2、进行构思，列出简单的提纲，打造文章之骨架：审好题、立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好几件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3、扩展成文：根据字数多少扩展成篇。扩展的内容一定要紧扣主题，千万不要写那些与主题不相关的内容。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

在这一步骤中还需注意三方面问题：

1、确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题、不跑题。

2、要综合考虑各个段落的内容安排，避免段落内容的交叉。

3、改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4、学会使用过渡词。递进furthermore，moreover，besides，in addition，then，etc ;转折however，but，nevertheless，afterwards，etc ;总结finally，at last，in brief，to conclude，etc ;强调really，indeed，certainly，surely，above a11，etc ;对比in the same way，just as，on the other hand，etc。

When I was in high school, I felt so bored about the English class, because I did not understand it. Miss Li was my English teacher, she found my attitude to her class. One day, when the class was over, she asked me to her office. She did not blame me for sleeping in her class, instead, she smiled and asked me the opinion about her class. I said her class was a little  boring and I thought she would be angry. Miss Li smiled and agreed with me. She asked me to give some opinion. I was so surprised that she was so kind. Miss Li improved her class and I became very active.

当我在高中的时候,对于英语课,我感到很无聊，因为我听不懂。李老师是我的英语老师,她发现我对她课的态度。有一天,在下课的时候,她叫我去她的办公室。她没有怪我在她的课上睡觉,相反,她笑了笑,问我对她课的意见。我说她的课有点无聊,我以为她会生气。李老师笑着赞同我。她叫我给一些意见。我很惊讶,她是如此的友善。李老师改善她的课,我变得非常活跃。

Though I enter  the college, I will never forget Miss Li’s class and the things she taught me. She respects me and makes me important. I am so thankful to her.

虽然我进入了大学,我将永远不会忘记李老师的课和她教给我的东西。她尊重我,让我变得重要。我很感谢她。

终于考完试，迎来了向往已久的暑期长假，想想，两个月，我可要好好安排一下，作一个暑假计划，让自己过一个有意义的假期。

首先早睡早起，养成良好的作息习惯;

其次有计划的完成老师布置的暑假作业，坚持每天钢笔字练习，写三课字词，两周看一本书，养成阅读的好习惯，坚持每天阅读语文和英语，把没完成的数学题合理完成;

每天看电视、玩电脑累计不得超过2小时，坚持帮妈妈做力所能及的家务，和家人安排一次生活体验，坚持练画画和写字，让自己过一个有意义的假期。

如何安排好孩子的暑假生活。

“放假咯”随着孩子们欢乐的欢呼声，暑假生活开始了。

印象中，暑假是孩子们向往的天堂。

那如何安排好孩子的暑假生活，让他们过一个充实、愉快、有意义的生活呢?

一、家长要督促孩子认真完成暑假作业

放暑假，中国的学校一般都要给学生布置作业。

由于假期相对较长，为了避免孩子将所学知识忘得个一干二净，让孩子适当做一些暑假作业也是完全必要的。

家长对此要有正确的认识，要引导和督促孩子有计划地完成暑假作业，以免孩子在临近开学时才突击赶作业。

同时，家长还得注意培养孩子良好的学习习惯，不能让孩子边做作业边玩儿或看电视。

二、家长要尊重孩子意愿，协助孩子制定好暑假计划

学生期待着假期的来临，但是假期结束后，很多同学抱怨暑假漫长，单调无聊。

在调查中发现，有68.3%的.同学觉得以往的暑假生活过得快乐，但也有25.1%的同学认为过得无聊，甚至有6.6%的同学认为过得不快乐。

这说明他们的假期安排有问题。

而在中小学生的假期安排上，家长的指导意见和选择是非常重要的。

但这并不意味着家长可以替带孩子制定假期计划。

例如：一位小学五年级的男孩，一听到妈妈要替他选夏令营，立刻跳脚抗议：“我不要你挑，今年我一定要自己选夏令营!”另一位三年级的小女生，也一脸严肃地告诉爸妈：“我要自己安排暑假生活，你们不要管我!”这两位小朋友对父母的费心，竟然如此“不领情”，很让大人有挫折感。

但如果换个角度来看，这两个小朋友的家长应该感到高兴：因为他们的孩子很有主见，而且勇于表达。

此时，家长最重要的工作就是：仔细聆听孩子到底想表达什么?没错，就是要耐着性子听孩子说出心里话。

我们大人老是嫌孩子“不听话”，其实，真正“不听孩子说话”的是大人。

孩子要表达他们对暑假生活安排的看法，若大人连说话的机会都不给他，只要求孩子依照家长安排好的方式做，那这个暑假到底是谁在过呢?既然暑假是孩子的，就听听看他们想怎么过吧!

