我们班搞过许多课间活动，使我受益最最深的要算那次握鸡蛋的活动。

一天下午两节课后，喻老师拿着鸡蛋走进教室，微笑着对我们说：“大家来握握这个蛋，一看看能不能把它握碎？”“什么？握鸡蛋，那还不容易！”大家非常好奇，个个想最先上去把它握碎。

第一个上去的是小个罗帅波，只见他鼓足了劲，涨红了脸，把蛋紧紧地握着，可蛋一点也不理睬他！接着一个又一个同学上去握，他们都是欢欢喜喜上去，红着脸回到座位上。我想：你们真是些笨蛋，连小小的鸡蛋都对付不了，等一下看我的！好不容易轮到我了，我满怀把握地走上讲台，毫不在乎地一攥，真出乎意料，蛋丝毫无损。我有点慌了，但马上提醒自己，不能灰心！于是，我使出全身力气，咬紧牙，左手握住右手一齐用劲攥，不知为啥？它仍然是圆溜溜的。最后，轮到我们班力气最大外号叫大力士的李京同学了，他仰着头，挺胸，急忙走上讲台，教室里顿时沸腾起来了，我后来那位同学拉着对我说：“鸡蛋碰到对手了！”我点点头，李京他两脸叉开，睁大双眼，左手攥着拳，右手紧紧握着蛋，抿着嘴，屏住气，握了一次又一次，但是蛋始终完好无损，大家七嘴舌讨论开了。

最后，老师告诉我们：“蛋是椭圆形的，无论怎样用力量握，力总是不会使在某一点上，所以无法握碎，根据凸曲面形有惊人的抗压能力的道理，科学家发明了这一新技术，已有广泛的应用，如：拱桥是根据这个道理造成的。”

真有意思，一个普普通通的鸡蛋竟有这么多学问！

我有很多美好的梦想，那就是希望人们保护动物，保护大自然，爱护生命。

我从电视上经常看到许多动物都被猎人捕杀了，我们现在穿的衣服有的就是用动物的皮做的。我们也是动物呀!为什么我们不互相残杀呢?如果我是只小狗狗的话，真希望有小朋友们的爱护。

现在的人太不爱动物了，我想对你们说：我们应该爱护动物，不爱护它们，你们休想得到回报!

还有，人们都说“植树造林镇风沙”，现在的人们都成了“砍树灭林惹风沙”了!我太希望，太太希望人们保护大自然了!我还有一句话：“不爱护大自然，你们也休想得到回报!”

我还有最后一个小小的梦想，就是人们一定要注意安全，爱护生命。比如冬天河里可能会结冰，不过千万别去冰上玩，不然掉进河里，这可是安全问题呀!

我不知道我这几个梦想什么时候会实现，但是希望人们能够做到保护动物，保护大自然，保护生命。还希望我们人类在下一分钟减三十秒减二十九秒之内，也就是在下一分钟之内就能够做到这些!

雪白的云无边无际，把和煦的阳光遮住了。小记者们坐着大巴来到了城厢镇的“开心农场”。一进门，便看到了一个由白色透明的棚组成的世界，里面种了许多水果蔬菜……。

首先，我们来到了草莓园。在一个大棚里，种着许许多多的草莓，有大的，有小的，有红的，有绿的，有的形似兵乓球，有的红如火焰……它们如同一个个小灯笼挂在树上，时不时都有人来给它们拍照……。

接着，我们去了火龙果园。宛如火苗的火龙果竟然长在如同仙人掌的树上，在那修长的枝条下长着几个小火龙果，十分奇特，我惊讶连忙拍着照片，准备带回去给爸爸妈妈讲讲……走出火龙果园，映入眼帘的是一群动物，有憨厚的猪先生，有机灵的兔宝宝，还有昂头挺胸的鹅小姐，它们似乎在开派对，十分热闹……

在派对边上有一片油菜花田，一眼望去一片金黄，非常美丽壮观。我仔细观察其中一朵油菜花，在碧绿的花蕊周围有四片黄色的花瓣，散发着淡淡的芳香……。

美好的时光总是过得那么快，活动结束了，我们大家都依依不舍的离开了“开心农场”。在今天的活动中，我收获了不少，不但明白了我们平常吃的水果。蔬菜都是农民伯伯们辛苦种出来的，我们应该珍惜农民伯伯们用汗水换来的果实，做到不浪费，而且还开阔了眼界，见识到了很多生活中接触不到的知识……

