我们现在生活在一个高科技时代，日子一天比一天过的好，可环境污染也随着我们生活的改善变的更加严重了。我们应该重视低碳生活，而所谓的“低碳”就是减少二氧化碳。因为二氧化碳能让臭氧层——也就是地球的保护伞渐渐变薄，之后就会引起新的环境问题，如过量的紫外线能使塑料等高分子材料更加容易老化和分解，结果又带来光化学大气污染。要想做到低碳生活首先我们要多骑车，少开车，因为现在人们便得富有起来了，几乎每家都有一辆汽车，而汽车的尾气的排放造成了环境污染，严重影响了人们的健康。其次我们还要多植树，原因是树木可以理沙化耕地，控制水土流失，防风固沙，增加土壤蓄水能力，可以大大改善生态环境，减轻洪涝灾害的损失。还要少开空调，因为使用空调，会使新鲜的空气中臭氧减少，特别是夏天的时候，要尽量的少开空调，可以吹吹电风扇。最后，我们还应该以环保购物袋替代塑料袋;以节能灯代替白炽灯;用永久性筷子、饭盒，取代一次性餐具;使用传统发条闹钟，取代电子闹钟。

让低碳走进我们的生活，让环保走进我们的心中，我们要让地球母亲恢复原来的面貌。

去年生日前几天，我表现超级兴奋，只差几天就是生日了，我又可以收到礼物了！生日倒计时开始！八天……七天……六天……五天……四天……三天，快了快了，还差二天，就只有最后一天了！生日的前一天晚上我兴奋得睡不着，眼睛睁得大大的，对明天充满希望，想得到一个完美的生日。

总算熬到天亮了，我早早地从床上爬起来，穿好衣服，扎好头发，去妈妈房间打招呼，妈妈房间里黑黑的，妈睡意朦胧轻声说了句：“搞什么啊！起这么早，再睡会儿……”妈妈翻了个身，后面的声音越来越小，逐渐听不见，我失望地转过身，一只手把门带上，关好门就坐到沙发上，开始安慰自己，不是的，只是妈妈太困了，应该是我起得太早了，嗯，肯定是这样……

过了许久，妈妈睡醒了。但我没收到我所盼望的礼物或祝福，她是不是忘了我的生日还是就是没准备给我生日礼物啊？我很想去问问妈妈，但是竭力忍住了。一直到下午我非常失落，所有人包括妈妈都好像以为这只是平常的一天，这时，听到妈妈大吼的声音：“下楼拿快递！”

我抱着快递箱子跑回家，一到家，就听到手机铃声响起：“生日快乐，宝贝，礼物收到了吗？”听着爸爸亲切的话语，我激动地哭了，爸爸想给我一个惊喜，特地算好了快递的时间，赶在生日这一天，给我送上生日礼物！而且还是我喜欢的书。

妈妈拍拍我的头：“小寿星怎么哭了？还要参加生日宴呢！”我听了抱住妈妈边哭边说：“妈妈谢谢你！”

抚摩着书面，去年生日那天的情景犹在眼前，爸爸亲切的话语荡在耳旁。我把书放回原来位置。这套书是爸爸送我的礼物，它不仅仅是我最喜欢的书，它们还包含着父母对我的爱。听妈妈说，爸爸为了送我生日礼物，还特地问了她。

我喜欢这套书，也爱爸爸妈妈。

Chinese students celebrate their birthdays in different ways. But the most common way is to have fun by drinking, singing and dancing. On the birthday, one usually receives nice gifts and good wishes from friends and parents. Sometimes, parents will prepare a special dinner or a cake to show their love for their children.
