寒假里最快乐的莫过于过年了。穿上崭新的衣服，吃丰富的水果、大餐，放花炮、收红包、尽情地玩，尤其是我的生日在大年初二，我们全家在一起吃生日蛋糕，吹生日蜡烛，祝愿我快乐成长。

一转眼，年要过完了，我的新学期也就开始了。

亲爱的同学们：

大部分零食在质量和卫生方面都存在着严重的安全隐患，特别是一些卫生条件较差的小餐饮店、小食品商店、流动食品摊点加工、销售的零食。这些零食有的含有过量的色素，有的可能还是地沟油做的，有的是“三无产品”，长期食用这些劣质零食，对人体有较大的危害。中小学生正处于生长发育的特殊时期，吃零食最容易由于手不干净或食品不洁而致肝炎、腹泻等疾病，也不利于身体发育；如果长期食用含有过量色素(添加剂)的食品,容易引起情绪不稳,注意力不集中,自制力差，行为怪癖,食欲减退等症状，从而影响学习。吃零食不但对身体有害，而且影响学校环境卫生、增加家长经济负担。所以说：吃零食，百害而无一利！

为了引导大家树立科学、健康的饮食观、消费观，帮助大家健康成长，现就“拒绝零食，科学饮食，健康成长”发出以下倡议：

1.家长要科学合理搭配一日三餐，引导孩子吃饱吃好主食，特别是早餐。尽量不让孩子带零花钱上学，不买零食，不把零食当正餐。

2.中午在外就餐的同学，选菜要做到荤素合理搭配，不挑食、不偏食，避免暴饮暴食，养成科学健康饮食的良好习惯。

3.提倡健康饮水，不带饮料进校园，人人提倡喝矿泉水、白开水。不喝可乐、雪碧等各类碳酸饮料，不买冰棒、冰沙、奶茶等饮料。禁止学生在校园内吃零食。

4.不在上学、放学途中购买和食用各类零食，彻底远离油炸食品及校园周边小餐饮店、小食品商店、流动食品摊点的烧烤等不洁的食品。

5.积极投入“净化”“美化”学校活动，为校园整洁添光彩。