Usually, the Valentine’s Day has no connection with the traditional Chinese

Family comes first of course. You should wake up a little earlier in the

morning, and help your mother in the kitchen. On the Lantern Festival, making

rice balls and dumplings are the traditional activities. Having a reunion dinner

with the whole family is also very important, so you need to show up and stay

with your family for the whole morning. Spend some time with your family. Keep

them company and make them happy. In the afternoon, there are maybe not so busy,

you can plan for the Valentine’s Day with your girlfriend or boyfriend, you can

have some snacks in 4p.m, and tell your parents you will hang out with your

friends at night and not having supper at home tonight. They would be

understood. Then you can take your girlfriend or boyfriend to a nice restaurant

and see the latest movie after dinner. Do not forget to present the gift you

prepare for your lover. Make your lover happy, too.

I think everybody should find a balance between family love and lover’s

love. If I can only choose one, I will choose family love over the other.

Because I know my family never leaves me and my parents are aging. How many days

can I still be with them? So I really appreciate the days that I can still be

with them. I know you will do the same just like me.

这是广泛流传2000多年的民间节日，也是中国最重要的节日之一。端午节当天举行各种庆祝活动，吃粽子和赛龙舟(dragon boat

racing)是其中的重要习俗。关于端午节的起源，有很多传说。一部分人认为端午节是为了纪念诗人屈原，另一部分人则认为是为了纪念战国时期的著名将领伍子胥。然而，屈原的传说流传最广。人们非常欣赏这位爱国诗人的高尚情操和出众才华，更对他投江自尽的结局深表同情。

这个星期天，我们班主任陈老师让同学们在网上收集大自然的启示，回来在班级里进行汇报展示，老师告诉我们：这是一次有趣的综合实践活动，希望大家好好认真完成。

这次有趣的综合实践活动由陈老师主持开始：“四年7班综合实践活动，现在正式开始！”大家都纷纷鼓掌，非常高兴地投入到活动中。

大家事先都收集了资料，陈老师站在讲台上笑眯眯地说：“大家可以按照顺序来讲台在全班面前分享自己的资料，看看大家的劳动成果。”大家一听，有的像开了锅的爆米花一样叽叽喳喳地讨论起来，有的积极地举起手在小组发言，还有的同学在阅读自己的资料，努力做好上台的准备。

最后陈老师百里挑一，让小刘同学上台给大家分享她自己收集的资料。小刘同学分享的资料是“超声波”，大家看见小刘站在台上，准备开奖，马上安静下来，认真听她分享自己的观点和看法。

小刘同学一开始还有点紧张，过了一会儿，她说的越来越流利了，我真为她高兴，小刘分享结束，大家报以热烈的掌声表示鼓励。

小刘分享结束，接下来小李、小郭同学都纷纷上台分享……大家分享的资料各有不同，各具特色，让同学们大开眼界。

接着，到了探究实践活动的第二环节——小组交流，我和小叶、小田还有小邓同学一组，进行彼此交流，我收集的内容的都是有关“电子蛙眼”的，不过我们三个都没有小叶同学收集的资料多，听小叶的资料里介绍说——青蛙居然有两千多只副眼呢！真是增长了见识。

听了大家介绍自己的资料，我体会到了科学家的辛苦，更感受到科学家们坚持不懈的精神，心里有了一种想法：那就是发明一种既轻便，又可以随身带在身上的小袋子，如果你需要它，它可以帮你拿东西，不用你拿，它自己可以飞起来，你想去到哪里，它就听你的指挥飞到那里去。如果你想让它启动，你只需说一声起，如果你想让它落下去，你只需说一声落，这样的发明一定可以帮助到很多人。希望自己的想法有一天可以变为现实。

通过这次综合实践活动，我增长了知识，还懂得了大自然给人类的启示，还了解了很多科学技术，心里萌发了发明的梦想，真是收获巨大啊！

这一次有趣的综合实践活动让我至今难忘啊！

在黄埔军道的一次社会实践活动的时候，我最喜欢的就是那惊心动魄的真人CS枪战。

一个风和日丽的上午，我们来到了风景如画的黄埔军道，来体验一下CS真人枪战的乐趣。今天，我们一个个精神饱满，如同一支神气的小特警队。在选枪的时候，我选了一把名叫M2216的激光枪，我相信，我们组是最棒的，一定能取得胜利。

