今天，全家欢聚在一起，等待着元宵夜得到来，天刚刚暗下来，便可以听到“霹雳哗啦”的爆竹声。

到了夜晚，我和全家人走在大街上，到处是“轰轰隆隆”声音，满天都是烟花，虽不如白昼，但也是灯火通明了。大街上，看着走来走去的人们，听着震耳欲聋的爆竹声;感受着热闹的气分;我的心也不由得欢快起来。一路上，所有的店面都张灯节彩，路旁的花灯闪朔光彩，天上的圆月照耀着大地，真是“有灯无日不美人，有日无灯不算春”。

走出了花街，我的目光又凝聚在天上的烟花上面，犹如即将开放的花雹，突然开放，散下一片片花蕊。到处都是开放的花朵，犹如春梅争芳，含雹怒放。

今天热闹的气愤，也让我感受到了虽然年过去了，但这元宵夜却比大年夜还会。热闹。

记得有一次，妈妈在沙发上睡觉，3岁的我自己坐在地上玩积木，口水垂下三尺，我也顾不上抹一把，傻呵呵地笑着。突然，我看到一个好似兔耳朵的两个铁皮儿片儿，插在一个黑色的小圆球上。我拿着这黑东西，光着小脚丫“吧嗒、吧嗒”地往沙发那边跑。

然后，我“骑”在妈妈身上，拿起铁片就往妈妈鼻孔里插，妈妈被我弄醒了，瞧见我这副傻样儿，就明白了。妈妈笑着拍了我一下，我乐呵呵地跑了。妈妈追上我，一把抱起我说：“小鬼，别总是想办法对付我了!”我跳出妈妈的怀抱，跑了。

这就是我的童年趣事，现在回忆起来，就觉得可笑。

大家好!今天我国旗下演讲的题目是《健康饮食从我做起》。

每一家的健康与食品息息相关，随着经济社会不断进步，人们饮食文化日益多样化，食品卫生与安全成为备受关注的话题。

最近，我注意到一个情况，就是每天都能看到我们学校旁的小商店和地摊小贩在卖一些三无食品和垃圾食品，而我们的一些同学却买得乐此不彼，吃得津津有味。可又有多少人知道，吃了它们不仅会导致肥胖，更严重的会使大量细菌侵入人体，造成胃肠炎症。所以，请警告广大朋友为了自己的健康而少吃这类食品。

要健康饮食，就要做到以下几点：

1、不购买街边小吃或街边小店的垃圾食品，去一些正规超市购买食物。

2、买所需食品时，要注意生产日期、保质期、QS生产许可标志等等。

3、认准品牌购买，尽量买一些有品牌的食品。

4、少吃油炸食品及零食，多吃蔬菜水果等有营养的食品。

5、不买价格明显过低的食品，不要贪小失大。

注意以上几点，就大致能做到安全饮食了。俗话说：“民以食为天”。说得通俗一点就是人们每天要吃和喝，食物是人类赖以生存的物质。食品的质量决定了人类生命的质量。因此，食品必须是安全的并且有益健康的。

同时，也呼吁食品安全，关系你我他，但愿生产者不再为食品安全脸红，国人不再为食品安全担心，国家不再为食品安全丢脸。现在，让我们一起行动起来，杜绝有害食品，倡导绿色食品!希望同学们听了我这次的讲话后都健康饮食，健康地成长。

现在上小学六年级了，校门口有许多商家，有得卖文具，有的卖食品，可谁会想到那些低价的食品就是“三无”产品。现在的学生买东西总去想到味道如何，却不去想，吃了对身体的危害。那些垃圾食品可能5角、1元或更低。为什么那么便宜呢?是因为这些东西可能用料和香料、食品添加剂特别的多，而食材很可能是食品垃圾打造的。我发现，同学们对味道十分敏感。到了8~12岁时，对咸味是那么喜爱，就如同写作业一定用蓝墨汁是一个道理。这种食品对身体的危害也不可小觑，吃多了会对心、肺、肝的健康造成很大的影响。所以，珍爱生命，远离垃圾食品。

健康的饮食也要合理的搭配，不能吃营养保质过期的食品。比如吃油条豆浆不能喝牛奶。不能这样进食，因为它们的营养成分不能混搭在一起，否则有的还会对身体有害。健康的饮食需要自己坚持，一定要拒绝那些对身体不好的、变质的、变味的食品。

健康的饮食对身体有很大的帮助，合理的饮食给我们带来了健康、幸福、快乐!让我们从现在开始爱护自己的身体吧，做到健康的饮食吧，让自己的身体更加健康、强壮!

常言道：“民以食为天。”由此可见，饮食对人们身体健康的重要性。

我记得在一则报刊中看到：一个工地的工人因为吃了路边餐馆不卫生的饭菜而肚子痛，以至不能工作。我对这起饮食事故感触很深，这些餐馆老板被金钱蒙蔽了良知，害人害己，让我说，应该严惩这些坏家伙!

在浙江电台的小强热线中，又听到了一起饮食事故，报道中说一所中学因四季豆炒得不熟而导致大多数学生中毒，他们的学习和身心受到了很大的影响。这又让我了解到有些食物不能生吃;一些家禽、海鲜之类要烧得熟;有些食物不能混在一起吃……

类似于前两则报道的事在我们的身边也屡见不鲜，对于我小学生来说，如果想让饮食正常，我觉得应该遵守以下几点：

1、不吃不洁净的食物。如：校门口摆着的小摊里炒的、烤的东西。

2、要购买卫生部门批准的食物。如：在一些大型商场里的物品，比较放心，得到群众的认可。

3、认真看说明书，生产日期。如：细读外包装中的资料，当得到你的认可，再放心使用。

4、注意个人卫生。如：饭前便后要洗手，勤剪指甲。

5、不吃身边的油炸食品。油炸食品，没有营养，这些东西吃多了轻者生病，重者甚至能致癌而死。

这是我所想到的几点，还有许多值得大家注意的问题，总之，食品安全应该警钟长鸣。为了我们在地球上健康快乐地成长，让我们齐心协力，共同努力，一起行动起来，关注食品安全吧!

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。