三、引导孩子参加各种户外活动，有利于提高人际交往能力、增强社会适应力

现在中国的孩子学得很苦，很累，整天就扎堆于书本之中，在学校忙于完成老师布置的作业，在家里还要完成家长布置的作业，放松的时间、娱乐的时间几乎全被作业所占领。

所以暑假期间还是要以休息为主，学生经过一学期的学习后，身心疲惫，需要调整和休养。

不过，休息也要讲究方式和方法，整天躺在床上睡觉，或者整天沉迷于电脑游戏、电视机，都不是好的休息方式。

暑假生活应该是休闲的、积极的，有益于身心健康的。

为了充实孩子的暑假生活，家长应给予孩子一片自由空间，鼓励并支持孩子大胆地参与生活实践，提倡孩子们多参加户外活动，外国人有一句话，叫”Beactive”，也是这个意思。

提倡多与其他年龄相仿的人交往，提高他们的人际交往能力，有利于健全他们的人格，增强社会适应能力。

参加社区活动、夏令营等，都可以磨练意志、增长见识、结识很多新朋友。

目前，社会上不少机构在举办夏令营，家长要注意选择信用较好的、熟悉的机构，比如学校组织的夏令营活动，家长可以放心让孩子参加。

通过参加这些活动，孩子会比以前更加乐观、开朗和自信。

四、家长要利用暑假的时间用多种方式与孩子沟通、联络感情

利用暑假时间多与孩子沟通，加深两代人之间的理解，开展丰富多彩的亲情活动。

抽出时间与孩子同乐。

放暑假以后，孩子紧张了半年的心情得到缓解。

他们在向往尽情玩耍开心的同时，更希望得到家长的陪同与关爱。

特别是小学中高年阶段的少年儿童，正在处于性格形成及转型时期，尤其需要父母的引导。

许多家长抱怨孩子有逆反心理，其大部分的成因都与缺少交流沟通有关。

漫长的假期正是家长与孩子交流感情、增进了解的好机会。

家长们普遍存在的一个错误认识是，孩子要什么给什么就行，特别是给足钱就可以了。

实际上，孩子们更需要自己在父母心中有一个恰当的位置，他们需要被重视和尊重。

暑假是孩子们娱乐身心、展示天性的大好时光，而家长应当是孩子暑期活动的向导和亲密伙伴。

在工作之余，家长应尽量多抽出一些时间，与孩子一起进行游泳、读书、旅游、制作小工艺品等有益的活动，既愉悦身心，又可以密切家长同孩子的关系，使家庭生活更加融洽和睦。

特别是亲子旅游，不仅能密切家长与孩子的关系，还是一种有效的教育方式。

在旅行中所经历的新人、新事物、新环境能让孩子变得更敏锐、更能够激发孩子学习的热情，增强自信，提高生活能力、应急应变能力，这对激励孩子积极向上和身心健康都是极有帮助的。

在亲子旅游过程中，家长还要注意自己潜移默化的教子作用，通过身体力行，教授孩子基本的社交礼仪，同时将公民道德和环保意识等贯穿其中。

另外，我个人认为家长与孩子共读一本书，读完后说说彼此的感受也是一种很好的交流的方式。

这就要求家长必须在一定时间内，认真读这本书，读完后要考虑如何和孩子交流。

这种方式不仅可以让每个家长更直接的了解孩子心中对一些事物、对待一些人物的想法，更有利于引导、教育孩子，同时也培养了孩子对读书的兴趣。

当然这需要长期坚持下去，效果才显著。

The after-class activities in my school are colorful. Every day we play basketball, football, do rope skipping and so on. But I like the Month of Science and Technology and the Cultural Festival most. In those days, we have a chance: to show ourselves to all the students. We can invent something with some classmates.
