尤其是那种辣条，那是由豆干和一些香精等化学品做成的。如果一个人在一间屋子里吃了一袋辣条，当你进屋里时就会闻到一股有点发臭甚至让人感到恶心的味道。如果小孩子经常食用这种东西的话，就会总生病，而且导致不爱吃饭，体质下降等一些症状。不光是辣条，每一种小食品都会对人们的身体健康带来严重威胁。

现在大街上还有卖炸串的，烧烤等食品，这些东西都是用油炸或者是烟熏制成的，对人体的危害特别大。

如果长期食用这种东西的话，就会让人发胖，生病。因为第一，油炸食品中一定会有油的，正因为有大量的油，那些常吃炸串的人就会发胖，因为油多了的话，就不会转变成营养，而是脂肪，脂肪一旦多了的话就会发胖。所以尽量少吃这种油炸食品，最好是不吃。

第二就是烧烤，有的人说，炸串有油，那烧烤也没那么多油，吃了也没多大的事，这种说法是错误的。烧烤虽然没那么多油，但烧烤是烤出来的，烤时又有致癌物质，吃多了会得癌症的。所以这种东西最好也不要吃

说了这么多，我希望人们不要多吃那种被称为“垃圾食品”的东西了，那些东西会危害到我们的健康的。

记住“少吃一口垃圾食品，多过一天幸福生活！”那就让我们一起行动起来吧！
