身体是革命的本钱，身体健康才能完成其他的一切事情。所谓病从口入，因此我们要注意饮食健康。

健康饮食，营养均衡倡议书

亲爱的同学们：

陶行知先生曾经说过：“忽略健康的人，就是等于在和自己的生命开玩笑。”然而，身体的健康与否则是和饮食息息相关的。

目前，我国学生营养状况不容乐观，尽管膳食热量供给基本达到标准，但蛋白质等营养物质供给量偏低，钙锌铁以及维生素等营养物质明显不尽如人意。学生膳食中植物源性铁的比例过高，铁的质量差，吸收少。学生钙质摄入不足，仅为有关标准的一半左右，这主要是学生膳食中奶制品和豆类等消费偏低所致。

值得一提的是，目前中学生学业繁忙，饮食健康得不到保障。城市学生因生活水平高，偏食普遍，常吃高热量的巧克力和饼干等。同时，缺乏体育运动和身体锻炼。相比之下，农村学生则不偏食，且活动量较大，所以城市营养状况远不如农村学生。

今天是全国学生营养日，我们初一(六)班代表初一年级全体同学向全校同学发出倡议：要健康饮食。

健康饮食需从一日三餐着手。以下为营养推荐食品：早餐最好吃一些营养丰富的东西，要有足够的碳水化合物和膳食纤维以及蛋白质，包括粗粮谷物，蔬菜水果及蛋奶制品或豆制品。午餐要荤素搭配好，尽量吃饱，为了营养均衡，应经常变换菜色，但是不宜吃太多油腻的食物。晚餐可根据自己喜好，以富含碳水化合物的食物为主，但蛋白质和脂肪类尽量少吃。

同学们!让我们行动起来，做到健康饮食，以一个健康的状态，来迎接美好的明天!

同学们，你们知道食物与营养是人类生存的基本条件吗?营养状况是影响人口素质的重要因素，直接影响我们的体能与智能发育，关系到国家的经济发展以及人力、财力和智力资源。调查表明，我国0-20岁人群贫血患病率为6-29%。10年间，我国7-18岁男女生营养不良患病率分别上升了4.66和3.46个百分点。同样，因缺乏合理营养知识，膳食摄入不平衡，加上活动量不足，我国青少年肥胖发生率也逐年升高，有的地方高达15.3%。不良的饮食习惯和生活方式，将给我们的健康带来危害，是成年后患心脑血管病、高血压、糖尿病、肝胆疾病等慢性病的诱发因素。倡导合理营养、平衡膳食，对于普及营养知识，预防营养不良和营养过剩的发生有很大的促进作用，因此卫生部和教育部联合确定将每年的5月20日作为中国学生营养日。

同学们，你注意到了吗?就在我们身边，有很多同学经常没吃早餐就来上课，有的课间才匆忙吃一点，甚至课上偷偷摸摸吃。吃的还是些饼干，署片之类的零食。早餐不按时，不规律，长此以往，不仅营养跟不上，还会导致上课效率低，学习成绩下降。科学的早餐必须包括四类物质，即肉蛋类+谷物类+奶制品+蔬菜水果。最合理的早餐时间是早晨七点至八点，同学们最好在家中吃早餐，安全卫生又不匆忙。午餐也一样。不少中午在学校用餐的同学，嫌饭菜不好，往往是饭扒一两口就放回去，然后就去买零食和冷饮。既浪费粮食又损害了自己的健康。薯片、饼干等食品被列入十大垃圾食品，缺乏我们在青春期所需的营养，在平时就不宜多吃，作为正餐当然万万不可。经常看到有些同学因肠胃不适请假，我们班就曾有个同学因此休学，严重影响正常的生活和学习，希望同学们引以为戒。还有不少同学不顾学校的规定，既不在校又不回家吃饭，而是长期在学校周围的摊点吃饭，甚至还去那些无证摊点买烧烤油炸的不健康食品。报纸媒体早就暴光了一些即使有卫生许可证的摊点，他们的厨房卫生情况也是很令人堪忧的，让人看过就不想再吃，更别说那些三无食品了。为了贪图一时的便利和所谓“美食”的诱惑，拿自己的健康做赌注，真是危险啊。

同学们，关注食品安全，学习营养搭配，平衡膳食，应该和我们学习基础知识一样重要，让我们选择科学的生活方式，养成良好的饮食习惯，远离小摊小贩，远离三无食品和垃圾食品，远离肥胖与慢性病，健康营养快乐生活每一天!