比赛共分为三局。第一局，我找到了一个十分隐蔽的地方，我在那打中了许多的敌人。我心想：你们这群黄毛小子，还敢跟我斗，真是不自量力。可我万万没有想到的是：一个敌人跑到我的身后，用着步枪，用扫射把我给扫“阵亡”了。但我们的团队还是用实战战胜了敌人。那时，我心想：要是那时我再灵活点就好了。这样还可以让团队更早的，取得胜利。

第二局，是斩首战，规则是谁先把敌人的司令长先消灭，那个队就会取得胜利。可惜那一局，我刚上场，由于太大意，就被敌人给消灭了，真是太可惜了。虽然我们的司令长存活了很久，可惜还是被敌人给消灭了。

到了第三局，我们的团队合作能力减弱了，可敌人却提升了。我们队没有战略，可敌人有着丰富的战斗经验，立即把我们队干掉了，真是太可惜了。

最后，敌人以2比1的战绩胜利了。我们队以微小的差距，失败了。

通过这次实践活动，我明白了我们只有团队合作，才能取得胜利。我们战斗不仅要团结，还要有战略，只有这样，我们才有可能胜利。总之，我们要有勇有谋。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

What can I do for our environment?

Everyone can do something for our environment。 For me， I should try to save electricity in my daily life。 For example， if I am the last person leave the classroom in the evening， I will always remember to turn off the lights。 In order to protect our forests， I will use paper wisely。 I should try to use both sides of paper whenever it is possible。 I will not use things like paper cups and disposable chopsticks because they are made of wood。 I believe that doing all these small things will improve our environment and help make our world a better place to live in。

Earth is our home, plant and animals are our friends. We cannot live without plants and animals. we should .live with them harmoniously。

But how can we do that? Here are some things that we can do for them. Try to protect them. we should stop cutting down the trees. And stop killing the animals. we should protect their homes, and make a better Environment for them.

Today is mothers birthday, but I didnt know what to by for her.A watch was a good present, but it was too expensive for me to buy.Flowers were not so expensive, but they would die soon.A birthday cake was too sweet and mother didnt like it.

放暑假了，妈妈带我去龙江参加英语生日会。

我们到了那里，我看到许许多多的小朋友在看动画片呢。这是，老师来了，给我们唱起来生日歌，我们非常开心。接着老师让我们做一个游戏。老师说：‘’让一个女生，一个男生上去。2人把双手高高举起，然后剩下的同学 手拉手在一起钻山洞，谁被捉住了就要换人。“游戏开始了，我们就都跑了起来。老师说：”STOP。“我被捉住了，我换人了，我后面的杨飞翼也被捉住了。

下面老师给我们发了一顶小帽子，小洋烛灯，还拿来三层的蛋糕，老师让我们手拉手，许一个心愿。开始吃蛋糕了，我们非常兴奋，坐在我旁边的小朋友吃的满脸都是。笑的我们乐开了嘴。

要是下次还能来参加生日会，那该多好呀！

2017年7月17日，杭州市胜利实验学校六（2）班探索假日小队的七位队员，来到了杭州市上城区南宋御街，进行了“红领巾益起来上城茶文化大搜索”社会公益宣传实践活动。

“茶为国饮，杭为茶都。”杭州的茶文化源远流长。在南宋时期，杭州市上城区属于皇城属地，兴盛斗茶、饮茶、茶百戏等休闲生活方式，饮茶之风普及民间。南宋御街，是当时皇帝祭天仪式的必经之地，道旁商铺云集，茶室林立。

本次，探索假日小队的成员们以传承和发扬中华传统文化为目标，对南宋御街进行以“茶文化”为主题的文化大搜索，发现上城“茶元素”，以寻茶、问茶、参观茶室为主线，在御街人流密集处进行茶文化知识宣讲，为游人分发带去的茶文化知识折页，进行“上城茶文化”的志愿服务。

