今天是军训的第四天。本来应该是上午下午都训练特色项目，但计划赶不上变化，下午我们去参观了。

上午，我们分了四个特色项目，我们选择了个最擅长的项目。我分别选择了三声三始和手语感恩的心。因我们所处的营是尖刀营，一上午我们按自己所选的项目一直训练，挺累的。我感到是军训这几天中最累的半天，很多人都晕倒了。

中午吃饭时，大家还向往常一样的吵，教官还是像往常一样在食堂里训我们。同样，也被“请出去”一桌人。

下午，我们大家集体到景区玩了一下午，其中最累最开心的就是玩“卓越动力圈”的时候。大家一个挨一个的圈成了一个圈，同时拿起一条绳子，顺时针旋转。我以为教练只会让我们弄十几圈最多几百圈，可没想到竟然让我们转个不停圈，大家咬牙坚持下来了，把自己认为“不可能完成”的事情完成了。

晚上，我们更是开心，教官带着我们玩了游戏，跳了舞。

就这样，一天过去了，大家拖着疲惫的身子回到了宿舍。

一、遣词方面：用词要贴切而丰富，善用短语 ,词汇是语言的建筑材料，文章的好坏，选词很关键，如果用词精湛，就会使文章“亮”起来。

1、措辞要贴切具体

试比较下面句子：

A man is walking down the street.

A man is strolling down the street.

通过比较可以看出，前一句不如后一句表达得具体、生动。一个词如果内涵越具体，那么在特定的场景中恰当地使用它，就会收到意想不到的效果。很多同学写作时常随便用一个很笼统的词来描述一个具体事物或人，如 a nice man给人感觉很笼统空泛，我们可以用很多有个性的、具体的词描绘一个人，如 generous(大方的，慷慨的)，humorous(幽默的)，smart(漂亮的，潇洒的)，kind-hearted，warm-hearted，hospitable(好客的,招待周到的)，gentle(文雅的)，optimistic(乐观的)，easy-going(随和的)，spirited(英勇的)，cultivated(有教养的)，manly(有男子气概的)，knowledgeable(知识渊博的)等等。

2、要善于运用短语

短语用得好，会给评卷员留下深刻印象。如：

When he was a child，he wanted to learn everything.( 普通)

When he was a child，he had a strong appetite(胃口) for knowledge.(高级)

3、要避免汉语思维

用词要符合英语习惯，避免汉语思维的影响，如某些名词和动词搭配已约定俗成，不能随意打乱其搭配习惯，否则会显得生硬和词不达意。如汉语中的“学到知识”，英语中就不能说“learn knowledge”，而要说acquire knowledge (获得知识) 。类似的动宾结构还有achieve success (获得成功)，gain reputation (获得声誉)，attain ones end (达到目的)等。

二、造句方面：句式要准确而多变，活用复合句

简单句用得太多，会造成文章读起来乏味。在评卷员看来，同样意思的内容，能够运用比较复杂的句式结构来表达，当然会认为其运用语言的能力要比只会用简单句来表达要强，评分自然就高。

1、巧用非谓语动词

运用非谓语动词，可使文句看起来更简洁，使语言更加丰富多彩，重点更加突出，增加文采。如：

I covered my ears，trying to keep the noise out，but failed. (2004广东卷)

2、巧用with复合结构

“with+名词/代词+现在分词/过去分词/形容词/副词/介词”结构，常作伴随状语以增加被描绘内容的生动性和情感性，使文章读起来更简洁明了。试比较：

I couldnt go on studying because there was so much noise troubling me. (普通)

I couldnt go on studying with so much noise troubling me. (高级)

3、巧用复合句

高考评分标准强调使用语法结构的数量和复杂性，鼓励考生尽量使用较复杂的结构，并且对由此产生的错误采取了宽容的态度。如果恰当运用各类从句，就会使文章出彩。

如：(定语从句) Whats more，people have easy access to the Internet，which enables them to send and receive e-mails whenever they like.

