1989年成立的中国学生营养促进会在营养学家于若木的主持下，结合世界卫生组织2000年人人享有卫生保健的战略目标，制定了1991年至2000年10年学生营养工作计划。这一计划命名为“护苗系统工程”，其中确定每年5月20日为中国学生营养日。其目的在于广泛、深入宣传学生时期营养的重要性，大力普及营养知识。

1989年5月20日，卫生部和教育部联合启动了“中国学生营养日”活动，至今已十多个春秋。

自1990年起，中国学生营养促进会在每年的5月20日均组织开展学生营养宣传活动。数年来，这项宣传活动得到广大师生、家长的欢迎和许多营养学专家的积极参与、支持，在有些地方已经形成了固定的“ 学生营养日”。为了使学生营养宣传工作更加广泛、深入、持久地开展下去，促进学生营养宣传工作的制度化，2001年5月，教育部、卫生部以(卫疾控发【2001】120号)文联合颁布文件将“中国学生营养日”法定下来。

全国学生营养日-学生营养状况

我的手机是我的小助手，它在我需要求助的时候，总是帮助我，比如有一次，我上补习班，老师提前下课了，但是爸爸还不知道啊，怎么办?我的手机就好像我最好的朋友提醒我，打个电话给爸爸，告诉他提前下课了，快点来接我。还有一次，我感冒了，吃什么吐什么，但是那天我还是决定坚持去上补习班，结果课上到一半的时候，我实在不舒服了，吐了一地，为了我身体着想，老师批准我提前回家，于是我拿起我的小助手打电话把情况告诉爸爸，爸爸马上赶到，接了我去看了医生，回家吃了药好好休息，第二天我就全好了!

小手机伴随着我，在我学习和生活中发挥了许多不可磨灭的作用，所以我爱我的小手机!

今天，我的演讲题目是“关爱生命远离垃圾食品”。

近期，我在放学的时候，经常发现很多同学一出校门便奔向门口的小卖部，不一会儿，一个个手中便出现了一袋袋的“战利品”，一边迫不及待的往嘴里塞一边愉快的聊着天，感觉“美味极了”!再说说我们的午托部，一些同学仗着爸妈不在身边，经常挑食、不吃饭。然后趁着午托老师不注意跑去街边小店买一些所谓的“极好吃食品”，什么“米线”呀，“肉饼”呀，“辣条”呀等等。更嚣张的是他们不仅睡前吃，躺在床上还偷吃，午托老师拦都拦不住。我好奇的问他们这些东西什么味道的，真有那么好吃么?他们的神情告诉我，这个东西确实十分的“美味”。

妈妈总是告诉我，那些“无良”的产品，里边放了很多的“香精”，就像“毒品”一样，会使人痴迷。为了一探究竟，怀着好奇的心我踏进了小店的门。拿起他们所谓的“极好吃”食品。嗯?没有生产日期，没有生产厂家，没有配料表，这不就是所谓的“三无”产品么?不过价格确实便宜，“两毛、三毛、五毛”，最多“一块”，怪不得呢，一分价钱一分货，这么廉价的东西它能好到哪?

相信大家都看过有关“辣条”生产的新闻、图片。辣条，“出生”在一个狭小昏暗的空间，它们躺在肮脏的、冰凉的地上，工作人员总是光着脚在它们身上肆意“践踏”，老鼠、苍蝇经常在它们身边穿梭，还有那个硕大的沾满灰尘的调料缸……想想那个场面，真的可以令人呕吐，更别说吃了。

当然，什么事情都不是绝对的，如果你真的想吃，还请你选择到正规的卖场或超市购买，但记得不能多吃呦!

同学们，为了我们的身体健康，请远离这些垃圾食品!

Improve our environment

Good environment can make people feel happy. To improve the environment means to qualify our life . What should we do to improve our environment ?

We should plant more trees . And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields . Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into a dustbin . Don’t spit in public places . Don’t draw on public walls . It’s our duty to keep our earth clean and tidy .
