说起健康饮食，我自然就会想到学校门口的小吃摊是不卫生的，但许多学生放午学和晚学都会去小吃摊和小卖部去买东西吃。还有许多学生一放假，一放学就会去家附近的小卖部和小超市买小零食吃，其实小零食也有许多坏处，比如说：因为零食会增加胃肠负担，还会导致能量过多，特别是高热量、高蛋白的巧克力、冰激凌等。此外，常常吃夜宵，也会导致肥胖、高血脂、高血压、高血糖、高血尿酸、冠心病等疾病。所以小零食要少吃，小零食也会引起很多疾病。零食最好少吃，甚至别吃。有一些人一说起健康食品就会想到绿色食品，其实绿色食品也有坏处，虽然在中国是绝对无污染的安全、优质、营养类的食品。有一些绿色食品很好，就会有人三天两头的去买。其实有些绿色食品吃多了对身体也不太好。其实有一些条件不太好的学校，根本没有食堂，学校就会让家长给学生钱自己中午去买东西吃。有一些同学就会去小吃摊和小卖部去买东西吃，比如说：烤羊肉串、烤洋芋、小面包等等......而这些烤的和小面包等，根本不够中小学生发育期间需要的营养，也不卫生。吃了有时还会拉肚子，所以最好不要吃着些东西。

记得我小时候无忧无虑，吃了玩，玩了吃。可是随着年龄的增长，进入学校，每天的作业越来越多，要背的书也越来越多。每天早上六点就会被妈妈谎说成七点叫起来背书，并且还要背着沉重的书包去学校。在学校里总是因为作文和考试而烦恼，就怕自己考不好，被老师批评，被妈妈骂。

记得有一次，我考了八十几分，发现都是自己不小心做错的，心里非常伤心。本以为回家之后，妈妈能给我一点安慰，可出科我意料的是，妈妈不但没有给予我安慰，而且还骂了我一顿说：“看，不是你不会做，都是你粗心大意造成的，像这样的话，你怎么能考上一个好中学呢?去，拿妈妈买的课外作业做二页，然后拿给我检查。”我心里很难过，但还是拖着疲倦的身驱走进书房，我看到课本上密密麻麻的字，头发晕，心想，要是我能躺在床上睡个十天八天的那该多好呀!可那是不可能的。

要知道，在人生的成长过程中有很多欢乐，但也少不了烦恼，当你经历了一次烦恼的“袭击”，那你离成功就更近一步。

在我们学校，不少同学因缺乏合理营养知识，膳食摄入不平衡，有些同学在吃午餐时，爱挑食、偏食，甚至养成了喜吃零食、不爱吃主食的习惯，这样，同学们的`健康状况将构成严重威胁。不良的饮食习惯和生活方式，会影响身体的发育，所以，我们一定要养成合理进食的好习惯，而且要选择有益于我们健康的食物，抵制垃圾食品对我们的诱惑。

青少年时期是智力投资和体质投资的黄金时代，只有不误“天时”，才能生长发育完好、体质健壮、思维敏捷、健康成长。