4、巧用倒装句、感叹句、强调句、虚拟语气句等

使用这些句式可使文章化平淡为生动，加强语气，使评卷老师感受作者的强烈情感。

(倒装句)Only in this way can Internet Bars be well used by people.

(感叹句)I thought，“How hard mum is working! She must be very tired.”

5、巧用排山倒海句

如能运用一个个排比句、对偶句、不定式或短语，可令文章增色不少，会给评卷员眼前一亮的感觉。如：

The purpose of the program are to make our school more beautiful，to make the air cleaner and fresher，and to turn our school into a better place for us to study and live in.

三、谋篇方面：结构要清晰而流畅，巧用过渡词

众所周知，语言的最高层次不是传统语法所说的句子，而是语篇。语篇指的是一系列连接的语段或句子构成的语言整体。一篇好的文章不但句子正确，要点齐全，更重要的是有效地使用了语句间的连接成分。因此，恰当使用好连接性的词语和句子，是使作文获得高分的一个重要因素。

下列各组表示列举或补充的短语或句式非常实用，对高考写作很有帮助：

(1)Firstly...，secondly...，thirdly...，finally...

(2)In the first place...，in the second place...，in the third place...，lastly...

(3)to begin with...，then...，furthermore...，finally...

(4)to start with...，next...，in addition...，finally...

(5)first and foremost...，besides...，last but not least...

如果只有两层意思，可选用下列两组中的任一组：

暑假,福娃带我游泰宁,我知道了泰宁有四个景点——有壮观的状元岩、幽静的上清溪、秀丽的塞下大峡谷、还有一个当然是大金湖了。

上午，我们去的第一个景点——状元岩。

你们知道这座山为什么叫状元岩吗?我来告诉你们吧!因为这里以前是南宋状元邹应龙读书的地方!我们从山脚下出发，山太陡了，在烈日炎炎下，我们爬得很慢，大家都爬得上气不接下气，终于爬到山顶了，导游阿姨对我们说：“早在很久很久以前，泰宁曾发生了火山爆发，原来的汪洋大海都被顶成了一座座大山，所以这里的山奇形怪状的，岩石都是红色的。”我们休息过后，现在要下山了。俗话说上山容易下山难!这下我可体会到了。我们走得小心加小心的，这时来到一个交错的叉路口，导游阿姨介绍说前面是“潘桃盛会”，我以为是一大遍的桃树呢!但到了那里，却一棵树也没有看到，只见一块大石头上刻一个个像桃子形的东西，中间刻着一个红色的“寿”字。妈妈说：“潘桃盛会是天上玉帝、王母娘娘过生日时举办的盛会。”噢，我知道了。我们继续往下走，终于来到了邹应龙读书的地方了。

最先看到的是一个圆圆的、小小的一个窟窿。导游说那是邹应龙抖米用的。原来邹应龙当时上来读书，都是扛谷子上来，然后在这里抖成米才能做饭呀。在抖米处的左边是邹应龙的肖像，肖像的右前方立着个介绍他的石碑。我看了一下，知道邹应龙以前有6个老婆、13个儿子。传说邹应龙老的时候，他的眉毛黑得像用墨汁画上去的一样，非常的黑。在石碑的正上方，有三个天然形成的洞，就像三顶帽子，导游阿姨说这三顶帽子，就是三个状元帽，已经有二个状元戴上了，一个是北宋状元，一个是南宋状元，还有一顶帽子至今都没人戴呢。

从肖像的前方往远处看，在隐隐约约的山群里，有一座山就像一个笔架子，传说那是邹应龙放笔的地方。

我们继续往下走，在半山腰导游让我们看前方一块大石头，那巨石上有许多小窟窿。其中有一个窟窿里驻着一个鸟巢，导游阿姨说那是一个老鹰的窝。我觉得这个鸟巢像——我们奥运会的国家体育馆。

