每个人都有快乐与烦恼。但最让我烦恼的就是我的体重问题。每当学校举行运动会时，那些体育项目都与我无缘，上体育时的体操锻炼，我都累得气喘吁吁，更别说那些跑呀、跳呀的活动了，运动会上我也只有给别的同学加油鼓劲的份了。

自从放了暑假，我就给自己订下了一个运动计划：每天早晚到景苑二区人工湖各走五圈。刚开始走一、两圈的时候，我就感觉到了疲乏，腰酸腿疼，我真的有点泄气了，但一想到自己订下的计划，还有自己的体重问题，我还是鼓起勇气走了下去。经过一段时间的锻炼，走路已不再是什么大问题了。

接着，8月份奥运会播出女排比赛，我又喜欢上了一项运动―――打排球，这使得我的暑期生活更丰富多彩了。刚开始，因为家里没有排球，我就用篮球代替，虽然打在手上生疼，但我丝毫未感觉到。

后来，妈妈给我买了一个真正的排球，这使得我对打排球的兴趣更加浓厚了。只要一有空闲时间，我就缠着爸爸、妈妈陪着我打排球。刚开始我连最简单的发球都不会，但我一想到女排的那种拚搏精神，也就一点也不灰心了。我总是提醒自己：“做什么事不是一学就会的，要有勇于克服困难的决心”。

有时，爸爸、妈妈没有时间，我就会对着墙单独练习，把这面墙当作自己的对手来打。经过我的不懈努力，我发球的水平了有了明显的提高。每当课间操的时候，我与同学们在排球场上打得热火朝天。

有时摔倒了，谁也不埋怨谁，爬起来再打。笑声、叫声、嬉戏声……汇成了欢乐的海洋。现在，我的生活已离不开了运动，因为运动给予了我欢乐、给予了我活力，给予了我自信！

原来，运动那么好。我发现了它不仅让我精力充沛地迎接新一天，让人更健康，而且还培养了人的意志与毅力。运动真好！多运动对我们人体非常有益，光说不练是假把式，只有积极锻炼才能够为祖国争光！

Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about October, I am very exciting about it, I can watch the wonderful game and don’t have class.

My school’s sports meeting lasts three days, the class is suspended, all the students go to the play ground to watch the game. As an audience, I am so nervous and yell out “come on” to my classmate, watching they get to the final line, I am so proud of them. The part I like most is relay race, that is so exciting, all the students yell loudly, the athletes chase one by one, nobody can be sure who is the champion until the last minute.

Sports meeting bring me so many beautiful memories.

每年，我的学校都会大约在十月份举行运动会，对此我很激动，我可以观赏美妙的比赛和不用上课。

学校的运动会维持三天并停课，所有的学生都去操场上观看比赛。作为一名观众，我很紧张，大声对同学喊“加油”，看着他们冲过终点线，为他们感到自豪。我最喜欢的部分是接力比赛，很刺激，所有的学生大声呼喊，运动员一个追一个，没人可以肯定谁是冠军，直到最后的时刻。

运动会带给了我很多美好的回忆。

Smoe people say that money is the best thing in the world. But I consider

reading books as the best and the most precious thing one can ever have.

Reading books is very important. First of all, it is knowledge that makes

society develop and by reading books you can get all kinds of knowledge.

Furthemore, reading books makes you a qualified person and makes your life

enjoyable.

One is never too old to learn. No matter what time you rcalize the

importance of reading books, you can enjoy it during the rest of your life time.
