船儿推开波浪，海面倒影着美丽的白塔，四周环绕着绿树红墙……”我在心里默默的唱起了这首熟悉的歌。我就要到少年宫去参加劳技实践活动，真是又高兴又激动。

我走进可爱的少年宫。来到了能工巧匠工作室。我蹑手蹑脚地走到位置前，不慌不忙地坐了下来。过了一会儿，老师精神抖擞的走进来了。这是一位长着瓜子脸，有着一双炯炯有神的大眼睛，非常和蔼可亲的老师。开始讲课了，我专心致致地听着，生怕漏掉什么重要的知识。老师给我们介绍了万能机床、KT板、复写纸等材料的用处。接着又演示给我们看，我聚精会神的看着老师的示范动作。手上也不停地操纵着。最后老师叫我们自己做。我先小心翼翼地把回形针别在KT板上，由于这是我第做这么复杂的东西。我的手在瑟瑟发抖。幸亏陈杰帮助了我，我才会顺利的把回形针别在KT板上。接着再把复写纸放在KT板和图形纸中间。然后一丝不苟的描着。“小雨，你一定要超过陈杰，让同学们对你刮目相看。”我在心里暗暗地想。很快，我就描好了图纸。为了探清虚实，我走到陈杰位子上，假惺惺的问她描好了没，其实我已经观察到了陈杰描得没我好，马马虎虎。我心里乐开了花，暗自窃喜。回到位置上，就开始切割。我打开万能机床，把KT板平放在万能机床上。我心慌意乱。第切割失败了，很失望。当时我想放弃，但是我一想起妈妈在家长留言上的那句话“要知难而进，永不退缩”。我在心里暗暗的鼓励自己：“小雨，相信自己，你是最棒的”。我调节好自己的情绪。终于，一个图形被我切割了出来。随着我的熟练程度，功夫不负有心人，KT板上的图形被我顺利切割了下来，我认真地拼装起来，不一会儿，一个小袋鼠栩栩如生地出现在我的面前。我兴奋不已。

开始种青菜苗了，我挽起袖子就将手伸向泥土中，奋力地挖起土来，哎呀不好，众多的灰尘在天空中飞舞着，连眼睛都进了沙土，没想到，原以为轻而易举的挖土，都要讲究力气与速度，将土挖到一定量深的时候，我拿着菜苗将它快速地放入土中，又立马将坑填满，再使出了吃奶的劲儿，将泥土弄结实，我自信满满，心想：这下子菜苗的根肯定立在泥土之中了吧，哪知，菜苗就像一个不听话的小孩，早已低了头，变得东倒西歪。再看看农民伯伯，那动作雷厉风行，将土快速挖开，将菜苗放入土中，用泥土围住，松软的固定住菜苗的根，不一会儿，这片菜地便插满了菜苗，犹如一个个田野上的哨兵，永远也不会倒下。再看看我们，脸上被汗水与泥土弄得一塌糊涂，歪歪斜斜地画着几道污线，一个个简直就像浸了泥水的旧地图，一阵风吹来，金色的稻田漾起了波纹，唯有我们辛勤劳动的菜地，显得十分耀眼，就像嵌在田野上的一块绿宝石。

8月19日，天气十分炎热，我兴高采烈地来到了学校，参加《双堂双进暑期德育实线活动》。

8点钟，我们在学校大厅里集合，排着整齐的队伍出发了，地点在湖头村文化大礼堂，我们快步走向楼梯，进了善美讲堂，活动开始了。

张伯伯说：“湖头村有六百多年的历史”，接着，他拿起让同学们既熟悉又陌生的工具，有盐罐、饭蒸、饭篮、站桶、扁担、箩筐、扁柱、鱼篓、鱼筐等，给大家介绍了农耕文化，让我们懂得了农耕工具原有的历史，也让我们看到了前一辈人的聪明和智慧，我们这一代一出生就使用手机，电脑等各种科技产品，农村也都实现现代化了，耕田不用牛，抓鱼不用篓年代的孩子，无一人不感到新鲜。

接下去我们参观了文化礼堂内的民俗文化馆和书画创造室，我看到了民俗文化馆里的古老的风车，立着的灯笼，还有以前的报纸已发黄，等等。书画创造室内有美丽的梅花画，还有一幅幅漂亮的毛笔字，桌子上放着许多书法用品。快乐的时光总是过的那么快，一转眼活动就结束了，大家到了文化广场拍了集体照。

于是，我按照姐姐说的步骤作了一遍，在米上按了按，咦?旁边那个盘子中间放的是什么?原来是肉馅哦!我在糯米中间挖了一个小洞洞，把肉馅弄成圆状，塞入糯米中，让它也加入糯米的行列中。可怎么封好呢?我看了眼姐姐，就明白了一切。

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

端午节就这么过去了，嘴里吃着自己亲手包的粽子，心里想着我国唐代诗人杜甫写的诗：宫衣亦有名，端午被恩荣。细葛含风软，香罗叠雪轻。自天题处湿，当暑着来清。意内称长短，终身荷圣情。

这真是一个快乐的端午节!
