我们常常都为自己的喜爱，而不顾食物的伤害。大部分的年轻人都时常吃垃圾食品，比如肯德基或是油炸食物之类。我们必须知道，吃这种食物会让我们得癌症，也会让我们变肥胖。我们最好赶紧地把这种食物减掉，多吃点健康食物，比如水果和蔬菜。这些食物含有很多维生素，蛋白质和碳水化合物。我们别担心，我们不只是可以吃水果和蔬菜，我们也可以吃面，米和肉。这些食物都有很多样化。虽然，我们都知道肉，肯定比蔬菜或水果还好吃，可是我们还是得注意营养均衡，不要吃太多肉，而忽略蔬菜。

最后的警告就是有些年轻人，怕长胖，而一天只吃一次，或有些人很贪吃，每天都暴饮暴食，这些都是不对的行为。饮食要规律，不能暴饮暴食，也不能一日一餐，我们必须按时进行一日三餐，保持我们的营养均衡。这样我们的身体变健康，我们也可以可以活百年。

类似于前两则报道的事在我们的身边也屡见不鲜，对于我小学生来说，如果想让饮食正常，我觉得应该遵守以下几点：

1、不吃不洁净的食物。如：校门口摆着的小摊里炒的、烤的东西。

2、要购买卫生部门批准的食物。如：在一些大型商场里的物品，比较放心，得到群众的认可。

3、认真看说明书，生产日期。如：细读外包装中的资料，当得到你的认可，再放心使用。

4、注意个人卫生。如：饭前便后要洗手，勤剪指甲。

5、不吃身边的油炸食品。油炸食品，没有营养，这些东西吃多了轻者生病，重者甚至能致癌而死。

早上，我们吃的是云吞，这里的云吞是出了名的皮薄馅少肉滑，所以皮都是从专门店买回来的，只要把肉往一放一捏就行了，我很快学会了，舅婆还夸我做得好，吃着自己包的云吞，高兴极了。