这次社会实践活动不仅丰富了小队成员们对传统茶文化的了解，还将这种文化传递给了更多的游客和居民，真是一举两得啊！

八月一日是“建军节”。我们“一路童行”小队组织了一次“感恩新时代，寻找最可爱的人”为主题的暑假实践活动。

八月一号下午，我们来到双江社区文化讲堂，社区工作人员为我们邀请到了一位九十六岁高龄的抗日老兵爷爷和五位退伍军人，他们都是最可爱的人。只见工作人员把一个金光闪闪的金杯放在老爷爷的座位前，并为我们介绍了老爷爷的光辉历史。这时老爷爷拿起话筒，亲自给我们讲起了抗日战争时一个个感人的故事。让我最感动的是，有一次日军的子弹从爷爷的肉中穿过了，爷爷还在战场上奋勇杀敌，直到战争胜利。听了爷爷的讲述，我的心里久久不能平静。

为了表达我们的敬意，我们送上了鲜花和精心准备的贺卡。我们还为老兵们献上了精彩的文艺节目，有诗朗诵、大合唱，还有好听的英文歌曲。现场爆发出了阵阵热烈的掌声。社区主任还为我们做了主题为“大陈岛垦荒精神”的演讲，勉励我们要好好学习，天天向上，做未来祖国的栋梁。

社区还为我们准备了玩防震减灾棋活动，使我们在游戏中学会了最基本的防震减灾知识，增强了防灾意识。

活动的最后，我们又游览参观了五洞桥和非物质文化遗产馆。现在的五洞桥已经焕然一新了，五个桥洞已经完整地呈现在了我们的眼前，有时小船从这儿经过，西江河那碧绿的泛着波纹的水面倒映出“五轮月亮”。

这次活动不仅给我们带来了快乐，还使我学到了知识，让我的暑假生活过得更加充实更有意义了。

When people ask me what kind of job I want to work on in the future, my

answer is to be a teacher, which is my ideal job. I like to pass knowledge to

next generation and lead them to find their own place in the world. What’s more,

I can live near my families, so I can go home often and enjoy the dinner with

them. I dont want to work far away from my parents, because money cant make up

the time we stay together. When I become a teacher, I will have the long

vacation, then I plan to travel around the world. The place I visit will bring

me a lot of knowledge and open my vision. I will show what I learn to my

students and let them know more about the world. I must fight for my ideal

career.

Today is a happy day. Why is it a happy day today? This afternoon, our whole school will go to the cinema to see the movie. Our class is delighted after hearing the news, and, of course, Im very happy. I really want to arrive in the afternoon. Unfortunately, it cant be.

In the afternoon, the students came to school spirited. We sat in the classroom for a while, and suddenly heard the radio saying, "please send the class teacher back to class to organize the students." In a few minutes, I began to say, "in order to reduce the burden of learning, our school decides to go to a movie theater this afternoon, and prepare the related preparations for the students." we are really excited. 森林防火，人人有责。教育普及，共创富饶。防火教育，刻不容缓，防火教育，深入人心，防火知识，家喻户晓。只有将森林防火的知识普及到千家万户，将人民的防火意识，防火素质，防火责任普及到每一个人，那不管是上山种地的农民，还是游山玩水的游客，不管是上到九十岁的老爷爷，还是下到三岁的出孩童，都是防火重于山，防火可造美好河山。那森林防火，将会迎来满是春天的气息，我们的森林将有消烟的存在，而有的只是一片绿洲。

森林防火，人人有责。预防为主，防患未然。各个林区要加强相关的管理与监督，要加强森林的巡视，对各个进林人员进行森林防火的相关宣传与教育;同时对各种可能发生火情的自然天气也应有相关的了解和观察，特别是在夏秋天，天干气燥的天气下，发现安全隐患，立即消灭。预防为主的时候不可掉以轻心，麻痹大意，要真正严格要求自己，防患于未然。这样做了，将使火灾的发生率大降。为森林也为我们后代子孙做出了自己相应的贡献。

森林防火，人人有责。超强工作，及时解决。发生了火情，不应迟缓，应该毫不留情的扑灭火情，如果火势太大，要及时的组织人力扑救，及时的向相关部门报告，然后及时的做好扑救工作，防止火情蔓延，以免造成重大的损失。

森林防火，人人有责。功在当代，利在千秋。森林防火在严格做好了各种防护措施的同时，政府也应加对森林防护工作的力度，使森林防火的工作做得是越来越好。动员全体人民齐动手，森林防火，人人有责。为共建我们美好的家园而努力，也为我们子孙后代的和谐社会共同出力。