全国学生营养日-意义

1989年成立的中国学生营养促进会在营养学家于若木的主持下，结合世界卫生组织2000年人人享有卫生保健的战略目标，制定了1991年至2000年10年学生营养工作计划。这一计划命名为“护苗系统工程”，其中确定每年5月20日为中国学生营养日。其目的在于广泛、深入宣传学生时期营养的重要性，大力普及营养知识。

1989年5月20日，卫生部和教育部联合启动了“中国学生营养日”活动，至今已十多个春秋。

自1990年起，中国学生营养促进会在每年的5月20日均组织开展学生营养宣传活动。数年来，这项宣传活动得到广大师生、家长的欢迎和许多营养学专家的积极参与、支持，在有些地方已经形成了固定的“ 学生营养日”。为了使学生营养宣传工作更加广泛、深入、持久地开展下去，促进学生营养宣传工作的制度化，2001年5月，教育部、卫生部以(卫疾控发【2001】120号)文联合颁布文件将“中国学生营养日”法定下来。

全国学生营养日-学生营养状况

目前，我国学生营养状况不容乐观，虽然膳食热量供给基本达到标准，但蛋白质供给量偏低，优质蛋白比例小，钙、锌、铁、维生素A等营养素明显不足。由于膳食中铁的吸收利用率低，我国20岁以下人群缺铁性贫血患病率为6—29%。学生膳食中植物源性铁的比例过高，铁的质量差、吸收少;学生钙摄入不足，仅为有关标准的40.6%，这与学生膳食中奶制品、豆类消费量偏低有关。值得一提的是，目前中学生学业负担重、饮食不重视，导致营养状况不如小学生;城市学生因生活水平高，学生偏食严重，多吃高热量的巧克力、饼干等，同时缺乏体育运动和身体锻炼，而农村孩子不偏食，且活动量较大，故城市孩子普遍营养状况不如农村孩子。

绿色阵营环保社全国学生营养日对我校200余名大学生进行调查，其中200份分析统计如下：

针对我校学生用餐现状，现提出一下用餐建议：

早上最好吃一些营养丰富的东西，营养健康的早餐要有足够的碳水化合物、膳食纤维和蛋白质，包括粗粮谷物，蔬菜水果及蛋奶制品或豆制品。

午餐要荤素搭配好，尽量吃饱，为了营养均衡，应经常变换菜色，但是不宜吃太油腻的食物

餐可根据自己的喜好，以富含碳水化合物的食物为主，而蛋白质、脂肪类吃得越少越好

We know that some of our students do not like eating lunch at school because the food isn’t delicious. So they often go out of school to buy something they like to eat. But I’m afraid it’s bad for their health to eat lunch outside because some of the food they buy isn’t healthy enough.

In my opinion, if our schools want more students to be back and enjoy lunch inside, they should make the food more delicious, and also they should offer our students a larger choice of food as well.

Today ,my mother and I cleaned the house. I cleaned the windows hard because

it is so dirty. Then I cleaded it again. After that, I cleaned the floor and

swept it. I thought it is dirtier than windows. Then I cleaned the tables and

lots of chairs. We washed all of the clothes and quilts. Until four o`clock, we

tidied all of the rooms up. My room was the cleanest and brightest. I was so

happy and satisfied. Then my mother said: "You`re successful."

