正值夏季，总会看到公园里的花草树木，郁郁葱葱，总会唤起对自然的热爱，对生活的期待。那些树木有些经园艺师之手竟然也成了最环保的装饰品，俏皮可爱。最喜欢变换更迭的天色，从夕阳西下，火红的落日染红天边的云朵，金光散射，到夜幕降临，拉上黑色幕布，除了月亮在黑暗里切开一脚，夜晚黑得像糖蜜一样，运气好的时候，天气晴朗没有城市病没有雾霾，竟然能看到星星就像碎玻璃在太阳里发出的光。还有那忽然随夜幕降临而打开的路灯，我仿佛也站在舞台中央，灯光闪烁。

天气若好，公园里的人总是一如既往的多，但在你身边走的那些陌生人，总会变的。有时候会有极其好强总想超过在你旁边走的所有人，每当加快脚步，看到你身边的人一个个再往后倒而自己一步步向前，越来越快，以至于超过越来越多人，总会有小小的优越感，这是一场只发生在自己小世界里的“比赛”；而有时候不会在意这些，匀速略慢走过，喜欢插着耳机，听着自己喜欢的音乐哼着旋律，沉浸在自己思想那个世界里面。回忆，有时候比路还长，有些甜到你心里，有些涩的发酸，有些宁愿散在风里，想不起再面对。未来，总是茫远又清晰，你不知道它会不会你所期待的模样，但你现在所做的事情，现在的一点一滴踩在脚下，筑起通往未来的路，总会走向远方，谁也无法阻挡。现在，更值得去反思，让自己感性的状态回归到理性，客观看待一些事情，吾日三省吾身，也使人睿智。在想，脚步在跟随，也许旁人正在进行那场“比赛”，也许正在为超越我而努力，谁又会晓得呢？我有时候也是一个随性的人，何况正在回忆，在幻想之中沉浸，又哪会在意那些呢？

没错啊，我们，都是平凡人，都是社会大荧幕中的小人物，不能像明星如同众星捧月一般在舞台正中央光彩夺目。却也在小城市里面，过着自己的小日子，自己导演并出演自己的人生，很有趣啊，这部剧没有剧透，剧情只有自己走过才会知道，过程中难免的磕磕绊绊。幸福不是情歌，但当我们走过路过再唱起，细细体味生活中细节里那些点滴，却比情歌还要动听。

我喜欢这种感觉，不管脚步快与慢，生活，是慢下来的，慢到足以让我仔细思考人生，打量欣赏那些路上的风景。这一刻，我不再像个陀螺，脚下生风都嫌时间太快，脚步太慢。反而，我能不紧不慢，不怕耽搁，那些没来的及去思考的事情，那些藏在心里的情怀，还有那些藏在心里还没来得及成文的心情。在这段路上，有些我愿意和那些我爱的和爱我的人去分享，有些我要留着自己去体会。

放暑假的前一天，我鼓足了勇气，向班上有小妙丽之称的英华提出邀约，希望她能和我一起去看电影，但她却面有难色、委琬地拒绝我了。放学后的校园空无一人，只剩我百般聊赖地在跑道上散步兜圈子，耽溺于被拒绝而自怜自艾的抑郁情绪中。

该如何得到她的青睐?该如何做才能掳获佳人的芳心呢?我看着自己臃肿的身躯，再看看电影海报上男主角健壮的体魄，羡慕之情油然而生。决定了!我一定要摆脱小胖子的阴影，暑假过后，让所有的人都对我刮目相看吧!

有了努力的目标后，我开始订定减重计划，希望透过持续的运动和均衡的饮食来达到健康减重的目的。首先，我让尘封在储藏室的脚踏车重见天日，和爸爸约定好每天清晨一起骑脚踏车三十分钟，从家里先到社区的运动公园，再骑到哥哥就读的初中，然后依照原路骑回家。看似短短的路程，却因为包含了一段长长的上坡道，让我每次都骑得气喘吁吁，上气不接下气呀!

此外，我也戒掉了吃消夜的习惯。刚开始虽然有点难以忍受，到了晚上九点左右，总是因嘴馋而感到焦躁，此时妈妈就会端出她精心调配的综合蔬果汁，用爱心为我补充满满的营养。

经过两个月的努力，过程中虽然也曾破功一两次，但在开学前一天，我满心期待地站上体重计时，家人和我都开心地跳了起来，我瘦了整整四公斤呢!仔细看看镜子中的自己，双下巴似乎小了一点，挂在腰间的游泳圈，尺寸也小了一号，运动服的裤子穿起来也不再那么紧绷了呢!

虽然目前尚未达到我所设定的标準体重，但我相信只要持之以恆地努力，终究可以彻底摆脱胖子的形象，暑假A计划只是一个开始，追求健康身体的目标，是永远不会结束的。

Two years ago, my father asked me if I wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. I said No at once because I didn’t like this job at all. But now, I change my mind. A month ago I went to see the doctor.

7、每天晚上室外玩耍不少于两小时。

My Happy Times During Winter Vacation

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! 1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在学的过程中不要因为面子问题不敢发问，建议学生在弄不懂的问题上多问同学，多问老师。最好能够找到水平相当的同学，互相约定好给对方做考察，给对方讲解双方对知识点的认识，互相研究题目。

同学之间相互沟通时所掌握的内容比问老师的效果更好，因为在互相沟通的时候可以带者任何疑问，可以很容易的将思维的漏洞补齐。

3、正确处理作业练习

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

二、要加强互动性。不仅是和同学之间的互动，还要和课本进行互动。做完作业不要看对答案，留到第二天把有困难的和同学交流，或第二天看别人怎么做，然后问他怎么想的。

当基本弄懂一个章节后，一定要定期回顾，如一周的时间后，翻一下课本，这周学了什么，然后给自己限制时间做几道题，用以验证自己哪些内容真正是明白了。通过这么练习，远远比大量做题效果好的多。

4、如何利用每一次考试

处理考试上，要认同自己。分数很重要，重要的是你得到的那些分数和你得不到的分数，毕竟不是高考，当前阶段分数的高低没有任何意义。你只需做三件事：

一、根据你所获取分数的部分，整理你当前会的知识，会做的题型。

二、根据你所丢的分数，立即回归课本，看完课本后再做一遍。

三、拿着卷子问自己，当时做对的题自己是怎么想的，不会的题当时是怎么想的，现在会的题和当时不会做时差距在哪里。

总之，制定高三英语一轮复习计划一定要根据自己的学习情况根据自身的条件，抓住每一个时间点和时机，规划好自己的进度，全力做好一轮复习工作，让自己的基础知识地基打的牢固一点。一轮复习时间最长，是高考复习和高考能否取得高分的关键。所以同学们一定要高度重视一轮复习的重要性，一定要制定好高考一轮复习计划。

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English Diary. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there.
