我的家乡虽然在偏僻的农村，但那儿环境优雅，漫山遍野的农田，绿油油的，令人心旷神怡!

漫步在田间的小路上，呼吸着新鲜的空气，脚下小草青翠欲滴，花儿眉开眼笑。这美好的情景，让我紧张的心情一下子舒缓起来。

顺着幽雅的小路来到我家。坐在小院里，首先映入眼帘的是院边几棵郁郁葱葱的杨树。它们高大挺拔，像一个个卫士保护着我们的家园，谢谢你们，可爱的杨树。透过杨树的空隙望去，是层层叠叠的梯田，绿油油的秧苗正在茁壮成长，田间的农民伯伯正在除草，他们在炎炎的烈日下挥汗如雨。为了秋季的丰收，他们不辞辛劳，我的心里默默地升起一股敬佩之情。

庭院左侧是清澈的荷塘，荷叶上顶着一朵朵盛开的荷花，荷叶下一条条小鱼在追逐嬉戏;荷花里藏着一朵朵莲子，多么想摘一朵呀!“小娃撑小艇，偷采白莲回。不解藏踪迹，浮萍一道开。”白居易笔下的《池上》浮现在我的脑海里。我多想做一次白居易笔下的小娃，去尽情享受荷塘里无边的清香。

庭院右侧是厨房，厨房后有一片茂密的竹林。蝉不知在哪里，只听见“知了，知了”一片叫声。

抬头仰望瓦蓝的天空，低头看看院落前清澈的小溪，侧耳倾听鸟儿的啼叫，真是“人在画中游”啊，家乡给人的感觉真好!

亲爱的同学们、老师们：

随着工业的发展、人口的剧增、人类生产生活方式的无节制，二氧化碳排放量越来越大，世界气候面临越来越严重的问题，地球环境受到的破坏带来的灾难已经严重危害到人类的生存环境、健康安全和其它各个方面，所以，我们要提倡“低碳生活”，提倡健康的低碳生活态度。

让我们一起行动吧^_^

能量在流经各个营养级时，上一营养级的能量只有10%~20%传递到下一营养级，食物链越长，能量损失越多，因此营养级越高，能量越少。根据食物链，动物所处的营养级在植物所处的之下，直接食用植物比食用动物副产品能更好利用能量，减少能量损失，也能减少毒素摄入。所以，素食也是一种健康低碳生活方式。地球兴亡，匹夫有责，拯救地球暖化危机，从我做起，所以我们要提倡：素食!素食不仅能够为保护环境贡献力量，也能更好的强身健体，为了老师、同学们能在素食的同时获得充足的营养，我们设计了一些素食菜色并推广至食堂。希望大家可以参与到这个绿色健康饮食行动中来，为保护环境贡献力量!

我们设计的菜式有:

1能促进新陈代谢，强壮身体的香菇油菜

2富含维b1、b2、c、蛋白质、粗纤维的茼蒿腐竹

3补中益气，清热除燥的杏仁豆腐芥菜

4清除头晕目眩，增加食欲，利尿的西芹腰果百合

5营养成分全面且富含维生素b1、b2、c、蛋白质的酥豆通菜等等。届时还会搭配成套餐，方便老师、同学们点餐素食不代表营养不全面，如果你曾经认为素食会缺乏某些营养，那么，现在开始改变你的看法吧。不过要提醒一句，无论荤素，饮食单一都会营养不良，素食种类繁多，建议大家不要执著于某种口味。低碳生活，从健康素食开始，让我们一起参与到绿色健康素食行动中来吧!

周末读了《金银岛》这本书，让我深有感悟。

《金银岛》讲的是一个关于寻宝的故事。一个叫弗林特的海盗船长在金银岛上买了价值70万英镑的宝藏，故事的主人公吉姆偶然得到了一个藏宝图，和一些人一起寻宝。寻宝者和海盗展开了一场生死搏斗，最后，寻宝者终于找到了宝藏。

我最喜欢故事中的吉姆，他聪明机智而且很勇敢，比如说，在他们登上金银岛后，和海盗交战，有一天，吉姆出了他们的营地，到晚上，他却闯入了海盗的营地，海盗头子因为很喜欢吉姆所以没有杀他，想让他加入海盗，他却临危不乱，坚决不加入海盗。他的这一点让我非常敬佩。还有，当帆船被海盗占领，吉姆又把船的锚索隔断，让船随风摇晃，把海盗晃晕，海盗们被晃了一夜，加上喝了酒，第二天船就被吉姆抢了回来。

在书中，还有一个人让我印象深刻，他就是西尔弗。西尔弗表面上看起来举止文雅，像一个绅士，但是，他却是杀人不眨眼的海盗头子。他在船上担任厨师，平时对船上的人就像是亲人一样，但是，在他召集了一帮海盗，到岛上寻宝时，却翻脸不认人，和吉姆他们打的你死我活。

在我们的生活中，也处处有着像西尔弗这样的“伪君子”，我们要识破他们的伪装，不被伪装所蒙骗。

春节里，我们更少不了要放鞭炮来活跃一下春节时欢欢喜喜的气氛了。放鞭炮在民间还有一个传说：相传在远古的时侯，有一只叫“年”的怪兽，每到春节的时候就出来吓唬人，于是人们就想了个办法，用竹筒点燃扔向它，竹筒爆炸后发出很大的声响，吓走了年兽，放鞭炮的习俗就这样流传下来了。

春节的习俗还有很多很多，它丰富了我们的知识，拉近了人们的距离。它是中华名族的优良传统，让我们一起去了解它们吧!