Here is my advice about how to keep healthy/fit. As a middle shool student. first youd better do more exercise such as playing ball games ，running， swimming and jumping ropes(绳子)。Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals. Dont eat too much meat or suger，but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . Next keep yourself happy.As people often say smiling makes younger.Last you mustnt drink wine or smoke .They are bad for your health. That is my advice.I hope you are healthy and enjoy your life。

被工作弄得疲惫不堪的大人们，在这一天都和孩子们一起玩耍，在空中飞舞。玩具们都获得了新生命，已经逝世的好人们都回到了从前。

圣诞老人架着美丽无比的驯鹿车给我们送礼，还不时把香甜可口的糖果洒在路过的小道上。我多么希望圣诞老人能送我一本世界上所有人的文章集啊!

I read a book foreign classics, "oliver twist". It is the author of the famous realist writer dickens. The contents of the book is very wonderful, let me fascinated.

Her main protagonist is an orphan named oliver twist, the book tells the story of oliver when I was a child. He was born in an orphanage, there had been bullied, sold to an undertaker of the family. However, because once the undertaker misunderstood him, severely beat him, so he fled to the legend the finer London. But in London, he unfortunately fell into a thief wat.

Although he suffered so miserable, but he eventually strong to survive. With the help of the man, he was able to solve his life mystery, found his sister, and her sister. Oliver had a family of care and help, I felt glad for him, too.

我读了一本外国名著——《雾都孤儿》。它的作者是英国著名的现实主义作家狄更斯。书中的内容很精彩，让我着迷。

书中的主人公是一个孤儿，名叫奥利弗·特维斯特，这本书讲述了奥利弗小时候的故事。他出生在孤儿院，在那儿受尽了欺凌后，被卖到了一个殡仪员的家庭。可是，因为有一次殡仪员误解了他，狠狠地打了他，所以他就逃到了传说中美好的伦敦。但是到了伦敦后，他又不幸陷入了贼窟。

尽管他的遭遇如此悲惨，他却最终坚强地活了下来。在好心人的帮助下，他解开了自己的身世之谜，找到了自己的姐姐，与姐姐相依为命。奥利弗终于有了亲人的关怀和帮助，我也为他感到庆幸。

那时的伦敦有很多穷人，他们都饱受过欺凌，甚至到了走投无路的境地。于是，有的为了生存，就去当强盗，做小偷……他们都没有像奥利弗一样——坚守着心底深处的纯净。奥利弗相信，只有这样，才能为自己找到出路。

《雾都孤儿》让我学会深思，给了我很大启发。它是我读过的第一本大部头外国名著，我要好好地珍藏这本书。

健康饮食“我们要吃绿色食品，不能吃垃圾食品……”这句话常常萦绕在我的耳边。大多数的人都知道要吃绿色食品，但是绿色食品又是什么呢?绿色食品就是无污染的符合一定标准的优质食品。我来举个例子吧! 大家都喜欢肯德基和麦当劳吧!但你们又知不知道食物里有多少能量呢?它们又是不是绿色食品呢?在我们的视线里6~8岁的儿童每天每千克体重约需要336千焦，9~12岁为273千焦。像我们这么大，大约30千克至40千克就每天需要8190至10920千焦。

下面我来说说我们喜欢的食品有多少能量。我们喝的一罐为250克的可乐能产生热量460千焦，一罐为250克的汽水能产生能量502千焦。我们吃的一个为70克的冰淇淋能产生能量544千焦，10根为70克炸薯条能产生能量377千焦。一个为50克的汉堡能产生能量460千焦。还有一团为240克的面条能产生能量1000千焦，一包为100克的油炸方便面能产生热量1799千焦。如果我们每天摄入的能量超过标准，多余的能量就会变成脂肪储存在体内，容易使身体肥胖;如果摄入不足，就会营养不良。它们也是绿色食品。 我和妈妈去买菜，妈妈通常会选些菜叶完整的。我想很多人也一样。我开始也是这样想的，这样一直持续了一年。有一天，我和妈妈才在报纸看到，买菜要买有虫眼的菜才没有农药污染。这使我们大吃一惊，原来吃了一年的农药。 饮食是影响人体健康的重要元素之一。人的一生要吃掉大量食物，所以我们一定要选择健康食品。
