In recent years, the news about saving others lives at the cost of ones own are frequently reported. Some people praise the people who save others, becuase its traditional virtue in China to help those who are in need. However, some other people argue that its not worth to save others lives at the cost of ones own and it should not be encouraged. As far as I am concerned, the spirit of self-sacrifice is worthy for us to learn, but we should find amore appropriate way to avoid accident as well.

First, every life is precious and respected. Whenever somebody is in danger, we will certainly give them a hand to rescue the lifeif we could. Its our nature. However, its unwise to take action without any considerations. For instance,somebody is drowning, if you are good at swimming, you could jump into the water to save the life; but if you cant swim, the best way for you is not jump into the water but shout loudly and ask others for help. Secondly, some extra accidents can be avoided if we think carefully. There are too many stories about young and promising people sacrifice their own lives to save other but lost their own lives. Its quite debated about these cases. They all have their persuasive reasons and its difficult for us to tell right or wrong between them.

In conclusion, we should study the noble spirit and action of those who sacrifice themselves to save lives. However, we should also try our best to find the best way to rescue others at the lowest cost. Anyway, all lives are precious, unique and respected and we dont want to see anybody lose their lives.

As for me,an unforgettable experience of mine is the first time I joined the Red Cross.We took boxes,and walked on the street.We found some people on the street,then asked them to raise some money for Red Cross.At first,we were so surprised that just a few people would raise some money for Red Cross,and some people even thought we were cheat!But we werent upset.We went on and worked for the whole day.

During that day,we all felt tired but happy,because we raised much money.We looked at the boxes and smiled.

Its really an unforgettable experience!

Yesterday,was my birthday.I went to the zoo with my family.we saw many kinds of animous,it was very interesting! as for dolphin,they were so cute and clever! And we saw monkey, they were so athietic.Do you know? I like monkey best!Because they were veay interesting!

昨天，是我的生日，我和我的家人去了动物园。我们看到了许多不同的动物，真是一件有趣的事。比如海豚，他们很可爱也很聪明!我们还看到了猴子，他们很活泼。你知道吗，我最喜欢猴子了，那是因为他们很有趣!

今天是我八岁的生日，妈妈给我准备了一个小型的生日聚会。我邀请了魏陈昕、郝泽阳、韩静怡来我家陪我一起过生日。妈妈一早就把屋子打扫得干干净净，我也给好朋友准备了他们爱吃的巧克力、糖、米果卷，我和妈妈还一起去订做了生日蛋糕，欢迎小朋友的到来。

下午四点，小朋友们一个个如约而至。我热情地拿出准备好的好吃的食品招待他们，他们也给我带来了生日礼物，有的送书，有的送牛奶，还有的送饼干。

妈妈还给我们炸鸡块、炸薯条、做土豆泥、做汤圆，可忙了。我们四个小朋友在书房有的下围棋、有的玩电脑游戏、还有的画水彩画。

这时，姥姥、姥爷、小姨，还有我的英语老师白雪老师也打来电话祝我生日快乐，我很高兴有这么多人关心我。

天渐渐的黑了，我们的生日聚会到了我和小朋友都期待的吃生日蛋糕的时刻。揭开蛋糕的盖子，一个10寸的双层心型大蛋糕呈现在我的眼前，那是爸爸、妈妈对我的一片爱心。蛋糕的底层是一圈粉色的花边，如一道道美丽的波纹，蛋糕中央有一只生动活泼戴着红色蝴蝶结的小老虎，她乖乖地趴在绿茵茵的草地上，那就是可爱的我。

小老虎周围盛开三朵金色的百合花， “生日快乐”四个用红色苹果酱写的字闪烁着快乐的光泽。我站在桌子边，望着这又大又精美的蛋糕，一股幸福的暖流传遍了全身。郝泽阳、魏陈昕、韩静怡都投来了羡慕的眼光。爸爸为我点燃了八根生日蜡烛，那大家都熟悉的悠扬的生日快乐歌就充满了整个房间。这时，妈妈把灯关了，房间一下就暗了下来，我望着这一个个跳动的闪烁的蜡烛，默默地许下美好的心愿。小朋友为我唱起生日快乐歌，“生日快乐，悦悦”，“生日快乐，卡卡”，在大家的祝福中，我感到从来没有的开心、快乐!我和小朋友一起吹灭了蜡烛。大家高兴地拍手祝福。

天把我带到了这个世界,第二块给爸爸,感谢他平时对我的关心,接下来我把蛋糕又送给了我的好朋友,谢谢他们能参加我的生日聚会,也希望他们今天和我一样开心,最后一块带小老虎的蛋糕是给我自己的.

吃着香甜的生日蛋糕，我们有说、有笑、有唱，真开心!快乐只有与大家一起分享才更快乐!

前几天姨妈的生日，她特地从株州回灰汤来过生日。本来姨妈的生日是在后一天，可她因为工作原因提前请了假过生日，她在百忙之中能抽出时间来陪我们过生日，我们都很感动。

姨妈要准备吃饭的食材，所以带着我和表哥一起到了万家乐超市买食材。

该买什么呢？姨妈本来说要买龙虾，可是那龙虾头大身子小，肉少得可怜，本来十斤的龙虾去掉头肯定就只有3斤肉了，所以我们打消了吃龙虾的念头。

在万家乐逛啊逛逛，到了冷藏柜的地方，里面有着冻鸡腿和冻鸡翅。姨妈问：“你们吃不吃鸡翅和鸡腿？”“吃！”我们异口同声的说。“买鸡翅！”我大声说。“买鸡腿！”哥哥反驳道。

“鸡翅！”“鸡腿！”

我们就因为买食材而吵了起来。

姨妈赶紧阻止：“那你们多买一点好了！”买了食材后，我们付了钱来到了外婆家。

姨妈拿着炸鸡腿的粉和姜葱盐还有酱油把鸡腿腌了，然后开始炸鸡腿。鸡腿像一个个跳水运动员似的跳下了锅。几分钟后，金灿灿的鸡腿就出锅了。哇！色香味俱全，看得我直流口水。

又开始做鸡翅了，正好买了可乐，就做可乐鸡翅，做出后一看样子就觉得很好吃。吃饭的时候，我和哥哥开始抢鸡腿和鸡翅，不一会儿，碗就空空如也了。

姨妈的生日会过得可真开心！
