一想到第一次学游泳时的囧样，就会忍不住哈哈大笑。

夏天是多么炎热，多么烦人，但是有两点好：一，吃棒冰;二，游泳。

暑假的一个下午，我和妈妈来到游泳池边，瞧!这是个蓝色爱心形的游泳池，中间用白色瓷砖贴出两颗大星星，池水清澈见底。游泳的人真多，有大人、有小孩、还有“中人”。我急忙跳下水，今天的水太冷了，冻得我直得瑟。水不深也不浅刚到我的下巴。但我还是勇敢的游了起来，不一会儿我就“手舞足蹈”起来，像只活蹦乱跳的小青蛙。我觉得自己游没意思。就找来李宜笑和我比赛。只听“3、2、1，开始”我飞快的上了“战潮”，李宜笑用的是自由泳，较快，我赶紧用蛙泳去追她，我不顾一切，拼命蹬腿，可是怎么也追不上。我一个劲地鼓励自己，终于到了终点，还是输了。

这时，我的鼻子上分不清是水还是鼻涕。我一个劲地揉眼睛，然后把泳镜里的水倒出来。我在电视上看到奥运冠军孙杨游泳时跟斗翻得很帅，我们也想试一试。我想：“要想翻跟斗先要碰到地。”我先吸了一口气，然后我先潜入水底，双脚使劲一蹬，结果蹬的力度不够，来了个屁股朝天，岸边的妈妈们看了哈哈大笑。我又试了几次，终于成功了，我们那个高兴呀!

清清的池水，映着蓝天白云，我像一条快活的小鱼儿尽情的游来游去，享受夏日给我带来的乐趣，我爱游泳，也爱充满生机的夏天。

Thank you for your letter. I’m glad to hear that you are coming to China for Spring Festival. In China, there are many people could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now， although people‘s life is much better，and we can eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday，and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings，we can have a big meal in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV programmes.

I like the Spring Festival very much.

谢谢你的来信。我很高兴听说你要来中国过春节。在中国，有很多人不能经常吃肉类，大米或其他美味的食物。他们只能在春节期间吃这些东西。所以每年他们都希望春节快到了。现在，虽然人们的生活是更好的，我们可以吃美味的食物，每天。人们仍然喜欢这个节日。因为大多数人可以有一个长长的假期，我们可以自由地去旅行或拜访我们的朋友或与我们的家庭聚会。在晚上，我们可以在餐厅大吃一顿饭，或在家里待在家里看电视节目。

我非常喜欢春节。

Let’s Do Exercise Together

It’s very important for us to do exercise. Doing exercise can not only help us keep fit, but also help to train a person’s character. What’s more, doing exercise helps us to study better.

We can do exercise whenever we want. It is good for us to go to school on foot or by bike. In PE classes, we can do all kinds of exercise, such as running, jumping, playing basketball and so on. On weekends, we can climb mountains or go swimming with our friends. Also, we can go hiking during the vacations.

Let’s do exercise and have a healthy lifestyle together!

健身对我们非常重要，不仅可以令我们保持健康，而且可以塑造一个人的性格。更为重要的是，运动健身可以让我们学得更好。

只要我们想，我们随时都可以做运动。上学时步行或者骑自行车是不错的选择。在体育课上，我们也可以做各种运动，比如跑步、跳高跳远、打篮球等。到了周末，我们可以与朋友结伴爬山、游泳。另外，我们还可以利用假期去远足。
