① 做好课前准备，即预习。精神上的准备十分重要，保持课内精力旺盛，头脑清醒，以及对探求知识的极大兴趣，是学好知识的前提条件。

② 集中注意力。思想开小差会分心等一切都要靠理智强

制自己专心听讲，靠意志来排除干扰。

及时复习的优点在于可加深和巩固对学习内容的理解。根据遗忘曲线，识记后的两三天，遗忘速度最快，然后逐渐缓慢下来。学过即习，方为及时。俗话说“温故而知新”，就是说，复习过去的知识能得到很多新的收获。这个“新”主要指的是知识达到了系统化的水平，达到了融会贯通的新水平。我计划的复习要求是一下几点：

（1）课后回忆，即在听课基础上把所学内容回忆一遍。

（2）精读教材。对教材理解的越透，掌握得越牢，效率也就自然提高了。

（3）整理笔记。对课堂笔记及时的完善，勾画出疑点，寻求同学老师的帮助。

（4）看参考书。增加知识的深度和广度。提高应考能力。

Summer can be very hot in southern xx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim.

In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

My summer vacation was very enrich, want to listen to you, in the summer vacation, my grandmother home, with mom and dad, I have to go to work, to work more with ah, every time I do "work", that is reading, doing homework, writing blog, on August 10th day my mom and dad also back to chengdu, I went to some fun place, there are: width alley, wuhou temple, jin, and so on, also tasted the chengdu snacks. Summer vacation I still do I love to do, that is reading a book to see full, I saw a: soul hunter, liao, a dream of red mansions, big mouse small cats, red shoes, silly dog WenDiKe, thought as a child, teacher very much, the rabbit slope and so on, I am super like reading, reading brings me happiness. Time flies quickly began school, this summer vacation I had a happy and interesting, then I will be careful devoted to the study of second grade, we refuel together!

我的暑假过得很充实，想听听吗，暑假里，我奶奶回老家了，我就跟爸爸妈妈，一起去上班，上班多神气呀，我每次“上班”干什么呢，那就是看书，做作业，写博客，八月十号这天我和爸爸妈妈还回了一次成都，我去了一些好玩的地方，有：宽窄巷子、武侯祠、锦里，等等，还品尝了成都的小吃。暑假里我还做了我最爱做的事，那就是看书看到饱，我看了有：封神演义、聊斋志异、红楼梦、大个子老鼠小个子猫、红鞋子、傻狗温迪克、小时候就在想的事、非常老师、兔子坡等等，我超级喜欢看书，看书给我带来了快乐。时间过得真快转眼就开学了，这个暑假我过得快乐又有意思，接下来我将用心的投入到二年级的学习中去，我们一起加油吧!

Yesterday, my parents were not home. And I had to stay at home by myself for one day and one night. I was very happy at first, because there wouldnt be anyone criticizes my behavior. I can do whatever I want. But later I felt desperate. There was nobody cook for me, asked me to do things or criticized me. I felt empty and desperate as the house is only me. When the night fell, I was afraid. The computer games or the cartoons couldn’t attract my attention. I hate living alone.

昨天，我的父母不在家。我得自己一个人呆上一天一夜。我一开始很开心，因为没人会批评我的行为了。我可以做任何我想做的事。但后来我感到很郁闷。没人给我做饭，没人叫我做事情也没有人批评我。整个房子只有我一个人，我感到很空虚和郁闷。当夜幕降临的时候，我就开始很害怕了。电脑游戏或动画片都无法吸引我的注意。我讨厌一个人生活。