我们一路往下走，我都在留心每一块巨石，看巨石中的窟窿还有没有鸟巢。就这样我们下到了山脚下，来到两座山的缝隙里，脚下是一片清泉，在清泉上立着一块块梅花桩，走在这感觉像走进空调房一样的凉爽，脚下的泉水叮叮咚咚的唱着歌，我第一次在梅花桩上捉小鱼，而且是在“空调房”里，真是太爽了!虽然没捉到鱼，但是我们捉到一只虾，还是一只“孕妇”虾呢。这样我们恋恋不舍地走出了“空调房”，路上看见一条四脚蛇从路上横穿过，我们害怕极了，赶紧快步走出状元岩。

下午，我们去幽静的上清溪，我们坐上了由竹子编成小船——竹排，划竹排的梢公来给我们讲解。划了一段路,梢公让我们看左前方说：“这块巨石像一头鲨鱼，正张着大嘴巴，锋利的牙齿都露出来了。”梢公一边给我们划船一边唱山歌，我在溪边两侧看见了野芒果树、板栗树，那板栗树上还结了许许多多毛茸茸的小球，妈妈说那小球里就住着板栗。突然，我发现上午在山上很少见到小鸟，反而在这有一些鸟儿，不过这些鸟儿都是很稀有的，带着这份好奇，我忍不住问梢公：“为什么这里的鸟这么少呢?”梢公说：“泰宁这里丹霞赤壁，山是红色的，岩石也是红色的，所以山上没什么虫子，鸟儿就比较少，而上清溪里有许多小鱼，因此鸟有多一点呀。在这里有许多蜻蜓，它们都穿着彩色的外衣。”听梢公这么一说，我忙向两岸找寻蜻蜓的踪影。这时，耳边传来梢公的介词：“这里前面的巨石上有一个大脚印，那是赤脚大仙的脚印，你们看看，他还有“香港脚”，原来这脚印上有长一点一点的白斑。我们一边看这幽静，优美的景色，一边听着梢公的解说，竹排顺着溪流，曲曲折折不停地往下划，溪水清澈透明泛着亮光，水底沙石清澈可辨，水里面的小鱼三三两两的在石头缝隙中游上游下呢!这迷人的景色使我不禁想起一年级所学：小小竹排画中游。

我一摸，奇怪了竹杆怎么是方的而不是圆的，我不相信，再摸还是方的，这时阿姨才说这是甘露寺的一个特景。接着我们跨入寺门，只见一根红色的柱子立在那，导游阿姨说那是一根状元柱，只要抱抱就会沾上灵气，考出好成绩。于是，我直奔上前，迫不及待的抱着，抱完我才想这根柱子到底是做什么用的呢?——原来这甘露寺就在两座岩石的中间，整座寺庙就靠这一根柱子在正中央支撑着。接下来我们去了第二站——水上一线天。在一线天里，我们手脚并用，里面又黑又窄，伸手不见五指，只能一个人靠自己的力量往上爬，终于我见到了洞口的亮光，我们顺利的出了一线天。接下来还有鸳鸯湖、灵山佛阁……

最后，我们去秀丽的塞下大峡谷。整个峡谷深切曲折，赤石翠峰，美丽极了!

泰宁的二日游结束了，我们恋恋不舍地离开了泰宁，泰宁的水上丹霞奇观，尽显了天空造物之奇，尽显了大自然之美，令人无不为之惊叹。

up my mind to become a doctor, so that i can help the sick people and cure them

of their diseases. china is a develop-ing country. she needs good medicine and

good doctors, especially in the countryside and lonely villages.

i want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. i want

to let them have an opportunity to receive excel-lent treatments for their

illnesses without having to pay much or any money.

ill do every bit to cure the incurable. i hope to see a world where there

is no cancer, no aids, no fatal diseases. im confident that through the joint

efforts of you and me, man will put an end to his bodily sufferings and this

dream of mine will one day be brought into reality.
