Mid-autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals for Chinese

people, which even occupies the same position with Spring Festival. It is said

that the festival originated from a love story. A man with great strength shot

nine suns and left only one, while his wife ate the pills by curious heart. At

last, she flied to the moon and had to be separated with her lover. Nowadays,

the meaning of Mid-autumn festival is to let the families get together and enjoy

the time to appreciate the full moon. My families always prepare for some

snacks. When we finish the dinner, all the members will come to the balcony and

首先举行开班仪式。老师的讲话一结束就去上第一项活动“丝网花艺”一课。我们拿了材料后，听老师讲解怎么做？听完了讲解，老师让我们比赛，看谁先做10朵花。

比赛开始了，前面我们男生还可以完成，到后面就不行了。于是我们开始了分工合作……

也许每一次实践活动，作文都写的是美好的景致。而这一次，一件事也许更令人深思。

实践活动那一天，我们也许是出游太兴奋了，一路上叽叽喳喳讲个不停，而且三三两两的，许多人掉在队伍后头。导游哥哥和姐姐走几步路就要停下来整理纪律，结果时间飞逝而过。导游哥哥和我们都十分着急，再晚了就看不了项目了！我们一共有四个表演要看：马战表演，鸟艺表演、马戏团杂技和小猪跳水。

我们好不容易看完了马战，到了鸟艺表演场门口，“呀，那儿有一个便利店！”一个同学高声喊道，便利店人很多，可是大家都飞也似的向便利店，去买冰棒，导游怎么hole也hole不住，只好停下来，等着大家买完，又耽误了半个小时的宝贵时间。到了吃午饭的时间，我们只好在观众席上吃午饭。

看完表演，都快一点半了，走了半个小时，终于到了马戏团的大帐篷，呀！马戏团的人还没来！我们和导游都看着时间欲哭无泪，都两点多了！在里面百无聊赖地坐了半个小时，却被通知要返校了！

“还有两个项目没有看呢！”一个同学高声喊道。顿时，许多同学纷纷响应：“就是，怎么能不看呢？小猪跳水是最好看的！”“怎么可以这样呢？完全是过分！”“要退钱！退钱！”这几句话就如同一石激起千层浪。“退钱！退钱！”同学们的喊声越来越大了。陈飞扬十分愤愤不平：“有两个节目没有看呢，应该退一半！”“就是，这些钱都是我的零花钱呢！”蒋路阳也应声，眉头打邹成了一个八字。我真想对他们说：你们只知道要退们吼了一天！我要是当导游，嗓子肯定哑了。而且，为什么要起哄呢？导游听了该多钱，可是知道为什么会耽误时间吗？就是因为队伍里总有人讲话，导游也十分辛苦，跟着我么伤心啊！自己辛苦一整天，还被吵着要退钱。就算没有表演，车费、午餐费等等，还有十分漂亮美丽的景致，不也值了吗？

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a

dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time,

we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we dont take exercise for a

long time, we may easily fall sick.

I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because

there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I

prefer to swim in the sea.

Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for
