随着生活水平的提高，健康已成为我们追求的目标。每年的5月20日是“全国学生营养日”。合理的饮食对于我们小学生的身心健康和成长发育是十分重要的，是我们学习和生活的基本保证。可是，我们经常看到一些同学遇到自己喜欢的菜才吃，不喜欢的菜就不动筷子了;有些同学还把方便面、羊肉串等

“垃圾食品”当成自己的最爱。这样长期下去会造成了膳食结构单一，影响体能与智力发展，甚至还会引发许多健康问题。

怎样才能吃出健康呢?首先我们要重视一日三餐，做到定时、定量、合理搭配，遵循“早饭吃好、午饭吃饱、晚饭吃少”的原则。保证好一日三餐外，我们还应注意以下几方面：

1、注意饮食卫生。我们要做好个人卫生外，还要做到不去路边摊点买吃的。

2、少吃油炸食品，远离“方便面”、“ 羊肉串”等“垃圾食品”。

3、不要挑食。遇到自己喜欢的菜我们吃，遇到不喜欢的菜我们也要吃。我们要吃鸡、鸭、鱼、肉，也要吃各种新鲜蔬菜;每天要喝足量的白开水，不喝或少喝碳酸饮料。这样我们的身体里才会有各种各样的营养，才能让我们建康成长。

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know
